Poor handling of a defective device. Separate service can be mailed but after 1 week response. Even after 20 minutes have been on hold and a call-back appointment is made they appear not to comply with this agreement. Then went to the Rotterdam branch and there the defective device was taken and after a day a B-Stock device would be made available. I would receive a message later via e-mail to pick up B-Stock. Wait now after 1 week for that mail ..... Get already 15 min on hold (2-10-2018).
I am dependent on the product but as it is handled in terms of handling and time with a defect in the warranty I would look for another supplier ...
