Absolutely agree with every comment below. Miserable staff, you don't feel welcome as soon as you step in. Terrible service.

Main was okay, but when ordering, felt like we didnt have the full attention of our waitress. She also kept shouting at another waiter, which was off putting. Had our dessert to take away and found a hair in my eclair...

I ordered a red velvet piece of cake and they unfortunately gave me a raspberry instead. I had it because I wanted, I was aware of that as I know the difference, but they should have told me they didn t have the red velvet and then offered me a different one, not to seem bad faith

Very nice service in such a busy place. Huge selection of cakes, coffee, drinks. Close to the Piccadilly underground station. The place is very busy over the weekends but you have to accept this fact. Our experience was very pleasing.

Refined place. Helpful staff. But, the downstair restrooms does not match, and pulls down the overall impression.

We had afternoon tea at this caffe concerto and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious aswell as the tea! Our server was a very lovely lady who's name I can't remember and Alexandru the manager. They were both very nice and making an effort. They even gave us a lovely treat before we left! We highly recommend this place!

Im not one to normally complain however I do have a good heart and I feel as if I should warn some of the potential future customers about the outraging service. Went there last night thinking it was going to be a great way to end the night, as we went to visit some family in London. We had just eaten dinner at the Hardrock cafe round the corner which may I mention it was amazing with great service!! As we didn t want to end our night too early we decided to go into caffe concerto to grab a coffee. From the outside the caffe looked as if it was cosy with a great relaxed atmosphere. However, we couldn t be more wrong with the choice that we had made to walk in, as soon as we walked through the doors it was hell. As there was six of us we would ve liked to sit together however the caffe would not allow us to do so as we d be blocking the entrance to the toilet which had plenty of other space, anyhow we were fine with that and the two children sat on a table next to us.. The children had decided to eat a sweet whilst waiting for waiter to take the order however the waiter at the time who was a tall man with dark long curly hair and a lot of attitude decided it wasn t appropriate for the 8 year olds to eat a sweet which is totally acceptable. However as we were about to order the waiter had told us we were not allowed to order only drinks and we must order food with it.. which caffe does this?? To make things even worse we were stuck in the corner of the caffe with no room to even move and the waiter was very abrupt and rude which is not how you should be around customers. I asked to speak to the manager however when he pointed to the blond lady we had come to the realisation she was even more rude as earlier she had spoke to us in a very arrogant manor.. we later decided to leave with apologies however the waiter smirked at the children and left sarcastic comments which I found funny as he could barely speak a word of English opening the door for us and waving at us leave whilst laughing! Still in horror by the service that we had received I will not be going back to this hell hole due to the management and service. (Especially the manager who was a lady with mid length blond hair and the waiter who both had stinking attitudes) so I strongly suggest that if you d like to end your evening on a high you do not visit this caffe concerto .

We were really hungry so we went in. The service was slow. The pizzas were good but the pasta was not great and so were the shakes and the chocolate caramel cake. On top of that this place is way too pricy. Will not come again!

VERY SLOW service served one person at a time 4 people ordered tea and cake at same time

The middle class having saved for their holidays is not welcome. We install you .... and that's all. We must solicit you for OUR order served with a lot of delay. No drinks available so no glass and jug of water provided. Never seen for me (NYC, Cannes, Paris, Monaco, Sxm ...). Be warned!

Don't bother. There are plenty of other places on Piccadilly with much better service.

Service from waitress was OK. when she went on her break the Manager completely ignored us for 40 mins. When I did finally attract his attention he struggled to say the word 'Sorry'. He is so puffed up he clearly can never be in the wrong. I watched the way he treated his 'team' and it was disgraceful.
Stay clear unless you enjoy being treated like dirt

They are lovely places either for lunch or dinner, or just a pot of tea and a cake. They have a delicious selection of cakes and pastries. Unfortunately they don t have any gluten free options, which I find strange in this day and age. You More

Very tasty and in a great place. The entourage is completely appropriate and the quality of the scones, the maccarones and the sandwiches is good. Reverse is the plumbing and speed of operation. But if you sit down after 3 hours of walking through London, you can live with it. Price level is high, logically considering the location here and that opposite Harrods.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. Food was amazing - fresh, delicious and decent size portions. The best macarons in the city. Very friendly staff.

Walking after dinner we came across this bar. We took two hot chocolates and a portion of a thousand leaves. The cake was of industrial production and it didn't seem much to us, the hot chocolates were good. Price gbp. 15.19 with tip included in the amount of 12.50%. I don't know if I would go back, maybe a little expensive.

Terrible food. We went here during New Year's because it was the only place with seats available. I think they changed their menu for New Year's an increased there usual prices. The food is not even decent, even there baked goods look like they have been sitting out for hours.

Lunch was delicious, Gnocchi with Butternut Squash and Creamy Pesto sauce! Delightful atmosphere. My only complaint, a few of the staff members, while efficient, were not very friendly. I felt like I was intruding on their personal time instead of being treated as a customer spending money to pay their salary. Highly recommend the food, but avoid the staff if possible!

Mens toilet was dark (lamp didn't work) quite a nuisance.

I always stop for a coffee here but when my friends visited from overseas I had my first Afternoon Tea with them at the Piccadilly cafe. It did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious and very good value for money. The Alina-Daniela was absolutely brilliant and helpful. I will definitely bring my visitors here for afternoon tea again. Thank you!

Nice and cosy. Delicious cakes and biscuits. Reasonable priced. Could occasionally be a bit too tight during busy hours. However, the staff is always friendly.

We use Cafe Concerto Piccadilly regularly and the food and service is excellent. We are usually looked after by Vesna who is an absolute delight!

It may seem a little expensive but the dishes are very consistent, no need for a menu, a single dish fits well to the body.
The dishes tested were fiercely good.

Delighted we decided to give this place a try recently when in central London before going to see a show. First impressions were great as the decor and style of the place is really nice/classy and the atmosphere very inviting, and the staff and service lived up to these expectations too. We were warmly greeted by Alex who was very friendly and professional making sure we were seated nice and quickly and he provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious, both of us had the Chicken & Asparagus Risotto which was superb, and prices were very reasonable for the central location. Thanks again Alex... we will definitely be back!

Visited this place many times. Fresh Food variety desserts the services very impressive.

My reviews are mixed in this case since I have been to Caffe Concerto a number of times and usually the service is decent and the Pastries are delicious, but since the past two times I have been experiencing delayed service by the staff and the worst being the fact that the pastries were not fresh. The saving grace was of course their Latte which was served just as per my taste.

Incredibly understaffed. Orders came wrong and took a long time and many reminders to replace and was still missing. You'd sit for 10 mins before they took your order. The food is okay.

This is by far the worst caffe concerto I have been to. First of all, we came a little late to our one table reservation. The waiter was completely annoyed and said to us 'you are very late' in a rude manner. Not to worry, she might have had a bad day. We sat down and ordered and also asked for a glass of water. They gave us a glass of water with someone's pink lipstick print on it. It was unclean, unhygienic and they did not even bother to wash it. Secondly, they completely forgot my hot chocolate order and I asked them to cancel it because I was not impressed. Thirdly, since we did not like the particular table we sat at and there were free tables at the back, we decided to sit there instead. The same waiter at the start was not happy and asked us why did we move, who let us do that and we should ask next time. It was very weird considering none of her colleagues said the same thing and already saw us move. The whole service was disorganised, the staff not particularly well-mannered and you just do not feel comfortable there. The other concertos are much much better in service and staff customer relationship so this is not the branch you go to.

Cafe concerto chain has became our go-to daytime place for a refreshments from a cup of tea or light snack to a filling, well cooked, well presented reasonably priced meal. I have never eaten past 6:00 so I cannot comment upon the evening experience, except to say that on this occasion the staff were very efficient in getting it meal together (various pasta dishes) knowing we were in a hurry.. whichever location we have visited, the staff have been consistently courteous and efficient and this is true if my recent visit to the Piccadilly cafe. There is a very good range of beverages, pasteries and cakes on offer. The hot meals have, as the name suggests, an Italian influence. The only improvement I could how for it that with all central London pubs, restaurants, the loos could do with improvement. Other than that, I would say that you cannot go wrong.

Had a great late lunch here. Staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait for a table. The whipped cream hot chocolate is great.

Staffs are VERY rude and busy, especially the lady that's not wearing uniform. They just ignored the customers. We tried the afternoon tea and its horrible. Scones tasted nothing, sandwiches were hard, only rhe cakes were decent. Never coming here again.

Ordered full English, eggs and latte. Coffee was warm and they did little to help, toast was served without butter option, took an age to get some, beans were just warm. Went I went to counter to say I would pay for breakfast but not coffee and service charge, the manager asked why, I explained and the waiter who did the coffees started laughing at me. I was literally shocked at the poor level of customer service and poor manners. I wish I didn t have to leave a even 1 star. Don t go to this place.

After a bad eyperience with shaftsbury venue I came to this one and the setting is a lot better

Pretty expensive, although I must admit the food was very tasty. As expected, portions are bigger when you order pasta than when it's about meat in your place. Lobster+steak was pretty weak in size Taste was 5* though. Still, the service is good and the atmosphere peaceful. Especially if it's a night out with your significant other. Probably worth mentioning that toilets are very clean and smell nice. Will come back for sure.

I had the afternoon tea late in the afternoon. The food was alright, the sandwiches were a little dry, scones alright, cakes were a hit and miss. I did like the decor, will recommend because of the ambience and the great service!
