Progressive customer service tried everything in their power to assist me with my problem. We did not reach a resolution that i originally intended but i am 100% satisfied with how quickly they responded to emails, sending replacements, refunds, and simply being attentive to my needs in a timely professional manner. Never have i had service as attentive as this. They deserve a 5 out of 5 for sure!
