I had a very good experience here. I had an 8am appointment for an oil change as well as a tire balance and rotation. I was finished around 9:45. I arrived on time I'm not sure when my car was taken back but I know they started working on it around 8:45 because they were having trouble with a cap and Matt came out to inform me of such. It ended up being a non issue but I really appreciated him coming around to give me a heads up that something may have needed to be replaced even something as small as a cap.

Matt supplied very exemplary customer service. He communicated issues with me and let me know when my car was ready. When I was checking in he let me know of deals they had going and how I could take advantage of them. He seemed a bit overwhelmed as he was the only person at the front of the service section. The phone was ringing off the hook so he had to answer the phone a few times while he was checking me out. He even picked up the phone to let someone know he hadn't forgotten about them but was with a customer. Although we were interrupted several times he made sure to hit all the points during my checkout and address any questions I had fully. A+ customer service.
