This store needs an urgent change of personnel. The discomfort that people can perceive with the service of this store is unbelievable. In my personal experience they just want to rob people, other pep boys stores gave me a much lower price than what they charged me here.

I arrived one night with 2 flat tires, it took more than an hour to close the place and the woman did not leave me or explain me simply said: we can do nothing for you today, come back tomorrow. I had to leave my car in front of the store, I returned the next morning and was there from 9 am to 2 pm to replace my tire. It is unusual. The worst is the customer service, how little or nothing you are interested in what you are going through at that time. Marshona was the woman's name, she shouldn't work there, she can leave you talking alone as if you were nobody, ignore you in your own face when you're at the desk. What kind of customer service is that?

Whoever picked up the line, they were very rude and aggressive. Quick to deny service and didn t answer a simple yes or no question, being if they had a tire size in stock. Coming from a long time local...deleting their number.

So - had to go here to get my state inspection don...

So - had to go here to get my state inspection done and an oil change - called and was told "11am appointment, should take an hour and a half, probably less" - ok that works for me.

Get there at 10:50 am, drop off the car and hang around because well, where can I go? So...an hour and a half later...my car is still sitting outside...at the 2 hour mark, I have to go ask "So, um, I noticed my car is still not being serviced?" - I'm told they have a brake service they are doing (ok?) and i'll be done shortly - yeah...we need to work on the definition of shortly - not done for another hour and a half, and all told about 4 hours spent...what is the point of an appointment?

I feel like he has my back covered and my car is in its best possible and cared for condition. I feel safe with Jim as my mechanic. If you are gong to Pep boys ask for him

Jim McGinley is the best. If you decide to take your car there I would recommend Jim. He has been taking care of my Honda Element (2004) for 3 years now, and he has done so much on it. From simple oil change and inspection to replacing arm bushing.He also worked on my husband's car and he did excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well.

the coldest day of the winter so far and my heat broke! i dont know anything about cars but my dad told me to check the fuses first before bringing it to a mechanic. so i found them (via a google search) and drove over to pep boys to find out if they were blown and if so, purchase new ones.
the mechanic/rep working, named jeff, took a look at the fuses and told me they were fine, so it had to be something else. with no appointment or calling ahead, he checked out my fuses and fixed the hose on the blower in no time!!! it was awesome and i wont be freezing on my drive to work tomorrow:) thanks jeff and the pep boys.

Do not take your vehicle to this location. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation and they told me that 3 of my 4 tires weren't good any more because they had bulges, and that one tire had a nail in it and another had two nails in it. These tires had fewer than 16,000 miles on them! They were pressuring me into buying 4 new tires, saying that I was taking a big risk driving around on them. I didn't trust them and took my Jeep to Sam's Club where they inspected the tires and found zero nails and the slight bulges (you had to run your finger along the wall of the tire to notice them) were typical of any vehicle that isn't driven very often, which mine isn't. Sam's Club told me to keep the existing tires that they were in excellent shape. So if you do go to Pep Boys, don't let them talk you into doing anything additional work to your vehicle without getting a 2nd opinion. I'm never going to Pep Boys again.

Horrible service I will never be going back here ever again! Drop my car off at 11 AM for a simple oil change and didn t get back to almost 8 o clock . I had to call multiple times for multiple updates and nobody would ever call me back. Juanita who works there should not have a job. She is beyond disrespectful and rude and she is lucky to have a manager who clearly does not care and lets her get away with whatever she wants. Whole experience was an complete failure

Worst customer service ever. Had an appointment at 7pm for oil change. Arrived on time and the staff who takes the in formation told me we cannot do it today, it is very late. I said I called for an appointment for either today or tomorrow 5/25/2016 or 5/26/2016 and you said come today at 7pm and he gave me the name of the mechanic who will do the service. He denied that he knows any one by that name.I insisted that I came from north philly for this appointment and it has to be done and it was not my fault. He accepted the car after argument and said it will finish at 9pm while the work shop closes at 8pm. I said whatever. Waited for aprox. an hour when I got a call to pick up my car. I did and paid and receive a receipt only.In my way out of the workshop I noticed some thing wrong in the car. One of pep boy's mechanic was next to the car. I asked him about the problem he said that he is the one who changed the oil and he put that in his report and I should have it. The guy who put my information in the computer and gave me the receipt for my payment threw that report away . I asked about a copy of it, it was not there and the mechanic had to give me another report written by his hand writing. I do not recommend that store to any one unless they change that customer service person. I do not like to complain but that was not accepted.

I drove into the Pep Boys on Columbus Blvd. this past Sunday because my SUV was acting funny. There was a warning light on the entire time that I was driving and the car seemed to be dragging. They had me pull into one of the bays and someone looked at it immediately. I was lucky enough to have been helped by a man named James McGinley. He was so incredibly thorough. Of course, when he looked at it none of the issues that I described earlier were going on, but he made sure to pop the hood, perform some diagnostics and even took the car for a quick spin to see if we could pinpoint the issue. He told me to please come back immediately if anything odd seemed to be happening again. I left feeling confident that nothing serious was wrong. I was so pleased. It felt as if a concerned family member was looking at the car and didn't want to send me off on my way until they were confident all was good and it was safe. Oh, and he even put down one of those paper mats so as to not mess the floor of the car, which was thoughtful. I thought it was important to say thank you to James and to Pep Boys. I feel lucky to have them so close and will continue to be a loyal customer. :)

Dishonest people. They told me I need my front wheels' struts and rear shocks to be replaced in order to pass state inspection but I went to another mechanic and they checked and told me those are not that bad. Certainly some level of worn out but nowhere near failing the inspection. They just try to make more money from customers. Stay away!!

Had to have my car towed to the PepBoys on Columbus late at night - Hani called me first thing in the morning, got the car fixed quickly, AND for significantly less cost than originally thought. Great service - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Place was jammed, had battery replaced and radio wasn't reset, even after I asked them not to forget it. Oh and the store air conditioning wasn't working. But, the store cashier was very accommodating. They did fix my car in 24 hours after it was towed in on a Friday. Can't complain about that. Air conditioning and radio stopped the rating from being a 5 star.

Marcia, Aaron, and Chris were all helpful in scheduling and and checking in and out during an oil change this week. All set on a little over an hour despite how busy things were with it being the first week of the month and after a holiday. Tip: relax at the Dunkin with free Wi-Fi in the plaza or grab Pho for lunch or dinner if there's a wait for your vehicle. As a repair worker myself I understand timing is difficult when things are busy. Bring a laptop or tablet to relax or do some work while you wait. A+!

Dropped my car off right when the store opened on Sunday at 9:00 AM. I had a nail in my tire and all I needed was for it to be plugged. Got a call 2 hours later and they said they can't plug it for some reason and I will need a new tire. So I reluctantly agreed to the new tire. 3 hours after that, they called to tell me that they had a tire in stock that was mistakenly labeled so they had to order my tire from somewhere else. We are now pushing on 4:00 PM so I called to see the status, and the person I talked to had no clue about it and said someone will return my call to update me. Another hour wait with no word on the status. Finally, I called back to see what was going on. The tire arrived and they said it would be done by the end of the day (6:00 PM). I tried to find out when it would be done, because now we are getting close to closing time. I couldn't even get an answer and all they said is you can pick it up by close today or tomorrow morning. There was no sincerity in the inconvenience. Additionally, the car has been in their garage for 9 hours for what was supposed to be a plug in the tire. Instead, I was out of a car all day and over $200. Very unhappy with my experience as this wasn't even the first time I've left there with a bad taste in my mouth.

Will never go back to pepboys. Only if its Life or Death!!

I had a tire changed on my Honda.... Simple job..... After having a new tire installed, it went flat every few days. I had to keep refilling it with air. I checked the tire and found the valve stem was destroyed and leaking air from stem. I checked the receipt and it says the valve stem was replaced... and I had PAID FOR A NEW ONE

I took the tire back. They made me wait 6 hours. They finally admitted to not putting in a new valve stem.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE: Had to get towed there only b/c I broke down on 95 during the night one mile from this location. Everything they tell you they can do..........doesn't happen. Their customer service in store and especially over the phone is awful. Was told it would be looked at first thing in the morning - after me having to call for status twice waiting 15-20 min of hold time and transfers to get no answers i eventually walk there at noon. Car wasn't look at yet. Walk in again at 1pm. Given a price, told they have the parts and it can be done today. I say go for it. Get a call later saying we can't complete it today. After two rounds of phone calls the next day to get a status i walk there again to find out they don't even have the parts in store and never did any work on my car. I got it towed to a real auto shop and saved $235 at least and had it done the next day. This place is a joke. it is ashame that in this day and age they still give customers the run around and try to blatantly rip you off. You would think a large company after all these years would have better training, service and credibiilty.

I set up an appointment for an emissions inspection. I was told that depending on volume there are days when they can take care of your needs quickly and days where it takes a bit longer. My vehicle was taken care of in an adequate amount of time - I chose to drop off and come back later for it. My technician Jim was so helpful, very knowledgeable and super friendly. This was my first experience at a Pep Boys and they now have my loyalty and business moving forward. Jim was awesome!

I brought my f150 truck to get looked at by a technician as the power steering was leaking and needed a new hose. They told me it needed a new power steering module and other things said $2300 to fix it. I had it towed to my local guy it was $100 for a new hose installed. This pep boys is a rip off .

Absolutely horrible. My car was at Pepboys for a month (part on back order), however I was NOT notified when the vehicle was completed until days later. When I picked up the vehicle, it was beyond evident someone broke into my car and rummaged through all my belongings. No windows were broken, so one would assume the vehicle was left unlocked. When I brought this to the manager s (Eddie) attention, his lackluster demeanor as it pertains to client satisfaction was more than apparent. He did not seem to care that he/his staff/ the other manager (Patrick) didn t inform me when my car was actually finished or that this happened while my vehicle was in their care. Absolutely no responsibility was taken for what happened while my car was in their care. Do not, and I mean do not take your car for servicing here.

Took my car in for an alignment. Went back hours later to find that they didn t do anything claiming it needed $2200 worth of work done. They claimed I needed new ball joints, control arms, axel, oil pan. Then tried to charge me $40 for the diagnostics I didn t ask for when they literally didn t do anything to my car no alignment or anything. Took my car to my mechanic. I need one ball joint and axel replaced and an alignment. Total cost-$450 including labor. This pepboys is a scam, I m a young woman and they just were just trying to take advantage thinking I would just be a yes man. DONT GO HERE unless you want unnecessary work for 5x the cost.

This is the most inefficiently run Pep Boys I've ever been to. For the second year in a row, I had to wait over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. Today I waited almost 3 hours and my car sat untouched with nothing started. The advisor, Victor was polite and courteous and embarrassed for the situation but the lack of concern for customers is deplorable! There's no update unless you go to the counter to inquire. A rating of 1 is too generous!Go elsewhere if at all possible!

Staff seemed unfocused. After trying to get a routine oil change, walked away after the service manager was constantly distracted by phone calls and other customers disputing charges. Final straw was told that I had to use synthetic oil even though the 14 year old vehicle had never used synthetic.

I m only giving two stars because Patrick at the service desk went above and beyond to help me. But I dropped my car off at 10am by 4 I called because I d heard nothing and it was just being taken into the back to be looked at. 7pm comes around the place closes and I get no phone call so now I m without a car. They don t open until 8am tomorrow so I guess I have to call out from work because I ve got no car and there s no way for me to get there without one. This has been a horrible experience I mean come ON 9 hours to do an inspection and an oil change !?! They took advantage of the fact I didn t stay and wait for it, that in itself is unprofessional. My usual garage has been closed and I was desperate for an inspection but for f s sake never again will I waste my time or money on this place.

After 2 Questionable experiences with this business, I am about to notify the Better Business Bureau about Pep Boys at the location on Columbus Blvd. Not only is the work shoddy, I believe it to be dishonest. After my last experience, my car is now at another private mechanic.

My suggestion is to stay clear of the place.

Really disappointed...I called ahead and asked if I could have a nail removed from my tire and the tire repaired. "Yes", drop off your car and and pick up around 5pm. Dropped of car at 12am, I arrived around 5:45Pm and tire had not been repaired....Sorry, we didn't get to it? Took my car to Mid-city on Washington Ave, they repaired the tire in 25 minutes.

I have had varied experiences at this site (1) purchased tires Fall 2012, about a 2 hour process, found the African-American lady (not black as someone referred to her) extremely helpful and knowledgeable (2) June 2013 windshield wiper broke/tore off while driving to nearby Walmart, purchased them there, wound up being wrong size and cheesy, returned them next day and stopped at Pep Boys, paid more for top brand, better quality, they but the on for free and the mechanic was super friendly and so quick we gave him a tip (whoops! a I suppose to say that), (3) July 2013 made appt for oil change the guy that waited on me was more than rude, he was MEAN, ignorant and acted like he was doing me a favor...I waited FOUR (4) HOURS, FROM 3 PM TO 6:20PM! and acted like he had an attitude when I said I had coupons I printed from online, the young African-American male who checked me out is always there and always smiling and pleasant, though did not give any info on the "courtesy checks until I inquired and I left still feeling I wasn't given enough information on what they did (4) August 2013 my husband and I dropped in for a totally unplanned trip when we heard a weird noise, turned out it was a nail in the tire, which they plugged quickly (40 mins) at no charge because I have a members card of something like that..only thing the same pleasant mechanic that did the windshield wipers said he would take it for a test drive, never came back to tell us the outcome of his assessment, my ice cream was melting in the trunk, the car was no where to be found , when we inquired the guy who helped us check in was kinda pleasant but he turned more unpleasant when we asked a couple questions, like where was the car and what was wrong with it...he thought we had gone on the test drive and after a some what difficult conversation he understood we did not go with the mechanic and therefore did not know he had found a nail and what was being done to rectify the problem (5) learned tonight from my husband that the oil pan cover is loose and hanging (never had that problem in 9 yrs of owning my Corolla until the recent oil change) so I will be going back tomorrow morning and hope it will not be a traumatic lengthy wait..cross all fingers and toes.

When I first arrived, I walked up directly to the mechanic when I noticed our car. That moment he totally ignored me and was not very pleased. It was soon clear, though, that I simply caught him off guard while he was trying to figure why the engine still overheats even after the cracked radiator and broken thermostat was replaced. After a short moment waiting, he found the reason to be a big air bubble that was still in the cooling system. After the reason was found and the car working fine again, he was noticeably relieved and very friendly, smiling all over his face, happy that he could fix our car, which just came in the very same day (Sunday, today). A sensor that was replaced while trying to figure why the engine is still overheating, was not added to the bill. Further, we got a 10% discount. To conclude, the service and repair at PEPBOYS was to my full satisfaction.

On a side note, the radiator might have been damaged when an employee at a gas station who tried to be helpful poured cold water over it while it was totally hot even after I tried to tell him that I am concerned this will crack something! Damn he had good intentions helping us out at 3 am, but he likely caused a significant damage. You better let the PEPBOYS touch your car than any random stranger.

Took my car in for an oil change. After I got my car the check engine light came on. Called them and they said the check engine light was on before I brought the car in and blamed it on me. After I came home, I noticed oil was leaking onto my garage floor and figured out they didn't put the gasket on properly which caused the engine light to come on. Poor customer service, work was not done properly, and they tried to blame it on me.

I write with great praise for the professionalism of Retail Sales Manager Erica A., and General Manager Steve Gore, who together make this particular PepBoys location a pleasure to shop in for automotive parts. Indeed, the best aspect of this particular PepBoys store is the friendliness and personal helpfulness of these two individuals (and how it then rubs off on other members of their team). Erica and Steve often go way out of their way to compensate for the frequently frustrating shortcomings of super-large corporate PepBoys and its inadequate website. Yeah real human beings! Yeah Erica and Steve!

Had my car in their shop all day for an oil change and when I tried to check in on the status of it nobody answered the phone for 25+ minutes. When I eventually got through they told me they'd get back to me wthin the hour...few hours later I kept trying. Eventually had to get my car back and take my business somewhere else. NEVER going to this pep boys location ever again.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Most recently, I called a day earlier to ask about a state inspection, I was told that if I came in on Saturday at 8:00 and was the first there, I would be out in about 1 1/2 hours. Of course I was the first and was told that it would take 3 to 4 hours. When I told them about the phone call they said how would we know that we would already have appointments for other cars? I asked why I wasn't told that you could make appointments, they said "I don't know". So I left NEVER again to return to PEP boys.
About 6 months ago I passed them and saw a sign that said, If you buy wipers here, we would offer free expert installation.s o I purchased new blades and the installer apparently never installed blades before. After about 1/2 hour of trying and reading the instructions, he got them in and scratched the top of my hood.
NEVER EVER GO TO PEP BOYS.......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We have been clients of master mechanic - Jim McGinley for many years, following him to Pep boys from previous employer. There is not a more professional, competent and reliable person-let alone mechanic to be found. He has always lent a hand in mentoring others junior to him ....he has taken a personal interest in the purchase, performance and safety of our vehicles.
What an asset to PepBoys auto.....they don't realize what a gem they have in Jim , their most valuable employee!

Really disappointed in this place, During my work ...

Really disappointed in this place, During my work hours, I took my car in to do an inspection. The lady at the counter said it will take an hour to preform but I needed to wait a half hour for them to get to it. I explicitly indicated I was during my work hours and wanted assurance that I needed to get it done soon.

While I waited, I decided to buy a camera for my car, car seat cover for my back seat, plus a phone holder that fit in my cup holder. After I spent a half hour, the car was still sitting in the parking lot. So I told the lady, if they aren't going to work on my car then I want to cancel. So the manager stepped in and gave me my keys back.

So while finishing my shopping, within 5 minutes had a change of heart so I told them i'm going to put the car seat cover on the back seat and set up my camera. I told the lady if they can do it still, they can still finish the job. I told the lady that I will be still here putting my back seat cover on. So tell me either way if it could be done, I suggested that they could either come out and tell me, Or if it's easier to just call me on my cell phone to let me know.

I got neither notification, when I was done working on my back seat and setting up the camera. I looked at my paperwork and I ended up spending a total of an hour and a half in that store and no work was done. Meanwhile besides the inspection, I spent over $100.00 in product. Total arrogance on the managers side to let me know either way if they could proceed. (This guy is not a good representation of the corporation)

Had an appointment for 8am to fix a tailpipe leak. A 1 hour job. It is 6pm and my car has not been touched. I took this day off to give them all day to fix it, and they wasted my whole day. I was the first appointment I don't understand.

Car and truck owners beware!!! This store in particular is very bad when it comes to customer service. It's management that's bad. I would never buy anything from Pep Boys ever again and I strongly suggest you stay away to avoid aggravation when they are to lazy to do the paperwork to honor a warranty.

I made an appointment for a state inspection, 4 new tires with alignment. The only reason they received a star at all was because their people are nice. Only 3 tires came in, I waited over 3 hours without an update so when I asked, that s when I was told they had to get the 4th tire from another store..... no clear explanation why only 3 tires showed up when I made the appointment over a week in advance. They re appointment system is terrible, if I didn t need my car in the afternoon, I might ve dropped it off. The staff at this location is very pleasant but I can t recommend the overall service. Think I ll try NTW or Just Tires next time. Live and learn!

First and last time there.
I went for a state inspection and a new tire, called to know about availability and prices.
first the inspection is a bit overpriced $60 instead of 50. But since I was in hurry and they were the only one who could take me that day I went there. When I called the guy told me I could schedule online and then if they have nothing I could call so he can arrange me. I found an appointment for 12 pm ( it was almost 11).
Went there and first, didn't had the car's new tag, the guy look at me and said I told you you have to bring it with you. I went to the car and it was there, came back and he made me stay in line again.
then he said it will take couple hours ( I thought it will be done by 2-3 pm) he said no at least 4h. OK I took a cab and went to center city. Called around 2:30 and talked to a lady, she checked on the car, and it was almost ready, so I asked if it will be less than an hour I come, she said it should be done. So took another cab, and once there, the first guy look at me in a way, what are you doing here, I explained that I called, he said no I told you you have to wait, what do you expect you take a same day appointment I you want to be done fast.
Actually yes it is what I expect, if you give me an appointment means you can take care of my care in a timely manner, and treat me well, and respect me over all.
He called me later to apologize, because his colleague thought they were done.

so finely they finished around 6:20 pm.

I don't recommend this location, and I will not go there again

I would recommend against going to this Pep Boys. We set up an appointment at 9AM for a battery replacement (battery price was good, and the price to replace the battery was very low). However, when we arrived, the tech said they wouldn't be able to start putting the battery in for about 45 minutes. Annoyed, because we had an appointment, but we decided to wait it out. OVER TWO HOURS LATER, and they finally pull our car into the garage. They keep the car in there for thirty minutes, and then don't call us to the counter for another 15 minutes. All said and done, we waited two hours and forty five minutes with an appointment. The only redeeming quality of this location is that a Dunkin Donuts is nearby so you can get a snack while you wait.

Have dealt with this pep boys several times now, and I can say without a doubt in my mind that it's the worst one I've been to. Lots of "yeah I'll call you back today if I can do X", no calls. "Yeah we can get you in for that at Xtime", then not able to fit you in.

Completely inconsiderate staff that doesn't want to help you out at all, and what one says another completely disregards. Avoid this.

I consistently use this Pep Boys for oil changes and other standard maintenance things on my car. I have always been happy with their service, and the staff is always nice. Today I made an appt for 10am and was told the car would be ready by 11:30am/12pm. I was not out of there until 1:30pm. I had my toddler in tow, who by that point was as cranky as I was, and I had a fit, in part because I was frustrated the place I like to come now seemed not a consistently good option. But in the end, the manager gave us a free oil change and the staff were all super responsive and patient with me. I felt my grievances were heard. I only wish going forward that they would have told me that for whatever reason it would be a much longer wait time today. Now I know to check in sooner about progress on the car.

Had an appointment at 10:00 in the morning for an oil change. Called at 2:30 to see if my car was done (it was not). I was told (shortly) on the phone that they were working on a car and mine would be next and it would take a couple more hours. I called back at 4:30 and it was finally done. Thank goodness I wasn't waiting for my appointment to be done. Went to pick it up and no other customers were there. The guy behind the counter was looking at paperwork for a good 3 minutes before helping me. Having previous experience in retail...my boss would have ripped me a new one if I didn't take care of the customer first. Terrible customer service. They also did not put a sticker on my windshield saying that my oil was changed. That's the last time I'll be having any type of maintenance done on my car at Pep Boys.

I had a very good experience here. I had an 8am appointment for an oil change as well as a tire balance and rotation. I was finished around 9:45. I arrived on time I'm not sure when my car was taken back but I know they started working on it around 8:45 because they were having trouble with a cap and Matt came out to inform me of such. It ended up being a non issue but I really appreciated him coming around to give me a heads up that something may have needed to be replaced even something as small as a cap.

Matt supplied very exemplary customer service. He communicated issues with me and let me know when my car was ready. When I was checking in he let me know of deals they had going and how I could take advantage of them. He seemed a bit overwhelmed as he was the only person at the front of the service section. The phone was ringing off the hook so he had to answer the phone a few times while he was checking me out. He even picked up the phone to let someone know he hadn't forgotten about them but was with a customer. Although we were interrupted several times he made sure to hit all the points during my checkout and address any questions I had fully. A+ customer service.

I ve been to other PepBoys for things in the past ...

I ve been to other PepBoys for things in the past but this one has been pretty bad both time I ve been there in terms of customer service. I just needed a new battery and an oil change and the person helping me at the desk was super rude and I m guessing either high or just lazy as she kept telling me different things about what needed to be done and when I asked questions to clarify she would become irritated and rude to me. What should have been a 2 hour visit turned into a 2 day ordeal as they kept pushing back replacing the battery, in actually still waiting for my car right now :( .... I definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Update: 2 hours later... still waiting for my car... if you look below PepBoys did respond with a cut and paste response (that s exactly the same as their response to everyone else). No one here at the actual store seems like they give a damn though. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Car Inspection/Oil Change...

When you set up an appointment, be ready to wait around all day.... Front desk receptionist mentioned there is a 2 hr buffer from the time you set up an appointment... meaning that if you set up an appointment at noon, inspector might start working on it at 2pm... 1 hour for car inspection/oil change... getting out of the parking lot at 3pm.. ouch!

day is wasted at Pep Boys. When I set up a noon meeting in my profession I am there at noon...

I set up an appointment for my car for 2pm for an oil change and asked if it will take any longer to do an engine diagnostics, I was told it will take about 2 hours. I got no call after 3 hours, so I called them and was told pretty much nothing about my car. I walked into the store about 45 minutes later and saw my car was never looked at and it was going to take until tomorrow to get it in.

The employees were nice but I had an appointment at 4 pm and my car wasn t even moved into the garage until about 5 pm. Also, I was told that they didn t have anyone to check out one of the issues with my vehicle.

If you are looking to get ripped off by some idiotic, mediocre mechanics than this is the place for you to come. These people have the worse customer service and the most inept employees anywhere. The minute you Walk in they try to lure you to their over priced service.
