I would like to thank you so much for your tireless efforts since you have been our property manager.

I couldn't start to imagine the stress and organisational skills needed to do your job.

The fact that you have always kept us up to date with regards to issues and requests that we have made.

I have been here for over 13 years and in that time have seen property managers come and go, you have shown that I would not be wrong in saying that you are one of the, if not the best we have had.

Your can do attitude is fantastic, and to have found out that requested maintenance is to be carried out along with wish list items also being acted on is further testament to your professionalism.

I would like to, once again thank you very much for all you have done for us and that our relationship continues for many years to come
