This Only Luxury Hotel in Peshawar with best Services and Security,Nice food

over all it is good but needs alot of improvement .

The hotel was really nice. The employees at this location were polite and very friendly. The food my family received during the breakfast was really tasty as well. If I ever return to Peshawar, I will stay at PC Peshawar.

Check-in is outstanding. Clean envirnoment, Conceriage staff is so courteous. Reception staff is hospitable, espescailly Rebecca. She is cooperative and courteous.

Great food. Awesome ambiance. On point service. If you are in peshawar, this is a must place to dine. I am specially fond of their Sunday munch buffet. Great variety of food. And their sweet corner is to die for

The only above 4 star hotel in Peshawar. By far the best place to go for a great meal and above every other hotel in terms of accommodation and other amenities for a traveler. Gym, swimming pool, in house laundry, bakery and 3 great restaurants.

It was a most disappointing experience. The rooms are shoddy, ill-equipped, nothing works, especially electrical outlets. There is no complimentary newspaper and one has to ask for the complimentary fruit basket. The rooms are worse than those in a government rest-house for which one pays a fraction of the cost. Absolutely awful

Noisy small rooms with minimum amenities, but food of the restaurants there is 5 star. Because as based in Dubai, I travel to different countries and I am able to compare the price and services. I forgot to say that staff was courteous. But hotel needs a lot improvement to meet its name and fame, and to give visitors the real of what they pay for.

My stay at the hotel was good but I faced alot of issues with internet. The internet kept on disconnecting or not available at all. I was on an official visit and had few meetings to attend which I had to reschedule due to bad internet coverage. Other than this the staff was friendly and very courteous.

The hotel provides a safe and clean environment. Ms. Rebecca Javed is a very helpful and kind professional. She is a very friendly person and ensures all requests by guests are dealt with high priority.

PC Hotel, Peshawar is the place to stay. The best thing about the hotel are its staff. Zafar, Sana and Nizam at Marco Polo are very competent, warm and friendly. Zafar goes out of his way to make your meal special! Aamir, Daud and Salman at the concierge are the best and always willing to help you. At reception, Rebecca, Anwaar, Fida and Zeeshan make sure that they give you the best room available no matter what. Enayat sb and Gauhar sb are amazing at their jobs and go all out to make you feel at home. The fourth floor housekeeping team (Ghani, Luqman and Ahmed) do an amazing job at keeping your room clean and in tip-top shape. I have no complaints at all regarding their quality of work. The laundry staff are also wonderful.
In terms of weaknesses, the food at PC hotel is not that good. It is getting better but still has some way to go. The good news is that their Chinese restaurant, Tai Pan, has just been relaunched. The new chef, Chef Babar, is an amazing chef and has really turned the restaurant around. Everyone must visit and try it out! Enayat at Tai Pan and Ijaz have always given the best service and go out of their way to make your meal enjoyable - always with a smile on their face! The Food and Beverage Manager, Zubair sb makes sure to listen to all your feedback in order to bring concrete changes to the hotel's food. Similarly, Satti sb is always ready to listen to feedback and acts on guests' suggestions immediately and effectively.
The last GM was very nice and did a great job however one does notice that the new GM is trying his level best to improve the hotel even further, in all areas.

PC Peshawar is the best place for foreign tourists and business personals. It got a high level of security to protect tourists. Although, Peshawar is a safe city now still I will prefer PC Peshawar for foreign people. It got all sort of facilities like a swimming pool, good food, good service and much more.
