LARS!! is not a man of his word. he is a liar. I understand the economy is down but this guy did his own spiritual sister wrong. I went by myself i dont have a dad in my life, he was suppose to be my moms friend. She recommended me to him. He is a liar! I brought a honda civic 2010 because he told me due to my credit i could not buy any model less then 2010. The year i brought it in was 2011, im a busy nurse and student getting my bsn. I wanted a older model honda accord 2007 but he told me i only qualified for newer model cars. I felt so dumb after i found out he lied to me. So sick to my stomach that some one that claims to be a man of God could do this to me. His daughter will feel my pain one day, and there will be nothing he can do about her sarrow. Now im in debt because i could not bear to look at the honda civic anymore. I paid it off cash to get rid of it so it would not go on my credit as a repo. Now my credit is so low from asking for money only because Lars lied to me. He told me he would treat me as his daughter, but i did not want to be treated as the one that gets beat and abused by her drunken father. I could have gotten that honda accord 2006 even if it had a much higher intreast rate, i could have at least had a car i would be happy with. Lars will be at my foot one day soon. GOD WILL PUT MY ENEMIES AT MY FOOT! I trust and believe in that! Lars i curse you!! You will feel my agony one day! Not to mention my car jumped from 19,500 to 23,000. I was not aware of it. do you have a wife lars, you asked about my mothers boyfriend, who she dating , will she dump him. you have to be over 6 feet for her to even look at you sorry, You you seem to be a GODLESS LITTLE MAN!! but all is forgiven GOD WILL LET YOUR MOUTH BE SILENT SO YOU WILL NEVER UTTER LIES AGAIN LARS! you are a GLUTTONOUS man, YOUR NOT A MAN of his word !! AND YOU ARE A LIAR! Lars!!! Priority i will not buy a car from you again! I got a loan from navy fed, and got my40,000 miles - 2008 honda accord ex-l and that even with the 30 point decrease from this transaction with you. you are the 1 person that would find this review unhelpful. i asked you if you could lower the invoice price , you said i wont make any money if i do that. then after i told my mom you said let me put you in a different car. now i can get an older model car, give me a break. i got this car from toyota priority ches. Yesterday was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Priority Honda Chesapeake welcomed me from the beginning phone call to the end of the deal. Mr. Bill Scudder is extremely the best salesman in the world. We recently purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey at Priority Honda. The experience was outstanding and can t recommend this location enough. Tyler Jehoich was our sale person and he was very patient with us while we contemplated to purchase the car. The entire team made it very easy to purchase the car, Chet and Lance were the rockstars working behind the scenes. I didn t feel pressured at any time and Chet made the numbers work for us. My wife and I were surprised.
It s rare to leave a car dealership feeling good and wondering if you made the right decision, this place is THE exception. I ll be back, and you should go.

My experience at Priority Honda was very positive. My sales
professional, Mr Lamont Williams, was helpful in every aspect of
leasing my vehicle. He took extra steps to make sure I was completely
satisfied with my selection and went over all areas of the controls inside
the vehicle to make sure I understood where and how each control panel
operated. He also made sure I received the color choice I wanted by going the extra mile. I also had follow-up telephone conversations to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Everyone at Priority was very pleasant and professional. I will continue to

Have always had a good experience over three vehicles.
Service department has a sense of humor. Only one sales person has tried selling me a car while I was getting service. Never been hassled.
McDonalds, IHOP, Hair cuttery next door so I can get other things done while my car is serviced.

Amanda my service advisor was nice enough. I don't however agree with the service i got my car back after an oil change .. there was no indication it had been done. There was no sticker and oil maintenance light wasn't even reset. I also had a SRS light that i was having troubleshot but it appears that the service manual had the maintenance team throw parts at a system instead of trouble shooting it to a source. In a closed electrical indication system it is wiring component then source. The troubleshooting process should not have you throw components at it while chasing an issue. I also confirmed this with an auto electric company. Attached you will find the vehicle indication light not reset after paying $600+ in service. Afterwards i took my car tidewater auto electric and it was fixed for $550.

I went to this dealership just to buy a bottle of coolant for my girlfriend. She was stranded on the side of the road. My intention was to pay cash so I could leave quickly. The parts cashier insisted that I give him all my personal information just to buy a bottle of coolant! Name, address, phone number, vehicle VIN #, Make and model. Very aggravating! I just wanted to help my girlfriend out and I got put through the ringer at Priority Honda, Chesapeake.

I've taken my Honda Fit here multiple times and received very pushy service techs who try and sell to me repeatedly. Whenever you're not interested, and only what one repair done, they tend to forget about you and give you attitude. Today, I am under the assumption my airbag recall could have been done wrong (I got an error code for my airbags after the recall) and to take another look will cost me over $100. No thanks, I'll find a better service dept.

If I could give a million stars I would. After being turned away by so many dealerships and salesmen...being made to feel we were worthy of a tin can we met an angel names Brandon Whitley... this man is so much more than a car salesman he is truly one in a million. My husband and I fell on hard times and our credit score combined was barely a 700.. Brandon took the time to listen to what had happened to us over the last year and made it a personal mission to not only get us into a car but get us into something reliable, safe and within budget. Brandon worked tirelessly for days calling on anyone and everyone he knew on the bank side and after 5 days of hard work, honest effort and many many a phone call he was able to get us into something so much more than we ever expected. Brandon made it a personal mission to help my family. He didn't care about the sale, he didn't care about the credit score he cared about US as a family in need. Brandon's compassion and hard work has truly changed our lives and has shown us there are still good people in this world willing to lend a helping hand when it's needed most. This is a nice dealership. The salesman named Travis Robinson is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! He is a REAL ASSET to this business. We were set to do business with this dealership because of his representation until his manager REALLY turned my wife OFF! Brandon, the manager, is his name! He belittled our trade-in, and then told us that he didn't even want it. He told us a short time later that he had more important things to do and WALKED AWAY from us! I am THOROUGHLY CONVINCED that he could learn customer service from Travis. In fact, in my opinion, Travis Robinson should be a manager!

Jeff Waugh was the salesman who helped us purchase our new 2019 Honda Accord CRV. Jeff's 30 plus years in the business as we found out later, proved to be quite beneficial to my wife and me. From the very beginning, Jeff was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We both drove the vehicle on our own both on the interstate and around town. We even drove it home to check its handling and "cosmetics" overnight to mill over our decision. Jeff and the entire Priority Honda staff were pleasant and professional in helping us with our purchase.

I agree with A. Johnson on the cancellation of the extended warranty. I have the same problem last year with the finance manger not faxing the cancellation. My cancellation sat on his desk for 3 weeks until I went back to check up on the cancellation. I had to call the company that the warranty for status on my cancellation only to find out they never received it. I had to go the dealership 3 times to resolve the issue. Once my check was sent from the company it sat on his desk for over a week, probably will have been on his desk longer if I didn't call the warranty company for status when then check was sent from their office. If you don't follow up with THAT finance manager your paperwork or refund will JUST sit on his desk. (I don't have the finance manager name in front of me, but it is the one with the odd name). I guess the it is not to their benefit and money in their checkbook, your interest is low on their PRIORITY.

Had some issues since I bought my car here. I have had to take it in 4 times for the same thing since I bought it. The service team is usually very nice and super helpful however every time I come in there is a tall skinny blonde lady who checks me in and always has an attitude. Definitely doesn t give me a positive start to the experience not to mention they still haven t been able to fix the issue on my Pilot despite bringing specialists in.

I just got commissioned as an Ensign in the Navy and I received orders to be stationed in Norfolk. I didn't have a car prior to coming to Norfolk so I really needed one to get to and from work. I was referred to this dealership by a friend and I was quite surprised. Vishan Ramnauth did an excellent job of compiling a list of cars for me to test drive based on my needs and wants. During the test drives the salesman made sure to show all the safety features and gave me the pros and cons of the cars I was looking to buy. This made making a decision a lot easier. I purchased a brand new Honda civic hatchback and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you are a military service member.

I bought a new Honda Accord here a month ago.. I've already had to put $400 in repairs into my vehicle.. The first guy I talked to about the issue was RUDE and was laughing at a not so funny matter.. then come to find out they still have not paid off my vehicle I traded in and may I add to that comment I've already made my first payment on my Honda 2 weeks ago.. this is not good at all. I'm trying to be patient and work with them but this is not a fun time. I will say that the people in charge do listen to feedback.. the man in charge of service called me to apologize for the inconvenient wait to get my car serviced (2 weeks) therefore I took it to checkered flag for next day service. I know even for oil changes my friends have experienced a long wait.. seems they are always booked up. this has just been a very stressful expirience. I try to give every bad situation the benefit of the doubt.. this is just plain awful though.

Ken Bracken met with me to discuss the Exchange program while my Honda Odyssey EX-L was in for routine service (Justin Fox took care of us for Service and was great!). I was not necessarily in the market for a new car, but after my discussion with Ken and then looking at the new features on the 2019 Odyssey EX-L, we changed our minds. He was very easy to work with, he listened to our needs and advocated for us. Thanks to him, I have a new car for Christmas!

I purchased an SUV in Mach 2018, I only had 10,000 to purchase a truck I only went to Priority Honda because my family sweared by Priority Honda's reputation. Boy was I WRONG!!! I was showed dirty, smelly and old cars and trucks. I REALLY needed a truck to serve my family needs. I went to many different car dealership but continued to come back to Priority Honda because I felt they would do right by my family. At least that's what the commercial says... So one of the salesman convinced me that this SUV would be purfact for my family. I purchased it within 24 hours I had to bring it back because my licensed mechanic told me it was unsafe for my family to ride in. I took it back and begged for money back they refused!! They kept offering me substandard trucks, I began to cry and my husband became upset. The manger offered me a Beautiful looking KIA SORENTO (SUV that cost me an additional $1,000)I had this SUV for less then 3 months when it began making a loud noise and then it became inoperable(on a bridge at 5 am) I took it to KIA motors to be checked out. I was told it was 2 active recalls on that SUV and that any reputable dealership should not have sold this SUV because of this recall. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Ladies Beware!!!

About a year ago I bought a car from here and my windshield had a crack in it. Andre who was my sales consultant told me that he was going to send someone that Wednesday to my job to fix it. Call back and he told me his window replacing Machanic was sick, so I should call back next week to set up and appointment for the window Machanic to come to my job to fix the crack in my windshield. So I called back and again it was the same thing, he said he would send the guy to my job to fix my windshield. Still no guy came to my job and may I tell u that every time I spoke to Andre he was rude. So after a few months I call back asking about why he hasn't got back with me and he tells me that I have to set up a appointment to come back to priority Honda to get it fixed. I live in Portsmouth so I hadn't had the time to go up there because I have a crazy work schedule, and Andre had told me someone was going to come to my job to fix it. So I called back and asked to speak with the manager and he tells me to set up a appointment and they will fix my windshield. I tried to make an appointment but every time I called the manager and the girl that answered the phone gave me the run around. So since I have not been back there because the sales consultant Andre was rude and the manager just gave me the run around. Now I have to pay to get my windshield fixed. I would not recommend buying a car from here!!!!

The reason I chose Priority is for their free oil/filter changes, and inspections.

It took over 2 hours today to get the oil changed.

I understand places get busy, but I had made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I hope it goes smoother next time. Maybe I can have them just give me the oil and I'll change it myself. I'm no mechanic, but I can change oil in at least 8 cars in 2 hours.

Before this week, me and my family have had a very fairly positive experience with this dealership. However, the Parts Department was able to do nothing for me for a mistake on their end. I had purchased a spare key from the dealership for my 98 Honda Accord. It was a transponder key. Yet, Jeff, the employee who sold me the key, never mentioned that it need to be programmed. I did not think to try the key because it was a spare and I didn't have a relative opportunity to use it. Why would anything be wrong with it? I learned the hard way... Last Thursday, I had lost my main key for the vehicle so I went to use the spare key. The vehicle doesn't start after repeated attempts. So I get it towed to a mechanic who tells me it probably won't start because the spare key is not programmed. I end up finding the original key and we try to start the car. No problems whatsoever... So I take my recepit of the spare key and the recepit of the mechanic to John who is the manager of the Parts Department. I had to go in three times before I could get to him because there is no one else who can help me apparently and he's hard to find. John tells me he doesn't believe me when I tell him that Jeff didn't tell me it needed to be programmed. This is after I show him the mechanic recepit that clearly says "diagnosed no start due to unprogranmmed key". Two questions: Why in the world would I pay $30 for a key and not pay the $50 to program it if Jeff would have told me it needs it; the key is just a $30 paperweight! Second, if John doesn't believe me, why doesn't he call the mechanic on my recepit?

I will no longer tell my friends and family to use Priority Honda Chesapeake after this exceptionally poor service given to me. When I have clear evidence brought before you and you still treat me this way, it's nothing but childish.

I will tell everyone I know to ask for Ray Sanders at Priority Honda when looking for a car! I have purchased five new vehicles in my lifetime, this is my sixth new vehicle purchase. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and was not talked to like a nice woman but as a totally no what I want person.
