The staff at premier Mazda is so friendly and helpful! They had my loaner car all prepped for me when I arrived to get my car serviced, and had my car prepared when I could come back and get it.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Kaheem and Jimmy. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into a car I couldn't afford and Premier Mazda helped me find the best fit for me. Do yourself a favor and take away some stress of a new car purchase by going through this place.

Very expensive. They definitely overcharge for their services and really nickel and dime you. They also charged me for a tiny dent on the loaner car they gave me. It was so small that I wouldn t have realized it when I inspected the car. I barely drove the car so I assume that it was there before I took it. They are the ones who made me keep the loaner car overnight because they couldn t fix my car on the same day I dropped it off, but they charged me nonetheless. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I worked with them online and closed the deal without any trouble. When I came to pick up the car they made it easy and didn't push for me to pay for anything else.

I usually purchase a vehicle every 18 months, so I have a lot of experience dealing with car dealerships and usually not pleasant ones.
I was looking for a Nissan Murano and found one close to where I lived, I visited the dealership in North Kansas City and was treated horribly. I decided to look around and found a Murano at Premier Mazda.
From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with nothing but respect. Jim showed me the Murano. It was a year newer and had less miles and than the one I test drove in NKC. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Jim is the best car sales person I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchase experience ever.

I recently purchased a new CX-5 at Premier Mazda, and I m glad I did. The purchase process was, although not without a bit of to-and-fro that is seemingly inevitable in today s car-buying world, a quick and pleasant process. The sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy all making for a better-than-most experience. The sale was handled expeditiously and without any hard-sell maneuvering.

I ve since been back to add on roof rails, another process that was quick and easy. The parts manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the service advisor equally so.

I m a tough grader, but Premier Mazda gets a solid A on the report card. Oh, and I love the vehicle, too!

Great service and good dealership. Everyone is helpful around here to get you the details needed and address all your issues. The waiting area is pretty neat has coffee, snacks and a gaming center. Also Mazda is an awesome car so you can't go wrong.

Donny took great care of us, walking us through the process, an event that we'll always remember and cherish. Now, we have a '13 Mazda3 with great gas mileage and affordable monthly payments. Because of a busy schedule, Aaron Lee, my salesman actually drove the vehicle I ended up acquiring to my home on the Kansas side of the river for a test drive. I've never heard of a car dealership doing that before! He waited patiently in my living room while I dealt with two contractors working on my house. When they completed, I took a test drive, was impressed with the car (a CX-5) and presented my terms to Aaron who took them back to his sales manager. I negotiated the rest of the deal via a return phone call that afternoon. I drove my trade to the dealership where all the required paperwork was executed professionally by an extraordinarily friendly staff. Without exception, they made me feel valued and welcome. I drove my washed and detailed car home where I've had at least two (maybe three) follow-up phone calls making sure I was happy with my purchase and seeing if I had any questions. Extraordinary service! Thanks to the whole Premier Mazda team. They get my highest recommendation.

These folks made it so easy and just offered up so many value added services for us that we were happy to do business with them.

Let's start with our sales person, Jessica. Knowledgeable, easy-going and helpful. Then Jim stepped in to help out with a couple of business related matters and an old car we had that we really didn't know how to handle. Also knowledgeable and helpful, gave us great advice and helped with the car and our registration.

Can't recommend them highly enough. Buying a car is a big deal but they make it easy.

This is an addendum added April, 2019: we have since gotten a second car and, once again, Jessica was awesome. We also service both of our Mazdas with Premier and they're great at going the extra mile. Tobey handles everything for us like a champ.

Mazda Service at this location is AMAZING!!! I took my 2015 Mazda 3 in for some routine maintenance on Monday. Premier is running a detail cleaning special right now and I decided to have that done also. Both of the service technicians I dealt with, Lisa and Skyler, are both friendly, helpful and great at their jobs. I dropped my car off and was headed back to work pretty quickly. I had to leave my car overnight for the detailing service and it was worth it! We had a long, rough winter and I had not washed my car much during it, so they really had a lot of work to do with my car. The detailers there did an absolutely amazing job on my car and I couldn't be happier with the way it looks! I hope you'll run this special after every winter! I'll definitely see you guys for my car's next maintenance needed.

The Servixe Department is always polite and keep you notified when there is need. They are quick and take care to make sure all is correct

Aaron Lee was the best salesman we've ever worked with! He "stole" our business from Toyota with his warm, polite, and no-hassle service. Aaron is very knowledgeable and his years of experience allowed him to give a very accurate analysis of the cars we were interested in (not just Mazda).
