Company likes to hire a large number of people, train them, change all the things they're trained in then fire most of them soon after. Decent pay when you are there, but don't expect to stay long.

Please beware of Scott Folcarelli who can con you in different ways, he is the VP at Milestone and will use all unfair means to gain your trust and waste your precious time and money for his own desires just what he did with me and a lot of other clients, he promises a lot however when it comes to deliver he will run away with weird excuses.
Where I go to work during the day, I am learning a lot each and every day. It has been a fun experience so far, I am hoping that the job stays that way for me.
Today marks the 3rd time in 3 months since I ve been here that I haven t been paid on time. They don t communicate the issue and because of this has resorted in closed bank accounts of mine, and repossession of my car. All of it could have been avoided had they stuck to their values of going above and beyond I m a Year Up Bay Area Alumni who has never worked in such an unethical company. Their also on the verge of losing their partnership with Facebook. Be weary Tech friends.
Avoid this company. HR routinely runs into pay issues, late pay, wrong pay etc. Management routinely does not show up to projects or communicate with teams. Pay was good, but everything else was pretty terrible.
Worked for 9 long dedicated years but was targeted by new management and HR of the project site that assumed office last three years ago and was let go due to fabricated stories with no due process right after 2 weeks of Short term disability. I Don't blame Company itself (Owner or CEO) for they really don't see what the real score in each project. Politics and favoritism obvious in the project site. That's why I really like watching "Under Cover Boss", because all individuals were rewarded for their "real" contributions to the Company without credit grabbing by the HR and Management of each site.
I recently worked for Milestone Technologies for a project for Adobe moving computers from A to B. I was appalled by their approach seeing as they people they hired were scratching screens and not logging serial numbers correctly. I feel that Adobe deserves better service than Milestone Technologies. Not only that but the supervisor I worked for lied about me not showing up on time, they called be back to say they would not want me the next day even after I proved to them I was 20 minutes early and I had corrected several other workers logging sheets with correct serial numbers and packaging. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to a manager about this, and they never got back to me. WAY TO GO MILESTONE. I will never recommend or have anything good to say about your company.
Every company has pros and cons so Milestone has. But for me, this is one of the best company to work and grow. Highly recommended for all - if you get a chance then work once here, rest your experience will say all. I loved the founder of this company and the work culture here. Respect !! Work and Grow !!
These guys use the most unprofessional 'recruiters' I've ever encountered - offshore people that have no sense of business protocols or courtesy, like one called "JVR TECH LLC" - a three-man operation doing business out of a couple of apartments, and a small rented office. Sadly, it is almost impossible to understand what they are saying, as well, because their English skills are so poor... but still not as poor as their business conduct.
It really casts Milestone in a bad light - I was ready to go to work for them, but I decide I could not feel safe about doing so, because of the strange, unprofessional, rude people that they hire to recruit for them. I am bowing out.
My advice: Stay away.
Look for work at an American company if you're an American citizen - that's what I am going to do.
