Good Developer in construction quality and after sale experience also at economical budgets

Worst experience ever. We suffered a lot due to these loots. They are just fraud brokers and nothing else.

Such a great user friendly company - easy to deal with , every level of management is accessible and interested in the needs of their clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors alike. Friendly staff always looking for the best outcome for everyone. Take a long term view of quality and relationships.

Prestige group, the most popular real estate company in South Delhi, is always the number one choice for the creamy customers and it is just another name for quality when it comes to construction. It has a good customer service in terms of maintenance of properties once they are handed over and is always on time when it comes to delivery. Staffs are good to interact with as they represent one of the finest construction companies in the south Delhi.

They have very cooperative staff . They are available for u any time just drop a text and you will get the call from the concerned person. All the best.

I m still considering the possibility of investing in A D Infra Height projects. The whole idea looks quite promising since the market data is encouraging. I ve been to chattarpur several times so I had the chance to inspect the company s projects myself. That made me realize it s a reputable developer. I guess I will take buy an off-plan unit in the next project so I m following the company news carefully.

awesome builder in Chattarpur and very good quality of construction at reasonable price

Its a very good project and location and all are satisfied.

Hello All. This is a bitter truth and an eye opening message and the situation which we the residents of the building are facing because of the builder They break promises. they dont know what they have written in their broucher. They dont know what they committing and the meaning of fulfilment. Forget about customer satisfaction, their ears, eyes will be closed, once you made them full payment. 1. No CCTV's installed. (Written in bold letters in their broucher) 2. Life is at risk, No lift certificate provided. (Third class assembled lift installed with no spare parts availability anywhere.) (No AMC has been done by the builder despite taking maintenance) 3. Maintenance cost provided to the builders from all residents is approx 40K per building of 25 flats and all they are doing is paying one security guard (8K) and nothing else. 4. No efforts in electricity being made, we are forced to use one commercial meter @ Rs 14/unit. Average household bill is approx 10,000. with 1 AC installed. 5. Illegally constructeds floor in parking hear, 4 shops and one 2BHK, which covers almost 50% of the area and made the complete building non compliant in MCD list. Constructed 5 floors, floors over 5th floor also and sold it despite knowing, the resident would face trouble and harassment. Escalated many times to the Builder (Mr Jameel). There is no response at all. Visted to their office, and their staff says, he is not available. He wont take calls either, no reply of messages and whatsoever. I am writing this on behalf of all the residents staying in the building. We are stuck and forced to pay enormously. Please reconsider your decision on the above facts, while looking for the property here in chhatarpur.
