Mediocre company. One of many, without vision, with simple answers.
I have a warranty laptop serviced twice. 1. Loose hinges. They say they have been replaced, but the lid shakes terribly. 2. Scraping fan. They claim that it has been replaced, but it is scraping as before. I am almost convinced that the laptop is not open at all.
