Awful experience with service to my 2008 Honda Civ...

Awful experience with service to my 2008 Honda Civic. I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and I suspected a possible control arm and/or wheel alignment issue. Confirmed with Priority Honda service personnel on recall and set the appointment. Once at the appointment I was told that there was no recall and your tire issue is an $80 wheel alignment. No inspection, no service rendered to confirm other possible issues (control arm or shocks). Took day off, have someone pick me up and when I interacted with service personnel (Mike) he told me that my vehicle was on parking space 88 and pointed to his right side. Contacted Service manager Mr. Vu...never returned my phone call. Called Honda Manufacturing corporation and waiting for a response from service manager.

No one should ever experience this type of service. #1 in the area for selling Honda vehicles as long as you don't need service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

This place is awesome. The customer service is outstanding. All the staff are friendly, polite, and approachable. I love the customer appreciation amenities they offer. I just purchased my very first brand new vehicle and it was a delightful experience. I didn't feel like I was being bamboozled and I was given a good deal on a great car. Thank you Priority for making my first new car purchase a success.

Brought my car in for a repair (deflated tire), and received quick and convenient service. These people aren't only good at selling cars, they are good at maintaining them. They know that these things may take a while (all car things do) so they provide all kinds of amenities to help you pass the time. Wanna watch a free movie? Stop by Honda's personal theater, where they screen the latest and greatest (I've seen two Marvel movies and the new Star Wars there). Feeling stressed from life/car related issues? Try taking load off in one of their fantastic massage chairs. Overall, Honda employees are easy to talk to, straight to the point, and do things quickly and carefully. I would definitely recommend this place!

I recently purchased a 2017 Accord from this dealership and have been nothing but impressed with all aspects of my experience. Our salesman/finance person, Brandon Whitley made the process so easy! We got pre-approved on-line, received a call from Brandon within 30 minutes with the approval and then went in to pick the car and sign the paperwork! It literally was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Brandon was so helpful and experienced. He made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. We found a small dent in the door after we got the car home and I called Brandon the next day. He had us bring it in and they happily fixed the dent without hesitation. That same week, I discovered a deep scratch on the same door and they were more than willing to re-paint the door with no out of pocket expense from me. The service department has been amazing. Marie has been very nice and very accommodating. She has worked around my schedule and made it so easy for me to bring the car in for the repairs. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and will continue to purchase our future cars from Priority.

The worst experience of my LIFE! They have no cust...

The worst experience of my LIFE! They have no customer service skills. I purchased a 2014 HONDA a month ago! The finance department came up with a plan for me to cancel my previous warranty on my trade-in and then forward them the check. Sammy, the Finance Manager advised for me to write a personal check in GOOD FAITH until the check arrives. Ms. Robertson the Accounting Manager was contacted on numerous of occasions regarding the check was not sent however, the check is it's way and please not to cash the personal check. WELL TODAY, The check was cashed and my ACCOUNT in a NEGATIVE stance. Finally, I spoke with John Ronney and Sammy and I assume they are working on the problem. Ms. Robertson has yet to contact me and I left a msg on her voicemail 9am this morning. The GM has NOT called me back as well. So to speak their CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES EXPERIENCE IS GARBAGE! NO ONE SHOULD EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. They are completely dishonest, they will never return your call, and the only customer that's important is the BUYING CUSTOMER after which you stand in line and wait until the get a chance to take your order. Its HOLIDAY SEASON - MY SON'S BIRTHDAY, and all of my bills re currently LATE because of theses GREED IDIOTS!

This is where I will be buying the rest of my cars. I can't believe how much this dealership took care of me. I bought a brand new car from them back in July and it was flooded before its first oil change. I called and spoke with Shay Patel and he coordinated with his management to see how they could assist me in obtaining a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, Shay, Nate Enlow and Diane already had a car in mind for me and asked if this would make up for my stressful loss. Not only did they give me a car for less than my original purchase but they gave me a car with much more options. I am totally impressed with Shay and the rest of the Priority staff and can't for the life of me see why anyone could have anything negative to say about this impressive dealership. The service department here is simply amazing as well. Louis (I hope I spelled that correctly) has been nothing but a pleasure to work with and the rest of the folks in service are equally amazing. To Shay, thank you for everything you did to make this stressful experience go away. I love my new car and you will always be the salesman I go to when I am in the market for a new car. All of my friends and family to be referred to you Shay. Thanks to you and the rest of the Priority staff for all that you did. It is truly appreciated.

At the time I first arrived on the lot I was only browsing, I had no real need for a new vehicle, my previous car was in prime condition, I was only looking for the future. A nice sales lady confronted me and asked the usual icebreaker "So, you're in the market for a Honda, huh?" I looked up and told her "to be 100% honest, I am looking at prices to budget for the future, not fully interested today." boy was I wrong about that, First I asked about a 2 door Civic, got the answers I asked quick and correctly, then without hesitation asked for a test drive, got it immediately after I presented my License, Wasn't to keen on the price, she realized this and offered to look at the Fits, I said "I don't know, my past 3 cars have been 90's model Civics" then she said to me "One test drive, and I promise you'll like it, and the prices are a bargain too" so I humored her, and put her theory to the test, and to my surprise it felt right to me. After a thought to myself I said "Whats the lowest I can go on that Grey Manual Fit over there" she gave a price and it sounded to good to be true, so without hesitation I told her "So maybe I could be in the market today." and without her knowledge I had gone to the bank prior to arriving at the dealership, and got granted a car loan that also felt too good to be true. After what felt like an eternity, and about a hundred cheesy smiles, I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Honda Fit. So out of pure customer satisfaction I personally give Priority Honda of Chesapeake a big thumbs up

My experience with priority wasn t bad at all till today. Today was the worst experience I ve ever had with a car dealership or any customer service place at all. We had asked for a manager from one of the sales people and the managers had us wait for over an hour just to tell us they can t help us out in any way. Would of totally understood if they hadn t kept us waiting for over an hour. The fact that the sales member said he would go and look for the manager at least 3 times and the receptionist wasn t all that helpful either with getting the manager and the manager that came to talk to us said that someone came out to talk to us but we were sitting somewhere else so he didn t talk to us was just complete BS. Worst experience I ve had absolutely anywhere. Was so close to going back and getting a manager myself. Was even told after an hour of waiting that no one called the female manager til a few minutes before she talked to us. Making the customers priority is honestly a lie at this point. Extremely unsatisfied.

3 weeks ago I started online search for a pre-owned Honda cr-v. I was looking strictly at price & milage. I've been driving a 96 Acura Integra w 160K miles. Plenty of life left in Honda engine but felt it was time to upgrade & wanted to get "up" off the road lol I was ready to test drive 3 vehicles. My sister & I prayed for God's wisdom that morning b4 we headed out. We got off course from 3 crv's I wanted to see & ended up at priority Honda in Chesapeake (I beleive God orchestrated this) a young man by the name Darryl meet us out front. He was polite & a true gentleman w many manners! Looking bad, I feel bad for him, as he dealt w 2 sisters! I gotta tell you, Darryl bent over backwards for us, meeting our every demand, to insure w drove off w Honda of our dreams! After negotiating we left him to look at another cr-v in Chesapeake. With in mins, Darryl was texting me w other offers. Told him to have vehicle out front, that I was on my way. When I pulled up, Darryl was standing out front in cold temps by vehicle ready to test drive! I test drive that 1 & then asked to test drive the same 1 I had driven b4. Darryl may have thought I had escaped from mental ward but he accomadated me w a smile! He didn't grimace when I took curves too fast (curves are meant for hondas) or slammed on brakes! Long story short, Darryl should have thrown the towel in or thrown us out! We were hard on him, driving for a hard bargain & Darryl delivered! We got a excellent deal & a newer Honda cr-v! Honda's last forever, but next time I'm in the market for a newer honda, I pray Darryl is still working & I can find him! He was awesome & I fully beleive God orchestrated putting Darryl & my newer Honda in my path & now in my life! If ur shopping, it will be in ur advantage to ask for Darryl at priority Honda in Chesapeake! Thanks Darryl! You are the man!!!

I've been taking all of my Hondas to the Honda service on Battlefield Blvd for several years. Today was the first time I did not receive the outstanding courtesy I'm used too. The service person seemed like she did not want to be there. I had an appointment that evidently was not on her screen. I then asked a long time representative, Louis, who has been super every time I've had to speak to him. I guess she found the appointment or fit me in, I wouldn't know because she barely spoke. It's just disappointing going to a place of service, that you are paying for, and feeling like you are being a burden.

First off,, the price for my 2020 Honda Pilot Touring was insanely discounted from the get go. There were 2019 Honda Pilot Tourings at other dealerships cost the same with 7000 more miles. Jim Coggsdale was a complete professional and ensured that every concern I had was addressed and guaranteed to be taken care of. The financing dept personnel, Lynda, gave me straight answers and never beat around the bush. Nothing was ever forced, everything was up to me. The Pilot is great, runs like a dream, and worth every penny. If you are going to get a vehicle, go to Priority Honda Chesapeake.

Went here to purchase a vehicle everything was going well until we realized the SUV h as d no inspection sticker they refused to inspect the vehicle and wanted to sell it with no sticker it needed brakes and wipers according to thier report. I have never seen a reputable dealer try to sell a car with no inspection. The manager never showed his face. It was the worst dealership of its size ive ever been to and sad to say they are even apart of the Priority network.

I will never be coming to your dealerships again. I never do online reviews because I understand things happen, however my experience today was the worst experience I have ever had. If you tell a customer something over the phone you should accommodate what was said. I was told to bring in my car for service and they would be able to accommodate an oil change and state inspection and would have finished by the end of the day. I called at 1:50pm and arrived at 2:20pm. When I arrived they said there is no way they could accommodate me today or tomorrow. Next available appointment is in two weeks. I informed rep that I called and was put on hold for them to discuss with dispatcher and was told to come in. She said I ll check with disbatcher. Of course she came back and said unfortunately they can t service today or Tomorrow. I am honestly debating on trading in my car, because I take into account that it s not just the car you buy it s the dealership too. No need to contact me or respond back. Done Done Done with priorities in general now

I have purchased two vehicles from Priority Honda. I find the best way to ensure your paying a reasonable price is to do online shopping. Anthony Stanley helped me with both purchases and made the experience painless. I would highly recommend him and Priority Honda. have never been to the Honda dealer before. I bought a car used from somebody and there was a recall on my airbag where I had to bring it into Honda on battlefield boulevard. Everybody there was very helpful and very nice. The service was quick and I did not have to wait. I've definitely will recommend this location to everyone. They let me a loaner while my car was being fixed and trust me I will be going back to buy a new car from them.

Had to come in for a fix, ended up being covered by a lifetime warranty on a broken belt buckle so I just sat in the waiting room, free wifi, hot chocolate and a free car wash. Couldn't be happier with my results.

It took several months to get a rear defroster pro...

It took several months to get a rear defroster problem fixed. First they told me there was no problem. Then they tell me it was an antenna wire going through the middle of my rear window after I took pictures showing that it wasn't working. Even after I called them out on it (I verified with America Honda that there was no antenna on the rear window), it still took about a month of constant calling to get this fixed. Also, I bought my car through Costco auto program which was supposed to guarantee the lowest advertised price. I got almost $1000 back after complaining to Costco and they even took long sending me my refund, stating they already sent the check.

Well I've done it again! I've purchased my third car in 2 months thru Priority! After purchasing a car for my daughter in June and purchasing a car for myself and my husband 2 weeks ago, I helped my son buy a car by cosigning with him. When my son approached me with the idea the first thing out of my mouth was "I'll cosign with you as long as we go thru my salesman Adam Bryd at Priority". Off to see Adam for a third time we went. I can't say enough about Adam. He's friendly, puts you at ease, honest and he listens! Adam put my son in a brand new Honda Accord Sport and my son couldn't be happier. Brandon in finance was great as well. There were no surprises and he explained everything to us and took the time to answer our questions. I'm 50 years old and have purchased cars my whole life and its always been a very long drawn-out painful experience but not with Adam at Priority! I'd buy another one if my husband would let me :) Another great experience with Adam and the Priority Team. I highly recommend using Adam and Priority Honda in Chesapeake for all your automobile needs.

I just tried to go by the Chesapeake location to look at the 2018 Oddessy Elite with my wife. When I tried to park, employee told me that he was saving the open parking spot for his Lot attendant and to go somewhere else. I ve been buying cars for 20 yrs and I ve never seen a dealership employee turn away business, especially to a couple ready to buy. Never been treated so poorly at a dealership before. Needless to say, we will be taking our money elsewhere and I recommend others reading this do the same.

I am in the market for a new car I search their website and find a Honda Fit I am interested in possibly getting. I check out the website and the prices say one thing there and the actual sticker value is totally different when I drive to look at the car, they added a $1000 above MSRP "market adjustment fee" on top of about 800 dollars worth of useless stuff like $199 for pin-striping that looks extremely cheap. Not happy I trusted Honda's site to deliver and I definitely won't buy from there.

When we bought a 2016 Pilot last year we had a great experience. From start to close we were treated with respect and had all of our questions answered quickly and accurately. Anthony Stanley was our salesman and he guided us to the perfect car. After the numbers were given, Rachel came in with the "extras" and was quick and efficient and NOT pushy! That's always a plus! Then came the finance man, John. He was great, explaining the road side and key replacement program (a must) and keeping us relaxed as we finalized the paperwork. My parents also purchased a CRV from Anthony a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. Thanks everyone!

We purchased Honda Odyssey 2019 EXL on July 30,2019 from Priority Honda, Chesapeake dealership. Within 1 month we had to take my vehicle three times for tire pressure. And finally I brought it to the Priority Honda, Chesapeake dealership to check what happened with the tire. Since the tire pressure showing low on the real right side tire all the time. The dealership service people informed that, that tire needs to be replaced and it is not under any warranty. On that moment, we came to know that we had to buy a separate warranty for tire like extended warranty. The service center gave estimate to replace one tire cost about $300. That s how the dealership handles the business.

The dreaded 'Check Engine Light' came on. I took my Honda in without an appt and after a 15 min chair massage I headed home courtesy of Priority Hondas free shuttle. Next day they give me a call and say they checked everything out, and nothing was wrong so they reset the light at NO charge. Priority sent a shuttle for me and 25 mins later I was back on the road with my car. Excellent Experience.

Priority Honda in Chesapeake is billing me for $44...

Priority Honda in Chesapeake is billing me for $447.xx resulting from the gap in time that my payoff was sent in for the vehicle I traded. I will have to start off by saying that I have had the worst experience with this dealership, but have been very kind and patient. Martin, the salesperson, has been almost exceptional; except misquoting what my interest rate would be (saying that it would decrease from what it was, which it should have, but instead it increased). Raj has been awful. On top of jumping through hoops to have the warranty that I never wanted cancelled, realizing that my insurance was never transferred over after driving the new vehicle for a month & a half, getting a call from another dealer who purchased my vehicle requesting the second key (which I did drop off to them), having issues with my old vehicle being paid off, & now receiving a letter from accounting for the per diem amount totaling $447.33. I wasn't initially told that Priority Honda sends payoffs 4-6 weeks out & for me to continue to make my payments, but I'm glad that I wasn't. I relayed to Martin that I received my payoff amount on Tuesday, Oct 17 when I visited the dealership on Sunday, Oct 22 & I was not for sure if that was a 10 day payoff or current day payoff. I also gave him the per diem amount of $9.22. But, my paperwork was drawn up with that payoff. My payment was current on my vehicle payment before trading, I had just made the payment around the 12th. In late November, I was contacted by the lien holder, claiming that my payment was late. I called the dealership to see why my vehicle hadn't been paid off, since I traded it in one month ago. I was told by a lady finance manager that payments are sent between 4 to 6 weeks and that I needed to still make my payments and I would be refunded, if due. Since we were already at the 4 week mark & my next car payment was coming due on Dec 6th, I could not make pay at that point and figured that the bank would be receiving payment soon. I continued to receive calls from the bank and waited beyond the six weeks. I called the dealership on December 6th again, & the manager, Matt, forwarded me the check stub of where it was paid a few days ago and mentioned that the FIRST CHECK THEY SENT WAS RETURNED!The check finally posted to my account days later. Last week, I received a letter from Priority Honda, expecting it to be the refund for the warranty (cancelled around Dec 1st) that I had to cancel through the company because no one at the dealership would. Instead it was a letter from accounting requesting that I pay $447 within five business days or that I would be sent to collections. They noted that the $447 was due to my payoff being greater than what was put in the deal. I referred to the notes I made on the payoff amount, when I called to obtain it & the $447 is for 48 days of the per diem amount of $9.22. This amount is for the time after I no longer had possession of the vehicle. This amount is not my responsibility and I sure hope that this is not the way they do business with other customers.

The sales department is terrible. Interacted with Stacey Bennis and was basically told that it is not their fault that someone in their accounting/finance department did not provide me with the correct form to sign regarding a contract cancellation and ended the conversation. My whole purchase of my vehicle was horrendous. Their service department is the best but their sales department could learn from their service department. It is a shame that a dealership does not take responsibility when one of their own makes a mistake.

I was supposed to meet with Anthony Stanley about a vehicle. Not only was he unprepared for our scheduled meeting, he was also rude and unapologetic about it. If you re thinking of going to Priority Honda in Chesapeake, I would definitely recommend it, my boyfriend had a good buying experience with his car. However, do not take your business to Mr. Stanley. If you want really really great service, go to the Priority Honda in Hampton. I found my car there, they were very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. Hope you re reading this, Stanley.

They ve got quite an inventory but it s your typical dealer. Fun test drive Monty helped us out a lot. If you like spending too long at a dealer and talking up a storm, you ve got it all right here. They do have a theater if you are waiting for your car in the shop you may use free of charge. It is small but nice.

Not a good experience today. Arrived at 9:30 for a 9:45 appointment. Oil change, tire rotation and recall to check for leaks in the fuel line. It took 2 1/2 hours for these simple tasks. I should have been out of there in an hour, maybe a little longer. They should know how long a service takes and only schedule jobs that can be completed in a timely manner instead of just packing them in.

Great customer service. Great perks for purchasing here like free oil changes, free-inspections, Engine covered for life!!! The only downside is that the repairs there are very pricey and when your car is being serviced you can sit there easily for hours. I don't live in Chesapeake so I usually wait but as long as you can drop your car off and come back later that should help with the problem.

Brought the car in for some parts to be installed as part of my new car purchase. They gave me a loaner car for the day while the work was being done. They get me in and back out very quickly. Returned at the end of the day and reversed the process to drop the loaner and pick up my new better car. Excellent workmanship, excellent service.

Andre is a great salesman, he went over everything with the car showed us how everything worked answered every question we had got us a great deal we were very satisfied, Robin he's from the finance department was wonderful he explained everything is well, Melanie from the warranty department, she was just as pleasant as could be. We left with a new car like very satisfied if I would recommend a place to get a car it would be Priority Honda of Chesapeake thank you so much again 4th grade experience

I bought my first new car and it was a pretty awesome experience I didn't have to haggle they gave me a great deal actually lower than what I thought it would be on the exact car i wanted a 2020 accord sport so they are definitely highly recommended thanks

Bought Honda Accord ex hybrid 2019 in white color in October 2019 .i was planning to buy it from hall Honda becoz their price was cheaper than priority but since they were right next to me.i wanted to give them a chance first n they definitely took my business with price match .my sales rep was Travis Tabb .Good informative guy.Excellent customer service.Financial guy robin was ok too .althought I think he got me little on interest rate but that s business not a big deal .now this 5 star can be updated to 1 Star if I get poor service from service department on my next oil changes because this is the most important part for me after car buying experience .i end up recommended my cousin also to priority N they bought their car from them as well .hopefully by next one year or two .I wana buy new van Honda Odyssey so I will give them a shot again...till then appreciate for ur Business .

Had a great sales consultant, Vishan Ramnauth. He was very informative with the Hondas. He was a great contact person and kept me informed about available deals. He wasn't over bearing with options. He simply suggested available options that most customers preferred. The service department always excels with Louis Vu, Ed Balingit and the rest of the staff.
