After checking prices at Office Depot, I looked online for the same office chair and found it at two other sources. The lowest priced option was $10 less, but wanted to charge nearly $100 for shipping. Progressive was the other option - $10 more, but with free ground shipping. When the chair arrived, there was a small hole on the back due to a manufacturers packaging issue. Brittney worked with me to get the part replaced twice. The first replacement had a different defect. My purchase is whole now and my new chair is super comfortable. Pleased with my purchase and support along the way.
