I just had the best customer service experience with this company and a staff member named Tracie! My daughter has the Trolls and Frozen eReader Set and Is OBSESSED with them. She sits and follows along independently, pushing the buttons that correspond to each page which are color and shape coded. She just turned three this March and has been using them since she was about 2.5.

Anyway, one of the buttons on her Troll eReader recently died. The rest of the reader works but it was frustrating for her not to be able to follow along with those corresponding pages in the book. I figured I would contact PI about how to get a replacement.

They got back to me in a matter of a few hours, apologized for the inconvenience and asked for some information. When I sent the information they got back to me again right away, were so nice and let me know that the new eReader was on the way.

I never leave reviews but I was blown away with how quickly they responded to my inquiry given the current COVID situation and how congenial the whole experience was, start to finish.
