I had a quite smooth experience with this company, they seem very experienced in what they do, everything was prepared/processed promptly in a professional and efficient way. You do need to pay for search costs on top of their quote but this is the case with every settlement agent out there - they need to pay PEXA/registration fees for you. You can choose your preferred communication method with them (either phone or email), no hassle throughout the whole process, overall I would say I'm happy with their service

To be honest, I would like to give more than 5 stars for Residential settlements. Franca was outstanding and guided me throughout the whole process and kept me updated till the end. I had earlier started off my settlement process with VP***** (famous agents in the market) and got annoyed by their response not getting a reply from them for weeks even for the basic queries even to intimate address change etc, which is when i decided to change to Residential settlements I, am glad i made the change and would definitely use them for my future settlements too. Franca was answering all my questions and kept me updated till the last minute. Would definitely give a thumbs up for Franca and her team and would like to thank them for making my settlement process so easy and professional.

Wayne from Residential Settlements did a fantastic job in facilitating both the creation and transfer of new titles following subdivision. He was very knowledgeable and proactive in working with my surveyor and Landgate and produced our titles very quickly. He provided me with expert advice about each step of the process and his estimates relating to expected durations were very accurate. His communications with me were very prompt and succinct and always provided an option to complete forms electronically where possible.
