When I was years younger, I purchased my first gear here. (1) The salesmen abused my age and pushed my to buy stuff I didn't needed. (2)Later it seemed that the 2nd instrument was broken and I couldn't come back for repair. I was able to repair it myself via the manufacturer (very good service Novation). (3) I also got ripped off on cables. (4) They send me away with the wrong size of flightcase (I was pushed to take this one, but I told them I doubted the sizes). The seller applied all his sell techniques on a young "kid". Peter Verspuy is not here to advice and helping you, the are here to sell on margin and take off your money, nothing else. Will never set foot in this store again. To be fair: please note this happened many years ago so maybe not completely representing the store today. Nonetheless Peter Verspuy deserves this one star and should know that they lost a customer. And a musician can be a customer for life if you help them; maybe the first sell isn't big, but come back if you really help them.

A nice thing, I was here a Friday evening around 6 pm and it was fairly quiet in the store. The staff is not helpful, after fifteen minutes walking around the store I went home. From a professional matter like this I expect a more proactive attitude of the staff.

I bought an electronic drum kit a few months ago and am extremely satisfied with how I have been helped. 2 weeks ago bought an extra tom for this, again excellent help, but unfortunately on return the cable turned out to be defective. Back to Bax, and yes, excellent, and especially friendly help. I write this review because I see reviews passing by, which I cannot post because of my experience. As an old musician, I am very happy with Bax. Top!!

Have literally waited 30 minutes for someone to help me. There was one employee in the store, with 6 people waiting for him. In the end it turned out that the product was not in the store, while on the site it was still in stock. Sin of my time this!

Already bought a few times at Bax. Good specialist...

Already bought a few times at Bax. Good specialist store but availability of staff on the work floor and telephone accessibility really below par. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that the Rotterdam branch has been taken over and that the priority is not there, but could really do better with a store of this caliber.

A bad experience with this music store for the 2nd...

A bad experience with this music store for the 2nd time, certainly the last time I bought something here.
Recently made an order of 900eu, including a focusrite interface. The interface suddenly stopped working after a few weeks and sent back for return. After waiting 4 weeks for the return, I received a package back. Interface connected, but still in the same (broken) state. Called customer service and heard that I will receive a new one, because I had already sent the interface within 60 days and I am certainly not satisfied with this junk service. So sent back and received no response, so I was told that I will not get a new one, but that I can wait another 4 weeks for my repair (if the interface does work again). Has been without monitor sound for almost 2 months now, so I now miss out on money.
Sloppy, I advise everyone not to buy anything from these sad scammers. Regret the money I spent here.

Ik ben hier afgelopen week geweest omdat ik wilde kijken of mij PA systeem nog goed werkte (garantie zat er nog op).
Ik ben geholpen door Bas, audiotechnici en werkt dus op de afdeling live geluid. Heeft met goed geholpen en zelfs wat dingen geleerd over connectoren en hoe je die goed aansluit om storingen te voorkomen.
We hebben alles aangesloten en hij heeft professioneel gezocht naar aanleiding van mijn probleem uitleg.

3 quarters waited until someone came to help and there came but no one asked upstairs at the guitar department there was searched I just find someone then someone would come but he did not come

This store is based on self-service, according to the cashier. So then it is obvious that if you want to try something, for example headphones, the PC for listening to music should work. If not, look for shop assistants. Unfortunately, no one is allowed to leave his department, so no one can help you. Only the manager who walks around there can do that, but has been on the phone for fifteen minutes and has absolutely no eye for the customers. Perhaps a few sales courses are in place here for the staff and manager. You should not go here for advice or sales!

Alles is netjes opgelost! Binnen een dag hebben wij een nieuwe gekregen van Bax!

Wauw wat een slechte service! Op 24 november bestelden wij voor mijn zus een Platenspeler van Ricatech zodat we deze op tijd binnen zouden krijgen voor de feestdagen. Hij kwam keurig op tijd aan. Maar toen wij afgelopen kerstdag de platenspeler wilden uitproberen, deed hij het niet! Een grote teleurstelling voor mijn zus die graag haar nieuwe LP's wilde afspelen, maar we hadden er vertrouwen in dat Bax Shop het wel zou begrijpen.

The price seemed attractive, but half of the packaging was opened and the microphone seemed to have been used. I needed them immediately, otherwise I would have sent the whole order back. After all, I clearly ordered new products. I could eventually get a 5 euro discount on the bill. As if I would get the confidence to place an order with them again.

Bad employees. I had to wait half an hour for a product that I wanted to buy and not to be found in the showroom. They only had to deal with it. Did not need advice. And yet 2 teenagers with computer questions were more important.

A real Valhalla for the musicmaker. Outside a villa, inside a department store with everything from A to Z for the music fanatic from young to old. Expert salesmen / stars and a nice atmosphere, thanks to a nice clientele. But you can also find good law in the webshop for software. Germans, keyboards, pianos, mixing console and everything else you can keep in your hands on the spot and that is also nice. Parking in front of or behind the property.

I thought it would be nice to have an electric guitar in addition to my acoustic one. My choice fell on this LP clone. My first reaction was to scare the hum from my amplifier. It turned out to be due to the cheap cable supplied. Good sound comes out with a good cable. For: a beautifully finished guitar for the money. Cons: the buttons (volume and tone control) do not work. Recommended to visit the store. A long journey but good ... In the store I was told that these buttons never actually work. I could try another one. Unfortunately it turned out to be impossible to find after an hour of searching. One could be sent but without guarantee that it would work or even that it would be checked ... Finally left without a guitar. I tried to buy another one but nobody wanted to sell me one. A precious and frustrating afternoon. Never Bax for me again.

After standing at the counter for about 20 minutes...

After standing at the counter for about 20 minutes, passed by 3 people with a bax shop shirt on, coming for a simple beginner guitar that I hung within reach, but unsuccessfully returned.

There was not yet a "hi" and so very super busy it was again not in the store.

When you leave the store you pass another checkout, they see you go and not even a "goodbye".

Consistent In any case consistent, I will skip this branch from now on.

Poor handling of a defective device. Separate service can be mailed but after 1 week response. Even after 20 minutes have been on hold and a call-back appointment is made they appear not to comply with this agreement. Then went to the Rotterdam branch and there the defective device was taken and after a day a B-Stock device would be made available. I would receive a message later via e-mail to pick up B-Stock. Wait now after 1 week for that mail ..... Get already 15 min on hold (2-10-2018).
I am dependent on the product but as it is handled in terms of handling and time with a defect in the warranty I would look for another supplier ...

My son placed an order on januari 12th, with a delivery time of a few days. Did not receive anything after 2 weeks.

No response on email, phone (waited for 30 minutes), "webservice team" or the forum on their website.

Did they go bankrupt?

A very nice store with lots of things for the professional audio hobbyist. However, I do expect that the entrepreneur does not come so quickly here. For that it is too much of everything, and therefore nothing as a specialism.

It's a shame I can't just give 0 stars. What a worthless company this is.
Several times in the direction of Goes. They don't know customer service there.
Wanting to buy a substantial sum in the evening, but the person in question gave priority to a few young people who wanted to play with the music. Quarter to 9 there was time for us; however, the person in question knew nothing about anything and he could not say anything about a discount. So, unsettled things home.
Call customer service a week later. Busy (as always?) And stood in the queue for 35 minutes. I got another person on the line who didn't know anything about it and told me they would call me back. Unfortunately, a week later I still had no phone ........ Never again ;-)

With a lot of enthusiasm to this shop for a new guitar ... walked in the store for almost 2 hours .. tried a lot of guitars ... few staff I would have liked to be helped but no salesman came to us. There was 1 who was busy repairing a guitar who asked if I had one question but he was busy ... 1 question ... I just want to be helped with choosing a guitar !!!!
Finally left the business without a purchase.
Too bad Bax ... I buy that guitar elsewhere.

We were forced to go to the Rotterdam location because only there was the desired item in stock. Unlike the front suggests, the store and assortment is surprisingly large. Despite the crowds, we were helped well. Parking is a challenge when it is a bit busier.

Very bad customer service in terms of waiting! Always unwise long waiting times and in the store in Rotterdam you can not get something quickly, even though the staff does everything to help you quickly and professionally! Great for Bax that they grow so fast but it is a shame that they have not been able to control the service (long on hold to speak to someone) !!

Been here a few years ago and was allowed to do and try everything, it was a great experience ..... then !! Now after a few years back for my birthday wife to buy a nice gift for her and to get some information about it. Staff didn't even congratulate her after my wife said several times ... it's my birthday today, all over the place. Too bad ... employee was in a hurry with us and said repeatedly ... is this what you want to buy? In other words hurry up because I don't have much time today. We left with a bad feeling and think we will look elsewhere next time. We are very sorry, because we always liked to come there. It was a nice thing!

Nice and quite large music store that is just very well hidden between / behind normal row houses. I cycled past 2 times until I saw the Bax Music signs and even then it was not entirely clear to me.
I have little experience with the store because I only came to pick up a package. That went fine.
