The staff was excellent and very polite, the view was very good. The beach was honestly amazing! Extremely blue/aqua clear clean waters and had enough beach equipment and chairs for everyone. Room service was very good at keeping everything clean for you. The bartenders were extremely good and knew their drinks well. All in all I can t see why this isn't a 5 star hotel, definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wondering about it. It gets a solid 10/10 from me.

This place was amazing. Everything was good. I want give a special thanks to sergio labby barman and also Fernendo lobby barman and al predo conclers and the kitchen staff and jacquelyn estrada.
I take a great taste and joy to congratulate all those who work at the hotel and who continue to build it as a better place, so many things that one sees as the great sunset and some things that you find the truth wanting to stay A lot of time as a guest because they have a lot of what a person is looking for and that they are still my favorites.
Beautiful views.. loved the fact that beach is superclose. Was able to go swimming in the ocean then heqd to the pool area right away. Very clean, excelent service everything look new. Even though we did not get a chance to use the facilities of new tower.. it looks like it will be of awesome use. Cant wait to come back later this year.
The hotel in general is nice, but there are some buts, the water in the pool is very cold, without heating, this stops many people from getting in, even more if they have children, the elevator is still in composure, so I see it takes months They should give you speed, also more variety in your drinks from the bar, it is very scarce in terms of drinks and types of wine.

Nice place, good attention from the staff, without emabaeg you need entertainment shows or events, the hotel is away from all the main attractions of the port, so if you can rent a car, or take your own as each route by taxi, it ranges between 250 pesos or 230 in Uber, if you are a member they will try to sell you more timeshare and if you are not yet, they will try to become a member
It is a nice place but the attention we received at reception was not good. We were going to an event and they didn't want to let us in. They had given us information that they did not respect us upon arrival. After an hour in what they reviewed, we entered.
I was personally attacked by timeshare sellers to the point of degrading myself in terms of income and that they did not need my recommendation to attract customers. Very serious staff and no kindness.
A total disappointment !!! When my husband told me he would book at this hotel I thought it was super good !!! And I was super excited, the reality but it is not more than a hotel of the lot !!! The buffet equiz, the specialty restaurants, some dishes were good, however, all week they serve exactly the same in all of them !!!! Excellent hotel, like all the park royal where I have been the staff always gives you an excellent service. The hotel was in remodeling but we were warned from the beginning and did not interfere at all in the instance, although we could not release the new areas, it will be another time. It is an all-inclusive hotel, but what it offers is limited. There are only two restaurants, one buffet and one specialty. It does not offer non-motorized water sports or night shows. There are few activities during the day for children and adults, both at the beach and in the pool. What it offers is fine, I only say that the all-inclusive is not as extensive as in other hotels, although the price is a little more accessible. In August and September, the turtles arrive to lay their eggs every night. The staff helpful.
I had 5 all inclusive days a Park Royal. Yes it is an older building. Yes there is ongoing upgrading construction . But the quality and competency of service was consistent and continuous during my five days there in January 2018. Staff was friendly, helpful and competent at every turn. The room was impressive, the balcony view fantastic, the beach and pool clean and attended. The 3 meal a day food bar was fantastic in quality and choices. For what I went to Puerto Vallarata, Mexico for I found Park Royal able to deliver beyond any reasonable expectations. My kudos and thanks to the Managers and staff of the rich tradition of this resort. I recommend and would return if I have the opportunity.....and the price is a great deal for what is received.
Terrible, the water in the pools was freezing and his answer was always the same as they were working on it The food was always the same and had no flavor at all
They sell you packages of 5 thousand pesos and then as you deposit they tell you that you have to have a timeshare talk. And very very angry sales people if you do not buy their packages. The employees and services very well those of sales very very bad and rude.
It was an amazing hotel. One elevator was out of order and other very slow and tight but other than that I had an Amazing time at this hotel. Zip lining is my recommendation for you guys to do ask for jimmy. Ask someone at the beach for the tours better deals (Corlos at the beach for zip lining tours)
We hit Park Royal on a day pass this afternoon to visit with friends who are in town. It's a pretty decent place. Most of the pool doesn't get a ton of sun (middle of February) until around 1pm. Drinks were fine and food was pretty good. Lots of Mexican options. I guess that makes sense. What I really like is that it's a pretty small resort so it' doesn't feel overrun with people. Plus it's south of town so it's down in the jungle. Absolutely beautiful end of the city.
It is a hotel that has just joined the Royal Park consortium, just 6 months ago and is in the process of renovation. The beach is incredible, it is almost white sand and the water is very clear blue. It has two restaurants, one informal and the other with more formal Italian food. Excellent service from all the staff. It has a children's club and the gym is under construction.
A very nice place, the only thing that I do not like is that smell of drainage on the ground floor and that there is not much variation of food but for everything else congratulations
My experience at Grand Park Royal was excellent, very good food, facilities very well, I hesitated for some comments but the truth is we are all different .. We only lost a blanket of attachment and never took it to lost objects, that was a bad wave of the one who found it since it did not take a stuffed animal if not a blanket that my girl to date still looks for! I hope you take advantage of it very well !!! And if they see my message for something and want to return it, I will be pending.
This hotel is not recommended at all since our experience was very bad, since we arrived we were intercepted by a pseudo vendor who insisted on attending a 90-minute talk in which we were offered to be part of the Royal group in a way that I felt harassed and it was an unpleasant experience. The worst thing about the matter is that we got seriously ill with our stomach the second night, we spoke to the reception and commented that we felt bad and the receptionist told us that they could call a doctor who would charge $ 1,300 for the consultation without being a specialist, I commented that this discomfort was due to the fact that I had eaten food there and we had not left the hotel so I should not pay that and they told me that this would be determined by the doctor and that even after that the manager had to approve if they reimbursed me or not the money, secondly, the pool water is super cold so you can't use it apart from the fact that when you ask if the heaters are working they say yes but it's a lie, the internet service is terrible as well As the price per room is high considering the conditions in which the property is, it only has one elevator since the second one was broken all the time. Unfortunately now that I am giving my opinion I have realized that other people have had health problems due to their lack of hygiene in food, I think it would be good to notify a health authority.

The place is "fine" the beach very well, but very expensive for what they offer - cost _benefit- the drink is of poor quality, (sun beer, brandy, tequila, rum etc duckling) rules too strict. I do not recommend it
The place is beautiful with a beautiful view, you are all very friendly, but in the Mexican restaurant they have very few things and they take a long time to bring them, the organization of waiters is bad, because everyone attends all the tables. Very nice place and comfortable, the instalciones are in very good condition, very attentive and Cadre, the pool is heated and the bar has good drinks, good place to rest .. the only thing is that most of the morning does not give you the sun is part of the pool
