Katrina Pilt is a very professional and knowledgeable Property Manager. She managed my brand new property extremely well. Advised when things were not good with the building (cracks appeared etc) - this enabled me to ensure items were fixed by the Builder while still in warranty. Advised best insurance companies to go through for the property etc. Good tenants were found for the property also and the place was kept extremely well. I have no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family --- which I have already done!
I rent through Armadale Real Estate and I deal with and highly recommend Charmaine. Anytime we've had an issue we talk with Charmaine and it's dealt with professionalism and efficiency. I have rented with Armadale Realestate for over a year now. They are fantastic and reliable. Fair rent inspections every three months, repairs are done usually within days after having reported the issue. Promt and polite communication via email, phone, or in the office. Would definatly reccomend them
Eddie was ontime everytime. Nothing was to much trouble even when I (due to work commitments) failed to return a call or posted vital documents back late. If ever move in this area again I'll be looking for Eddie.

I would like to place a formal complaint as the service we received was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. My partner and I attended an inspection for a rental in Hilbert. We thought the house was perfect for us so we submitted an application, the agent said it would take 2-3 days to process. A week later we still hadn t heard anything so I called as I never got a response from the emails I previously sent. The agent then said on the phone that the owners have decided to put our application on hold and have more home opens, to see how many more applicants they could get as we were the only one that submitted an application. That is absolute rubbish as my partner and I were more than willing to pay the price they asked for without complaints and had done nothing wrong. She then had another home open and it has been almost another week and have not heard from the agent at all. We have had nothing but trouble dealing with this company and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

We ve had problems with another Professional real estate before but So far we haven t had any issues with this real estate and our real estate managet Katrina is quite friendly and helpful towards us.
