We purchased two office chairs in the afternoon and they arrived the next morning (in CA)! I'm not sure if they were shipped from a warehouse in CA or IL, but regardless, this was a very positive experience and I would definitely purcahse from them again (plus, the chairs were cheaper than any other place I could find them).
