Well helped, employee really took a moment. Done what I wanted (try an add-on for my turntable) then listened to some speakers and advised on that. In a "shut up and take my money" moment I left a bag of pennies and bought nice things for a good price.

Nicely displayed. but nothing connected at all and the service! guys it seems like the staff are avoiding the customers. No one says good morning or good afternoon. They seem to be walking right through you. Waited 20 minutes at all cash registers. Finally left.

Nice thing only the stock administration can be better. If something that is in stock is purchased, you simply do not want this to be delivered a week later. Anyway, Bax has some credits because it always was that it was delivered within 24 hours. I hope it stays with this one incident.

It may seem like a good shop with nice people but appearances can be deceiving, the service is more than worthless. After purchasing a new Fender guitar, various associated things turned out to be wrong or missing. You send an email and then a reply comes that your guitar was hanging in the rack with the discarded guitars and if you don't like that you have to bring it back. I didn't know that a new 900 Euro guitar was a discarded guitar. The content of my email in which I indicated that the missing items are probably still in the warehouse in Rotterdam will not be accepted. There is no point in seeking contact by telephone ', you end up at a call center that you cannot or cannot. want to connect to the store in Rotterdam, they just create an email and then you just hope you get a response. Eventually result, sent several mails, called several times with the promise of the call center that I will be called back for a certain time, so no! Eventually called by an employee from Goes who would solve it, but unfortunately nothing happened again, then after sending another email a phone call from Amsterdam who would also solve it, but you guessed it ... this also had no only result. Because I was fed up with it, I returned the guitar. Unfortunately, they are also not authorized to refund the payment immediately, so you have to wait another week for your money. Also a shame of the 140 km driving that burns you on gas. What a worthless shop, unbelievable, they will never see me there again !!

Order could be picked up earlier, despite waiting time due to corona crisis. 1 item was missing after a careful check of a large order and immediately made ready. Sent the next day from Goes and received immediately. Even though we had to wait a long time ourselves, the store was busy, but the service paid off. Beautiful stuff bought for a dream copy that came true. In this case only winners came out, despite other lesser reviews.

Products are fine but I have a bad experience with bax shop, then you order a package and it will be delivered the next day ....... my package between 1100 and 1500 is not delivered ... then I have 30 minutes waiting time and I am told that I have to wait until tomorrow .... please do something about it because that is how you lose your customers !!

Twice in one year I have had very negative experiences with the purchase of a synthesizer cable. Poor communication, no adequate responses to e-mails and complaints. If I had been treated properly, I would not have shared my experiences here. My band even ordered a mixing panel because this company could not deliver the commitments. In the store they just walk past you. I do not buy anything anymore.

The biggest musical instrument store in the nether...

The biggest musical instrument store in the netherlands, but a small shop here in Rotterdam. Not much staff so expect long waiting times. Not many booths for try out, again expect long waiting. There's a coffeecorner and limited parking space in the neighbourhood.
I don't think i'll be there again....

Great help. Only the product I picked up was damaged. The packaging had already been opened. Driven for free from Kleve / Germany. Re-ordered. Would be there today but had no message. And calling is not possible. Very annoying that no one can be reached at all on Sunday. They may change this.

Quite hidden behind a house, but a very spacious shop with a lot of choice of musical instruments and accompanying articles (displayed and much more not shown). In addition, a very personal advice that also takes plenty of time (see also the website), so if you have little time, it is better to order online. Toppie for me! and definitely worth a visit.

echt oprecht wat een bagger winkel, ben noodgedwon...

echt oprecht wat een bagger winkel, ben noodgedwongen hier heen gegaan omdat keymusic in den haag dicht is.

was opzoek naar een white falcon en gebeld; ja die hebben we wel. kom ik in de winkel is er niemand die iets voor je kan betekenen, want ze weten van niks. ook kon er geen goedemiddag vanaf. uiteindelijk maar zelf opzoek gegaan, aangezien 3 man personeel gezellig met elkaar stond te praten en blijkbaar geen aandacht had voor de klant (die serieus bereid was om de white falcon aan te schaffen +- 3300,-).
uiteindelijk niet kunnen vinden en na een kwartier minstens te staan wachten maar weg gegaan.

oprecht slechte service, kennis hebben ze niet, voor mij nooit meer.
blijkbaar is de standaard service die Rockpalace gaf toch te hoog gegrepen tegenwoordig.

I wanted to buy a violin and my friend some guitar stuff. Driven to this store especially for trying out the violin. Unfortunately, there was no bow attached to the violin. After a 30 minute wait asked an employee to give me a cello bow. Indicated that it was not the right one. He picked up a new bow, warning that if I broke it, I would have to pay. It is a bit strange that this is not said to people who try guitars of 4000 euros, but with me a bow of 20 euros, but good. Unfortunately, a bow does not work without being waxed first. This indicated to the seller. Unfortunately, that could not mean anything to me, because then the bow could no longer be sold. Indicated that I wouldn't buy a violin without trying. I was then told that I could buy a violin, try it out at home, and then always swap, even if the stick was waxed. Again explained that I wanted to try out first and compare the different types. This didn't matter, I couldn't try a violin. Idle business left.

In addition to all discussion, the employee was very unfriendly and we had to wait a long time. The violins were missing strings and one was broken. Almost all items lacked price tags. Missed sales for Bax and total waste of our time.

Good products and a wide range that are put first. The staff takes ample time to speak to the customer. This is definitely something good! However, this does lead to long waiting times for the other customers. Perhaps an idea to improve the occupancy rate. It also doesn't hurt to indicate to the waiting customer that this will be helped as quickly as possible. As a customer you feel at least "seen" especially if you take the trouble to come to the store as opposed to purchasing through the webshop.

In itself, the helpfulness here is very neat, but from the head office in goes goes soooooo much wrong and I am no longer satisfied at all, partly because the misunderstandings are not resolved neatly. And when you try to bring that up, there is no response and I have never heard an excuse. I have placed 3 orders for the past 3 years where it was not 100 euros but much more ... all 3 orders went wrong ... for me it is as clear as a lump ... never bax again ... give 0 stars but that one is for the people from the store who did their best to at least some things to search ...

Upon welcoming friendly greetings by employee. After this, no more rapprochement. We spent more than an hour in the store to find a bass guitar. All price signs were wrong. There was no rope to tie. 3 gentlemen behind the counter to chat with each other without giving any attention to customers. Even when leaving, no look in our direction. Very unprofessional.
