Worst customer service ever. Had an appointment at 7pm for oil change. Arrived on time and the staff who takes the in formation told me we cannot do it today, it is very late. I said I called for an appointment for either today or tomorrow 5/25/2016 or 5/26/2016 and you said come today at 7pm and he gave me the name of the mechanic who will do the service. He denied that he knows any one by that name.I insisted that I came from north philly for this appointment and it has to be done and it was not my fault. He accepted the car after argument and said it will finish at 9pm while the work shop closes at 8pm. I said whatever. Waited for aprox. an hour when I got a call to pick up my car. I did and paid and receive a receipt only.In my way out of the workshop I noticed some thing wrong in the car. One of pep boy's mechanic was next to the car. I asked him about the problem he said that he is the one who changed the oil and he put that in his report and I should have it. The guy who put my information in the computer and gave me the receipt for my payment threw that report away . I asked about a copy of it, it was not there and the mechanic had to give me another report written by his hand writing. I do not recommend that store to any one unless they change that customer service person. I do not like to complain but that was not accepted.
