It took several months to get a rear defroster problem fixed. First they told me there was no problem. Then they tell me it was an antenna wire going through the middle of my rear window after I took pictures showing that it wasn't working. Even after I called them out on it (I verified with America Honda that there was no antenna on the rear window), it still took about a month of constant calling to get this fixed. Also, I bought my car through Costco auto program which was supposed to guarantee the lowest advertised price. I got almost $1000 back after complaining to Costco and they even took long sending me my refund, stating they already sent the check.
