I would give zero stars if it was possible. I have never been more disappointed in a company than I am with Progressive Industries. I ordered a conference table which consisted of 4 pieces: 2 end pieces and 2 middle sections to get to the length we needed. They only sent 1 of the middle sections and failed to let me know that the 2 end pieces, which are crucial to creating the table, were not available until I kept pressing for an update which I finally received the day before I was expecting it. I still don't know about the other middle section because they only refunded me for the 2 end pieces. I now have only 4 days to try and find a replacement which I'm finding impossible.
