My experience with priority wasn t bad at all till...

My experience with priority wasn t bad at all till today. Today was the worst experience I ve ever had with a car dealership or any customer service place at all. We had asked for a manager from one of the sales people and the managers had us wait for over an hour just to tell us they can t help us out in any way. Would of totally understood if they hadn t kept us waiting for over an hour. The fact that the sales member said he would go and look for the manager at least 3 times and the receptionist wasn t all that helpful either with getting the manager and the manager that came to talk to us said that someone came out to talk to us but we were sitting somewhere else so he didn t talk to us was just complete BS. Worst experience I ve had absolutely anywhere. Was so close to going back and getting a manager myself. Was even told after an hour of waiting that no one called the female manager til a few minutes before she talked to us. Making the customers priority is honestly a lie at this point. Extremely unsatisfied.
