Great business, with an extensive collection of musical instruments. This time too I helped with a looper pedal + the necessary patch cords. The combi was not in stock on the website but was put together for me in the store at the same prices. Excellent service and also helped to find a good but affordable capo solution for a ukulele.

This Bax shop is smaller than the main office in Goes, but they have a good choice of products in the store. Good practice rooms and professional staff.

Poor service and no responsibility. It says everywhere on the site that if you order before 11 am you will have it delivered the next day. I had ordered Fl studio 20 on Friday afternoon. It is now Sunday and not even sent yet ... Do not put this on your website if you cannot live up to it. I really needed him today. Now I have tried to call but the customer service is closed on Sundays. I will never order here again.

Echt helemaal nooit weer

Mijn bestelling a 250 (vooraf betaald via ideal) is ergens bij het verzenden kwijt geraakt. Dat kan gebeuren.. ik ben inmiddels ruim 8 weken(!) verder en heb nog steeds mijn pakketje niet. Hierover heb ik inmiddels 6 keer contact gehad met de klantenservice. Hiervan krijg ik na 8 welen onderstaande bericht.

Voor mij de eerste keer een negatieve review online, maar volgens mij wel op zijn plek. Daarmee de laatste keer Bax.

Vanwege extreme drukte reageren wij later op de e-mail dan gewenst. Wij doen ons uiterste best om dit zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

Zoals mijn collega Rolinzo heeft uitgelegd is er een onderzoek gestart bij onze Backoffice afdeling om bij DHL te achterhalen wat er nou precies is gebeurd met jouw pakket en waar jouw pakket zich precies bevindt. Totdat dit onderzoek door onze Backoffice afdeling is afgerond en er duidelijk is wat er met je zending is gebeurd, zijn wij niet toegestaan om jou terug te betalen dan wel opnieuw je bestelling op te sturen. Ik wil je dan ook vragen om nog even geduld te hebben totdat onze Backoffice afdeling een reactie geeft op het onderzoek omtrent de status van jouw pakket. Zodra dit gedaan is, zullen wij weer contact met jou opnemen voor een terugbetaling of een mogelijke tweede zending.

Mijn excuses voor het ongemak omtrent deze zending.

Nieuwe gitaar en een versterker aangeschaft. Versterker bleek bij concurrent 20,- goedkoper te zijn. Verkoper bracht toen na het zelf ff te checken 20,- in mindering op mijn totaalfactuur.
