I ordered my chair on Monday and received it on Tuesday! the customer service over the phone was kind and helpful. After shopping around town I found the desk chair that would work best for me through Progressive and a Better price. I can't say enough about the company and the person I spoke with on the phone, plus I love my new desk chair.
