Very nice shop. Spaciously furnished and with a very wide range. Certainly the place to be for lovers of light and sound. From pro to amateur. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. All in all a very nice shop, a pleasure to visit.

I went to the store in early January to search for an akai mpk midi keyboard. they didn't and then I ordered it and it would arrive in 5 days. after 3 weeks still no mail. really a bad thing. I recommend buying stuff from Key Music.

Then drive to Bax-Shop Rotterdam from Zoetermeer. There is a sales evening there on Friday. Played drums for 15 minutes without any personnel coming. There were more people in the drum department. After about fifteen minutes a staff member came to watch. Really a very nice boy, but not a drum expert. You should expect that in the drum department? But he really did his best for me. Almost no product I wanted to test was in stock, so I actually came for nothing. The product I was interested in is not even sold by Bax-shop, while it is a popular product.
All in all policy-wise a big drama at Bax-shop. Too bad, because Bax-shop has potential.

24 uurs bezorging klopt niet!

Maandag 02-12 om 12:15 een bestelling gedaan en aangevinkt dat ik het 04-12 in ontvangst kan nemen, dus ruim 2 dagen later. Dit omdat ik met werk moeilijk vrij kan nemen en 04-12 wel mogelijk was.

Nadat ik zojuist gebeld heb met GLS en Bax, blijkt dat GLS de bestelling nog niet had ontvangen en dus niet vandaag kon leveren.

Smoesjes als black friday drukte e.d. heb ik niets aan. Ik neem met moeite een dag vrij zodat een chauffeur niet voor een dichte deur staat, had het specifiek voor 5 december nodig.

Zorg dat je informatie online kloppend is in plaats van mooie beloftes en dan niet nakomen.

I have had better experiences ordering from their website. I think there were 7 staff members, but the queue at the checkout is ignored by everyone. Apparently people think that the least fun about working at BAX.

Never buy from this store. I bought a guitar for my son here at the end of November 2019 to give on package night. Instead, I received a bass guitar bag by accident. It is now March 2, 2020 and I still have no guitar, I also have no money back and I have emailed and called many times with the most customer-unfriendly help desk in the Netherlands. Their idea of solving a problem that they have caused is to lay it down with me. Never encountered such an unprofessional organization.

See below the message from Bax. I have already contacted you about how often through the help desk. That always takes days before I have an answer. Up to 10 days. And now it's on Google reviews and an immediate response. Sad. Furthermore: I will not send the bag. You can come and get it as agreed in one of the many messages and phone calls.

Ik heb nu ruim een week geleden een paar kabeltjes besteld. Na de bevestigingsmail,En de volgende dat mij betaling en bestelling goed aangekomen was...bleef het stil.dus gister eens gebeld..25 tot 30 min wachttijd.
Vanmorgen een berichtje via messenger, bestelling is uitgezocht,en hierbij bleek dat ik 1 kabel verkeerd had aangevinkt, gelukkig werdt dit opgemerkt,bestelling is aangepast,beloofd is morgen in huis.dus tot nu toe weer positief!En zoals beloofd,vandaag binnen.Prima!

Ik kwam om 14:05uur binnen lopen en het was gezell...

Ik kwam om 14:05uur binnen lopen en het was gezellig druk. Er liep wat personeel ( 4/5 man )die me zo meerdere keren voorbij liepen zonder een goedemiddag of gedag te zeggen. ik kwam direct terecht bij de Dj/geluid afdeling.
Na 15 min ben ik nog niet geholpen en ik kom om 2 kabeltjes te kopen , ik wil alleen wat advies ,dit ivm isolatie van de kabels.

Na 20min!,nog steeds niemand die aanstalten maakten om me te helpen.


Na een 20 min werd ik eindelijk geholpen. Let wel, ik ben daar dus al 40 min voor 2 kabels.
Ik vraag de jonge aan de kassa of ik het juiste product heb. Zijn Antwoord : dat weet ik niet. Ik heb geen verstand van producten ik reken ze af. Als je naar beneden gaat staat daar vast wel iemand die je wil helpen.
Wat? Ik sta al veel te lang te wachten. Niemand helpt me, kan hij dan nu even komen?
Zeker niet. Dan ga je maar naar beneden en kom je daarna weer in de rij staan.

Uiteraard heb ik daar geen kabels gekocht.
Ik heb vriendelijk bedankt en ben weg gegaan.
Uiteindelijk ben ik naar KeyMusic in Rotterdam. Gegaan. Whow wat een goeie zaak en wat een geweldige Service.
Ze hebben er werkelijk alles.
Ik ben zeer te content over KeyMusic Rotterdam. Echt een aanrader.


Ik raad dan ook een ieder aan deze zaak lekker over te slaan. De recensies liegen er niet om.

Op zich leuke spullen tegen een leuke prijs maar wat een mega wachttijd bij de kassa terwijl er 3 man in de winkel is.
Bij de kassa sta je gerust 20 minuten te wachten.
Dat kan toch niet #kassabij

Prima winkel/producten, maar het is nu de 2e keer in 1 maand dat ik iets snel nodig heb en te laat wordt geleverd. Als jullie problemen hebben met leveren door Corona of wat dan ook, moeten jullie dat netjes vermelden tijdens de bestel procedure en niet zeggen dat het de andere dag binnen is. Als jullie dit selling point niet kunnen waarmaken, maar wel vermelden is dat een vorm van klantbedrog.

Wide range and good advice. That means that you sometimes have to wait a while before your turn, but also that the seller takes time for you. Reasonably good prices and excellent webshop with fast delivery!

I have 3 guitars fixed, 1 guitar missing a string and 1 such a fret Buzz that it was unplayable. Ooh and if you keep a guitar too close to a wall in one of the soundproof rooms, an employee will ask if you can hold it differently because the alarm goes off differently. Not very convenient. Too bad, it was better on time in the time of Peter Verspuy. What is completely disappointing, is the fact that this music giant takes over the country with its webshop and shops and small shops where the quality is high and have to make more disappearance of the card. Nice store, but from personal contact Bax shop still needs to get used, I have the idea. Yesterday we visited for some strings and guitar picks, no admiration or a look uberhaubt at entrance. Arrived at the back of the guitar desk 2 employees who have seen me, zero reaction. Then came the cashier girl running but then suddenly came across a colleague whom she had not seen for centuries and disappeared together in the warehouse. I just went back home.

Stock in the website is not displayed correctly. I tried to purchase 2 it's from them, every time specifically traveled to the store where they are available and they didn't have them. Awful customer service by email, by phone totally impossible to reach them( I was waiting 25 minutes minimum on the line). In the shop staff is not able to recommend anything, not enough staff in each department so you have to wait really long time.
