I would like to place a formal complaint as the service we received was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. My partner and I attended an inspection for a rental in Hilbert. We thought the house was perfect for us so we submitted an application, the agent said it would take 2-3 days to process. A week later we still hadn t heard anything so I called as I never got a response from the emails I previously sent. The agent then said on the phone that the owners have decided to put our application on hold and have more home opens, to see how many more applicants they could get as we were the only one that submitted an application. That is absolute rubbish as my partner and I were more than willing to pay the price they asked for without complaints and had done nothing wrong. She then had another home open and it has been almost another week and have not heard from the agent at all. We have had nothing but trouble dealing with this company and will not be recommending this company to anyone.
