This company is great, and other companies should definitely take note.

My daughter recieved a Thomas and friends interactive book. My mother got it for her for Christmas. When we started reading the book I noticed that 2 of the buttons wouldnt work. No big deal, but I am kind of an electronics repairman, so I figured I'd have a look inside and see if I could fix it. But before I thought I'd contact the company and inform them of the situation. After taking to Tracie via email, she asked for our shipping address and told me our replacement was OTW. 3 days later here's a package with a replacement of the Thomas book. 2 other medium interactive books. 3 little short books, and 3 stuffed animals, as well as a hand written note (Which really adds class IMO). My daughter lit up like it was Christmas all over again.
