Thursday afternoon, November 21, 2019, I ordered a Bstock digital mixer at Baxshop, the Behringer X32 compact from 1257.00. It would be delivered the next day (delivered tomorrow). I had to, because I had a production with it on Monday. When I saw on Friday that it had not yet been offered to the carrier, I called to see if there was a solution. It consisted of having to drive to Amsterdam on Saturday, they still had the smaller producer, so that I could get into it on Sunday: "You can refuse the Compact at the door, it will come back to us" . On Monday the mixer went rerour and on Tuesday delivered to Baxshop I saw in the Treck and Trace. They booked this Thursday after an urgent phone call from me and emailed a credit note.
Instead of quickly returning my money to compensate for the bad experience, the employee told me that I was still being bitten, because they actually have 30 days to refund my money and now after seven (work!) days, counted from the day they have processed the return. However, if you are talking about a legal period, this is within 14 days from the day that I indicated that I no longer want the item, so from November 22.
At the same time, I had ordered a case for the compact at Fritz events and sent it back, for which I received a credit note on 26 November and the money was credited to my account on 28 November. So it is possible.
Now they may have some extra interest from the customers whose money they hold for as long as possible, but losing a good customer no longer yields money.

"Ordered today before 11 p.m., delivered tomorrow" is actually ordered today, we will be at your doorstep in four days. Not because the carrier drops stitches, they offer it later.

Customer service
Provide incorrect information about legal deadlines, do not think along with a solution, claim the one, (the money is in your account, just look and withdraw it later). All in all, tomorrow, December 6, 2019 is the last day that they can refund my money within the legal period. Then they are in default.

Unfortunately the staff is very underprepared in respect of what they are selling. They may have good prices online if you know what you want, but if you're looking for an advice it's not gonna happen. Given that it is, or should be, a specialised store, that's a real pity.

Nou, ik zou er never iets meer kopen, volkomen kansloos .
Ik had een bestelling geplaatst, ik ga naar de winkel, de producten waren er niet, zei de medewerker; er hingen echter meerdere producten achter deze medewerker in het rek. Maar goed, ik werd toch met niets de deur uitgewerkt .
Ik was duidelijk niet tevreden, en heb daarom op 31 december gelijk toen ik thuis kwam, mijn beklacht gedaan bij de klantenservice (na 30 min aan de lijn). De klantenservice vond dat ook niet zo netjes en deed een voorstel: de producten naar mijn huis te versturen en ik zou ook een korting krijgen van 14 euro. Ik ging akkoord, maar tot heden geen producten, geen nieuwe factuur, niets! Dus een half uur geleden maar weer gebeld met de klantenservice van BAX: na 17 min krijg ik iemand aan de lijn, en wat denken jullie?? Precies, er is niets gedaan, geen producten verzonden, helemaal niets, terwijl alles op voorraad is.
Ik koop voortaan alleen nog maar bij mijn Duitse vrienden van THOMANN, die doen wat ze beloven; je betaalt, en je producten worden netjes opgestuurd.
Nee, BAX is het echt niet voor mij, en dan druk ik mijzelf netjes uit.
Een zeer klantonvriendelijke winkel/organisatie!
Ik zal ook nooit van mijn leven meer een stap daar binnen zetten.
Peter Verspuy was een top-zaak, dit is drama!!

Heb ongeveer drie kwartier staan te wachten op het afrekenen, ondanks dat ik de tweede klant was, achter mij stonden er nog 6 te wachten. Hoop voor hen dat ze nu thuis zijn.

Uitstekend geholpen.
Op zoek naar een startersset voor onze 4jarige zoon geweest in Rotterdam. Een jongen met staart (Adrian?) heeft ons uitstekend geholpen, goed naar ons geluisterd, meegekeken met onze knul. Ook was onze aankoop aan de 'magere' kant invergelijking met de andere sets die er stonden, hebben we echt uitstekend service ervaren. TOP!

Good store with a lot of instruments. DJ sets, drum sets, guitars and more. A downside was that there was a band playing, the speakers were so loud that when you were up or down you hardly heard your own instrument or hardly.
For the rest a nice store !!

Nice place with a very extensive range of music and music related articles. From instruments to lights and smoke machines Bax-shop Rotterdam has and can also demonstrate it. Friendly and helpful staff thinks along with you and provides honest advice.

Bax online offers a super website with good service and easy to search through that large assortment.

I bought a Roland Prelude from this company, my first and also my last one was a beginner and now have two years to be precise. But every time I asked for an explanation, they did not have personnel who were skilled enough to provide a solid explanation and I was referred to Roland Benelux, who was not overflowing with service. You will receive a Dutch manual, but there are so many questions that, despite the contacts I have made, have remained unanswered. A shame because the Roland Prelude has a lot of possibilities.

what a But case ordered before 10 am tomorrow at home well do not assume! I specially sent to work because I am there on Friday! no, we go our own way and schedule it on Saturday. adjusting the address is not an option. call customer service and hear casually after an HOUR waiting until I have someone on the line that the truck was probably full! nice and easy answer! so for the people who have a performance or something else do not order at bax because you do not have it anyway. just nice old-fashioned shopping again at KeyMusic you have more to people.

Terrible service. Customer service promises you things and in the store they indicate that it is not possible. At one point, a very childish finger was pointing from customer service to the store and vice versa. I drove back and forth 3 times until I finally had the right product.

Omdat deze winkel erg in mijn straatje past met interesse had ik heel graag 5 sterren willen geven.
Maar helaas mijn bezoek duurde lang en ook nog eens met lege handen de deur uitgelopen.

Na de overname door Bax-Shop is het pand erg modern geworden.
Het ziet er goed uit en er zijn allemaal afdingen gemaakt.
Op de diverse afdelingen kun je ook van alles testen. Wat heel erg fijn is om producten te vergelijken.

Op basis van de Voorraadinfo op de site ging ik vol goede moed "even snel" langs.
Het was erg druk en met maar 1 medewerker achter de balie van de afdeling.
Op een andere afdeling was een collega druk bezig met computeren en merkte niet op dat hij wellicht ook kon helpen op een andere afdeling.
Toen ik na een goede 45 min aan de beurt was bleek het product waarvoor ik kwam niet op voorraad en zou het een levertijd hebben van 7dagen.
Dus met lege handen ben ik vertrokken.
En of ik hier nog een keer terug kom weet ik niet.

Productkennis was helaas niet voldoende aanwezig bij de medewerker die mij hielp.
Dit licht ik graag toe met een voorbeeld;
Voor mij was een oudere meneer die een aantal spannende verloopjes wilde maken.
Hiervoor wilde hij een specifieke connector.
Volgens de medewerker bestond deze connector niet.
Normaal gesproken houd ik me afzijdig omdat ik er van uit mag gaan dat de Productspecialist weet wat er verkrijgbaar is.
Maar dit keer heb ik me er tegenaan bemoeid.
Als het op de site staat dat je het verkoopt dan lijkt het me wel handig dat je ook weet dat je het verkoopt.
En anders gooi je een zoekterm in Google en dan kom je er achter of het bestaat of niet.

Mede hierdoor is mijn mening een stuk lager dan ik had gehoopt.
Hopelijk pakt een volgend bezoek beter uit.
Maar voor nu zal ik het houden op de webshop.

Op 22 augustus mijn vox mv50 geretourneerd... met de mededeling dat het bedrag binnen 5 werkdagen op mn rekening zou staan..
Op 31 augustus( 6 werkdagen) gebeld, kreeg te horen dat het mav 7 werkdagen kon duren..
Op 2 sep (7 werkdagen) weer gebeld.. er was een storing geweest in het systeeem.. het zou volgende dag betaald worden..
Op 3 sep eind van de dag weer gebeld.. met de mededeling dat het echt overgemaakt is..
Nu 4 sep 5x gebeld... er is een spoedbetaling gedaan...en nog steeds niks..
Het enige wat ik hoor.. we kunnen u niet verder helpen, hiermee moet u het doen, ik ga nu de verbinding verbreken..
Geen uitleg waarom het zo lang heeft geduurd alleen maar excuses en valse beloftes..
Je wordt totaal niet serieus genomen in Goes .
Ik heb al aardig wat apparatuur aangeschaft bij Bax maar dit was de laatste keer

Excellent service in the shop !! When I had my piano installed at home and got a chair that had to be screwed by hand, I found out later that they were not properly secured. The mechanic did not connect them properly at all four hinges and went away hurriedly. Is not very bad, but if you sit on it and it is not properly fixed, the product can be damaged. In the end I did it again myself. The quality of the product is good for the price.

Until recently always had good experiences at Bax until I returned a package last week and it has not arrived yet. I have not received a return confirmation by mail from DHL and The service point where I delivered the package is on holiday, so I cannot go there, but they indicate by telephone that the package has been picked up by DHL. DHL cannot help me because I have not received the return confirmation and Bax does not respond to my emails. As a customer I feel cornered and all parties indicate that they can do nothing. It is a product worth 300 euros so this creates the necessary stress. I am worried that I will immediately lose my 300 euros and have received nothing in return. I hope Bax can help me with this case and make sure I don't lose my money, otherwise this will be the last time I bought something at Bax

After a few months on a waiting list for a synthesizer, which I would expressly be guaranteed to deliver and that around week 29, I received an email last week that it is not being delivered and the order has been canceled.
Went for a limited edition and is therefore not available everywhere, the fact that I have confidently accepted your promise that I would certainly be delivered makes this even more annoying.
Bad thing this Bax, where's your credibility and service?

Ik kwam hier eigenlijk voor een vrij grote aankoop...

Ik kwam hier eigenlijk voor een vrij grote aankoop.
Tot het moment dat ik na ruim 20 minuten rond struinen over de grote beneden verdieping eindelijk een medewerker zag en daar direct door werd aangesproken met de vraag "en wat ga jij doen?".

Ik heb geantwoord "graag iets bij je kopen als dat mag van je". Toegegeven, hierna werd de medewerker wel vriendelijk.
Blijkbaar hadden ze een voorraad telling.
Het kwam op mij over dat er geen ruimte was voor een klant een half uur voor sluitingstijd.
Ik heb mij beperkt tot 4 verloopjes van een euro, voor hetgeen ik wilde kopen rij ik wel naar Tonecontrol of naar Duitsland.

Deze winkel was een stuk fijner toen het nog Peter Verspuy was..

Overigens ook "bijzonder".
Enige tijd geleden had ik een klachten mail gestuurd na een niet zo goed verlopen bestelling.
Het begon met de "vandaag besteld, morgen in huis" belofte die een week langer duurde.
Gewoon geen enkele reactie vanuit Bax Goes.

Het bezoek hierboven was wat mij betreft een poging van mijn kant om mijzelf te bewijzen dat Bax nog steeds een top tent is.
Helaas, wederom een alles behalve fijne ervaring.

You have to wait half an hour before you are helped, many keyboards are also not set up properly, which makes trying out impossible and the service is generally just bad. Have already been waiting 5 days for a response via e-mail or Facebook chat from Bax Shop. 3 quarters of an hour's waiting time on the phone! The first time I get an unprofessional and unhelpful employee on the phone. Due to a mistake from DHL, I still do not have my package. Very easy to solve by sending you my shipment again, the old one you already automatically return. I like to hear it, apparently this is the only way you react in time.

Very, very, very bad service. I bought a Motu 828x thunderbolt. I had sent it back to Bax Shop for repair because from day 1 the volume knob was not functioning. Now its 7 weeks later and its just one big headache with Bax Music shop. I still haven't received my product back after 7 weeks of waiting and being promised a new one!

Every time I call or email with Bax shop they come with another story. And it's all lies! The way the coworkers of Baxs Music shop talk to customers and treat their customers is very disrespectful. It is no way to ever treat a customer who spent well over 3000,- at Bax music shop.

Now they tell me that I have to wait 2 more weeks to get my product back. The way they talk to clients is just not acceptable! They emailed me that if I don't get my product back within 5 weeks that they will give me a new one. It's been 7 weeks now and now Bax shop emailed me saying that it's going to take 2 more weeks.(knowing that with Christmas days coming up it might even take longer) What kind of service is this? While they can get me a new one within a day. I have never been treated in such a unprofessional way in my life. Bax shop Music you have lost a very good customer.
