You come in and no one greets you. If I am then helped and indicated what I want to have, the employee at the cash desk asks another colleague because he is only a cashier, but that other colleague says he has no time at all. Or the cashier can not give some information. Both employees are clearly at odds.
I do not want to want information but want to buy a product.
"I can also leave again, I said if nobody has time"
Downstairs, a colleague is finally found who does have time for me. And in the end I am reasonably helped, but I did not think the knowledge of the products and our own website was very good. Anyway, I had prepared myself otherwise I would have been considerably more expensive for the same product.
There is really no coming next time. No, then his predecessor Peter Verspuij did a lot better.
And when I read the existing reviews, they clearly do not learn from their mistakes. Really very sad.
