This company stands behind their product!! They are respectful and very generous and considerate! Excellant customer service!! I purchased a sound book which stopped working so I decided to contact the manufacturer. They immediately emailed me back AND sent out another book along with unexpected extra books at no cost to me!! Heartfelt thanks to them and I will continue to purchase their products.
