Er was een optreden gaande waardoor het onmogelijk was piano's te testen. Gevraagd om noise cancelling headphones te leen, maar helaas was dat niet mogelijk. Vervolgens begon het personeel te klagen dat het volume van de piano te hard was.

Conclusie: zeer slechte winkel om een piano te kopen (geen enkele verkoopadviseur beschikbaar toen wij er waren) en bovendien onvriendelijk personeel. Kwam absoluut met de intentie een nieuwe piano aan te schaffen maar dat om bovenstaande reden maar niet gedaan.

What few staff for the busy Friday evening. Staff themselves indicated that they were somewhat understaffed that day. After a long wait, we helped well and received a nice explanation. Would definitely return here, preferably at a quieter time.

Very barest service. I am sent from row to row in the store when it is my turn, if someone helps me, he has no understanding of the products and is fiddling. I spent four hours in the shop to test not too specialized headphones, without advice. Eventually purchased here, would be sent directly to my home address from Goes the next day, it will be sent to the store in Rotterdam. It looks like a bunch of morons together.

If you call Goes about that, you will be in the queue for 10 minutes and they are not willing to give you a good solution.

Excellent service, had ordered a digital piano, within 2 working days it was already in stock and thought to pick it up myself ... Packages were unfortunately too big and too heavy for me and were put in my car by helpful employees without it I had to ask for it.
Clear store. Only range of sheet music limited.

Vandaag voor het eerst wezen kijken omdat ik op zoek ben naar nieuwe speakers.
Ik had verwacht dat er veel keus was met diverse merken.
Helaas was dit niet het geval.
Zij verkopen hoofdzakelijk hun eigen merk Devin of de veel duurdere Set s.

Na toch wat getest en gehoord te hebben kwam ik uit op een actieve draagbare pa set. Helaas hadden ze hier erg weinig keus in, er stond maar 1 setje klaar.
Aangezien ik een actieve pa set nodig heb, heb ik toch besloten om 2 setjes naar de winkel te laten komen. Een set van Yamaha en een set van Fender.

Het is alleen jammer dat Bax met zoveel adverteert op de website en maar weinig heeft om te bekijken en te testen.
Dat zou wel wat beter kunnen.
Net als een deskundig iemand die niet wist wat een midi accordeon was???
Dat terwijl de naam het al zegt.

Als laatste wil ik kwijt dat de prijzen op de website aardig verschillen bij Bax. Het zelfde product staat er meerdere keren op en bij de uitgebreide set s ook nog goedkoper. Het personeel wist er niets vanaf, ook al betwijfel ik dat. Op dezelfde set kun je soms 200,- besparen en dat bij dezelfde zaak!

Verder ziet het er netjes uit op boven genoemde punten na.

Stock system not in order .. should be there, is not there and delivery after almost 1.5 months .. and then the automatic messages that are sent .. could be more customer friendly .. never had problems before

For years I have been buying my instruments and accessories at Bax music online and can only speak of an excellent experience. I myself am a guitarist and how strange it may sound to many may be that I have already bought two guitars online and I really like it. This is partly because the product is well described online and if you have had quite a few guitars in your hands you know that the current quality of guitars in the 1000-2000 Euro range and more can be trusted. A few years ago I bought a James Taylor Variax JTV59 from Line6 and the entire dream rig incl. DT50 212 and the PodHD500x and use it in my own small digital studio. Great sound colors that can be made with it. The DT50 had a minor problem in the first year, but that was fine (free), it is only a bit heavy but great for the studio. But when it comes to live performance, I prefer to use a tube reinforcement from Fender and I still have my Fender Strat (1985). Still, I recently got persuaded to buy a Fender Champ X2 and after trying it out at home, I was not satisfied with the use and modeling for a live performance but great for the studio, and have now asked Bax for advice. It is no problem to return the amplifier and that is a fantastic service that is offered. I am considering the purchase of the Fender Bassbreaker (15 Combo) guitar amp and now I am going to try Bax and others on Saturday. What comes out will be continued!

Great store. A mecca for all music lovers, singers, DJs and people who play an instrument. There are enough products to sniff around for a long time. The only minus was the wait. I had a question about a certain headset, there were several people in front of me. However, when it was my turn, people were pushing for it. After all, the employee had walked to another room with the people he had helped to do so, so that the new buyers could appeal to him. Mistake can happen, but I was not very happy with it. For the rest great store!

Top service! I bought new equipment that didn't seem to connect with my laptop. I then went back to discuss this with the employees of Baxshop. They really took the time to find out where the problem was. We finally figured it out and I'm happy with that

Hele goede service van de medewerker van de repara...

Hele goede service van de medewerker van de reparatie afdeling in het filiaal Rotterdam, Pascalweg, waar we woensdag middag 23 januari 2019 een gebroken gitaar wilden laten repareren.
Dit ging helaas niet, wel een nieuwe gitaar gekocht, en deze is helemaal perfect gestemd en behandeld door de reparateur.
Mijn zoon heeft weer een glimlach op zijn
gezicht.
Ook het advies om de gitaar band te monteren met straplocks was super, er wordt meegedacht met de klant en oplossings gericht gedacht. Dikke pluim !!!!!!!

If I am then helped and indicated what I want to have, the employee at the cash desk asks another colleague because he is only a cashier, but that other colleague says he has no time at all. Or the cashier can not give some information. Both employees are clearly at odds.
I do not want to want information but want to buy a product.

Downstairs, a colleague is finally found who does have time for me. And in the end I am reasonably helped, but I did not think the knowledge of the products and our own website was very good. Anyway, I had prepared myself otherwise I would have been considerably more expensive for the same product.
There is really no coming next time. No, then his predecessor Peter Verspuij did a lot better.
And when I read the existing reviews, they clearly do not learn from their mistakes. Really very sad.

Hello I have been in the Bax shop in rotterdam this afternoon without success and this is already the fourth time no one in the drum department many people at the checkout who were not satisfied you can not ask anything you just have to wait until there maybe someone you come help that happened the other times I love it for considering it was for the acquisition a very good thing I do not need messages or e mails more a shame but what do I do there I do not know today with good courage again tried but unfortunately a lot of success but I would still look at the situation I think I am not the only gr. Tried it again ... but unfortunately. Very bad thing. Not enough staff. Long waiting time (while it wasn't really busy) and nobody who could eventually answer our question about microphones. Weird for a music company. This was our last attempt.

I went to bax rotterdam last week. Unfortunately I had to wait quite a long time before I was helped, but as soon as someone helps you, time is really taken for you there for 5 stars. I was helped for 1 and a half hours to look at speakers and where insanely good, unfortunately 8 days, but then I also have something.

I only give as a tip to have more staff because I had to wait at least 20 minutes for the 4 stars.

Unfortunately I had also heard that the gentleman who had helped me very well, his contract was about to expire and would no longer work there, I did not like to hear this as Mark had helped me very well.

Conclusion if you have time you should definitely visit a fantastic store! If you are in a hurry, you better look elsewhere. A fantastic store

Bestelde producten worden hetzij met grote vertraging
hetzij in het geheel niet geleverd;
Op klachten wordt aanvankelijk gereageerd met dooddoeners als:
Het spijt ons dat... / wij hopen dat.....enz.
Vervolgens worden producten nog steeds niet geleverd en wordt niet meer geregeerd op klachten.

Nice shop, friendly employees take the time for you if you ask for it, with such a big name as BAX I think it's just a shame that there is not much in the Rotterdam branch.

I want to test it out before I buy and to see that I often have to go all the way is a shame.

There is a detour you can order it for in the store and then test it out, if you don't like it you can leave it there but that creates a barrier such a detour.

Online order for software neatly paid. Three confirmation emails but no software. Helpdesk very unfriendly and not directly accessible. Get your callback appointment so they can call if it suits you. If your help desk is so busy, there is either too much going wrong or you have too few staff or both.

Bax music ervaring.
Mijn ervaring bij bax music is super goed ik heb al een aantal keer wat gekocht bij bax en ik werd altijd goed geholpen met welk product het beste voor mij is. Bijvoorbeeld ik zocht lampen maar ik wist niet hoe ik ze het makkelijkst kon besturen nou kan ik het gewoon via mijn laptop. Het is een hele toffe winkel en heeft een super goede website waar alles super duidelijk op staat. Bax krijgt van mij zeker een 10.
