I have ordered a $250 chair from this site and they have had poor communication and I still have not received my order ten days out despite paying $42 for shipping. I emailed them three times using their live chat from their website and also direct email and did not receive any answer about my order until 7 days after purchase. I was told that they tried to deliver the chair 3 days ago but no one was home. I was home and heard no one ring my bell. After I ordered the chair I was not told ANY information about shipping. No tracking number or estimated delivery date so how was I supposed to know when I should be home anyway? Spending $42 for shipping I feel I should have had more information on the order. I then received emails from the customer service saying that they expected the delivery to happen on the 23rd between 8:30am- 1pm. So what did I do? Made sure I had nothing to do but wait in my living room to make sure if the bell was rung I would hear it. No bell. They didn't come. I offered to pick this item up from their supplier as I just want the order at this point but they have not responded to that request and I am told I need to wait for them to schedule the delivery again. This allows me more waiting and wondering what misinformation I will receive next time. They probably will not notify me and I will be gone and then tell me they tried to deliver it but no one was home again resulting in a huge circle of misunderstandings and me not getting my product which I spent nearly $300 for.
