My Mazdas car tire wlwas leaking Eric, and it was time for an oil change anyway. So I scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me in that very afternoon. I waited about an hour and a half and then was given back my freshly car washed car. I noted the dash light for check tire pressure was still on, the service professional told me it should turn off every couple of miles. About 25 miles later when I returned home, the light was still on. in the morning, my husband checked the tire pressure and it was down to 18 lb. I returned to the dealership and was given a loner. The service folks are very nice and we're truly apologetic. I have had to deal with Nails in tires for decades. This is the first time a plug has ever not help. I am wondering if the mechanics thought it was done, but head only aired it up and forgot to put the patch on. We were able to return the loaner the next day and go back to driving our own vehicle.

Excellent service from Skylar in their service department. He was able to get me booked for service quickly and ensure I had a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. He even took the time to E-mail my vehicle report to me since I was busy in meetings all day and couldn't hop on the phone.

The service/ hospitality here was hands down the best I have ever gotten! A lot of places are only really nice when you are purchasing a vehicle but that was not the case at all here. I went in for recall/warranty work (even though I had never been to this particular place before) and it was definitely worth the drive! I was NOT disappointed! Very friendly staff and great honest service! This will definitely be my place of choice when I'm ready for my next purchase!
My wife and I had a great experience at Premier Mazda. We got a new CX-5 and love it. While there, we met the owner, the GM, and several other members of the staff. Everyone was friendly and they have great customer service and patience. Even after the deal was done, everyone on staff wanted to make sure we knew everything there was to know about the controls on and features of our new car.
Premier Mazda seems like a family-type atmosphere. It's a low-pressure place as far as sales, but they are persistent in making sure the experience was a good one from start to finish. At other places the paperwork has dragged on and on, but the staff here is light hearted and fun so it made it better.
They gave us a great deal on our trade--Premier's original offer was $3,000 higher than OP Mazda's original offer.
We definitely recommend you check them out. Mazdas are great cars and this is a great place to buy them. The owner, the GM, and the rest of the staff will go out of the way to make sure you have a good experience.
Love dealing with the folks at the Service Center, as always they're really friendly, thoughtful, and straight forward. I always bring my MX-5 here, and recommend it!

I have to say, if anyone could have a car salesman phobia, I do! Nothing personal, but I associate car salesman with walking into a web with a huge spider right in the center! Last Friday I forced myself to go car shopping. I've needed to do this for the last year. I researched on the internet as much as I could, drove slowly past dealerships many of times, but Friday I finally decided I just have to do this. I started my journey at Premier Mazda of Kansas City. And just how I imagine it, within a second of shutting my car door and no more than a step or two I was greeted by Salesman, Adam Krummel. He was a tall, casually dressed, young man with a pleasant smile. I just didn't get the neon green-orange-pink tennis shoes, other than this must be his trademark. He introduced himself to me and I immediately explained how this is the last thing I want to be doing, I don't like car salesman and I don't want to be here, but I'm forcing myself. He was the perfect salesman for me. He showed me what I wanted to see, honestly discussed pros and cons, never any pressure. Within an hour and a few different test drives, I found a car I liked - but being hesitant about shopping only one dealership, I left to continue my journey. I don't want to drag this out, but gosh was it torture. There wasn't another salesman that knew how to handle my outright honesty of not liking them. Later in the afternoon I decided to stop this torture and I returned to Premier Mazda and there was Adam just waiting for me to return. He grabbed the keys and we went for another drive and so the story ends. I love my Mazda CX5! As we were walking back into the dealership, Adam asked with a smile, do you want to hold hands now. Don't get me wrong, no romance as I'm old enough to be his mother, he made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate the treatment and hope he is still there when I'm ready to buy my next car! Thank you Adam!

I have had an excellent experience with Premier Mazda in the past year. In October 2017, I ended up purchasing a BMW X3 from this dealership. The buying process was quick and I went home with my new SUV in a couple hours or less. Even though I do not have a Mazda, they still welcome me in for free car washes whenever I want. I appreciate their generous waiting room as well! It is nice to have a snack and coffee while they clean my car quickly. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a Mazda or sees a car on their lot that catches their eye.

Dan Berger did a great job with the purchase of my Mazda 3 Hatchback. He was thorough in showing and explaining all of its features before purchase without being pushy. He also was very helpful in getting the technology reviewed and set-up. I feel like I got a fair price for the car and trade-in without hassle. I appreciate Dan's low-key but friendly attitude. And the car is lots of fun to drive!
Parts department claimed to special order a part on Monday to be delivered Wednesday. Came to pick up, and they never ordered it at all. Were very rude, I ll probably have better luck anywhere else. Luckily there s 3 other stores local. I d recommend shopping around before committing to Premier
I took my Mazda CX5 to Premier Mazda for a 10,000 mile checkup, oil change & tire rotation. Everything went well and I relaxed in their customer lounge until they completed everything, including a free car wash.

I just bought a Mazda 3 and the only way I could describe it was like Harry Potter finding his wand for the first time! Hair blowing, room shaking.... The whole thing. I sat down with Sid, told him what I was looking for and BAM in a matter of minutes I was in a car that fit it all from price to options, even color.
After the test drive there was no pressure, the sales manager came over just to thank me for coming in and I was off. Truth be told, I was previously leaning toward a Ford fusion but that night I had a Mazda driving through my head.
I went back the next day to lock it in. I had already found a pretty good interest rate loan from another bank in my back pocket that I could use but was reassured without hesitation that they could beat it.... I was skeptical, but their finance guy Scott worked some crazy wizardry and brought me in almost a full 1% lower than the best offer I could find anywhere else.
I opted to get a paint protection package and the arrangement was as simple as "Find a day that works for you, we'll give you a loaner car and you'll have it back in a day."
TLDR: Great Staff, Great Product, Incredible value ... Magic combination.

I would not encourage purchasing a vehicle in this mazda showroom. The sales staff I spoke to (Matthew Johnson) was polite but at times sarcastic. he would not disclose any details related to the price of car and also at times sound discouraging to make a deal. I would highly disagree to not go to this showroom and look for a car.

I made my deal with the internet sales person, Eric Zents. Was very pleased with how polite and thorough he was. I wasn't sure how I was going to get from Tulsa to K.C. to pick up my car. They sent someone to get me!! The paperwork was ready and everything went smoothly. No hassle and everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly.
I bleed Ford blue but somehow we just bought a Mazda6 from Premier last week. Kelly and all the other staff were a pleasure to deal with. The dealership was clean, well lit, and well maintained. The transaction was smooth and painless, all with a fair price!

Premier has become my dealer of choice for service and when I need my next new car, they will be my first stop. From the friendly staff offering water or coffee while you wait and the courtesy car you can request so your morning isn't blown waiting for repairs that take longer to the way the staff listens to your concerns and answers your questions in a patient way without any ounce of condescension, I can't imagine giving my business to any one else. Quality all the way around.

The personal were great to work with. I had a recall taken care of and was given loaner vehicle while the work was getting done. The only compliant is how much I was charged labor to put in a car battery. Next time I will do it myself. Still like the brand.
I went in to get one of my complimentary oil changes and checks and they found a nail in one of the tires. That explains the low tire warning I was getting and couldn't get rid of. They were great.
Everyone at Premier Mazda is wonderful. When my old car was totaled, they were with me every step of the way to help me pick a new one. I never felt pressured, and they treated me like no other car salesmen have treated me before. I still talk to them frequently and they help me with everything when it comes to my car!

Kelly was pleasant and knowledgeable, and treated me like a guest instead of a customer. She answered all of my questions and made me a deal I couldn't walk away from! She was awesome in getting everything squared away and getting me back on the road in my new silver ride. They're on the ball out in Martin City. My next car will be a Mazda, and I'll buy it from Kelly at Premier Mazda of Kansas City!

Can't emphasize enough how great my experience was. From the very first interaction with DeMond, who greeted me with a smile (and a salute- I was in uniform) to Chris- the service manager who personally updated me on the progress of the work being done, to Kayley- the receptionist who greeted me and had kind words...everyone on the team made me feel like a valued customer. I had to come a longer distance for the service, but Premier Mazda created a loyal customer because they put a capital 'C' in customer service!

Premier Mazda has incredible customer service and is very good at what they do. My car was having concerning issues, and they got me in right that afternoon despite being busy. They gave me a loaner vehicle, and was patient with me (and let me have an extra day with it) to fit around my schedule of when I could best pick up my repaired car. They ran all appropriate testing, and promptly fixed the problem. Friendly staff and excellent care of my car. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

We had a great experience buying our Mazda6 from Sid! We had to take it back for some follow-up work (tinting, got a nail in the tire, etc.), and everyone was just as friendly and helpful then as they were when we purchased the car. We also saw the sales manager around town one evening, and he said hello. It was nice that he recognized us; I'm sure he sees a lot of people. Also, we love our Mazda6!

We had an amazing experience. Outstanding customer service, from the Internet Sales staff to our salesman, Rude`, to the finance staff, we couldn't be more happy. We will definitely return for future purchases. The entire team was honest, followed thru on requests for additional information and genuinely care about customers.
Went in for state inspection. That took over 45 minutes. Fine. When asked how long necessary repairs would take I was told 45 more minutes. 2+ hours later and I was still waiting. Just bad estimates of the time it takes to get work done. Facility was fine, but this experience rubbed me the wrong way.
On the front end, this dealership seemed like the perfect place to buy a new Mazda 6. They verbally committed to a great price ($3000 off MSRP) and communication was great. I live approximately 3 hours away and we were looking to trade in a vehicle. Before committing to purchase and driving down to Kansas City, I asked to have the quote put in writing and asked what they use for trade-in value (KBB, NADA, etc). As soon as I asked for this, they asked for the information on my trade, all of which I provided. After providing this information, communication became almost non-existent. I left 2 voice mails and sent 4 emails in the span of 3 weeks, most of which were not even responded to. At the end of three weeks, I contacted the General Manager of Premier Mazda explaining my experience, to which I also received no response.
It became clear to me during this process that Premier Mazda uses deceptive practices to lure customers in, but are unable to actually follow through on their promises. I have certainly lost any trust or respect I had for the dealership and would not recommend them to anyone else.
Great people to work with, always friendly and helpful! Bought my new car from them (great experience!) And taking it there for service (again, great experience!). Would highly recommend, and in the future if I buy another car, will be going back!

I took my car in to Premier Mazda near Martin City MO Thursday, March 28 for an oil change as they do a great job. I get all my oil changes done at Premier Mazda with Skylar as my service rep. He s courteous and I have always had wonderful service there. This time they found and told me about an issue with my tire rods. I had noticed the issue. Skylar was able to get it attended to and to get me into a loaner that very day. I am Super impressed and very happy with the superlative service I have received from Premier Mazda. All their Service People are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Scheduling was very easy and everyone was polite and prompt, and an overall enjoyable experience while waiting for the car to be serviced. This is specific to the Premier Mazda in KC. The Overland Park service department put me on hold while trying to schedule the appointment but never returned to the call, so I can't vouch for them.
