PC Peshawar is the best hotel. Beautiful lobby decor , Clean atmosphere, pool side is attractive, outstanding checkin by Rebecca, she's cooperative and professional . Good hotel location. Excellent hospitality experience at pc peshawar

The room was neat but bed sheets n pillows were so smelly...n food was also not good...i place dorder for tea..they served me cold tea with pathetic cookies...

Excellent experience, neat and clean environment, front desk team very hospitable, especially Rebecca is very friendly and helpful. Lobby decore is very attractive. Services are good.

Food is very yumi....ambience is very cool....staff is very cooperative and sweet ....thanks to Sana she's very helpful and made my breakfast very good....

The hospitality was excellent .... i stayed in room 239 the hospitality showed by housekeeping specially mr waheed was outstanding.

Staff is very friendly specially rebeca she is very nice lady i feel like home with her in pc peshawar . And sohail bhai and amin bhai are very nice persons simply i have to say that Pc peshawar is the best place in peshawar . Room are good .

Good food, good accommodation, average banquet facilities

My stay was comfortable but I felt that PC needs to review its bathroom facilities. The decision of taking electric kettles out of rooms is a bit of an inconvenience. The breakfast area needs to be extended or separated for in-house guests.

Visited it for an event, but it's a really nice albeit highly expensive place. And there's a Gloria Jeans at the top most floor.

Wonderful experience in Pearl Continental Peshawar, nice environment. Reception staff is very cooperative and helpful, especially Rebecca Javed always welcome us very warmly with beautiful smile, she's professionally dealing with guest. Bell desk staff is well mannered. One of the issues i have faced always is that internet connection is very poor in room. Do something about it on immediate basis.

I stay in 224 I m highly appreciated the cleaning staff they have gave us more well facilities about their field names as mentioned Rafi & Gul arab

1. No complimentary tea/coffee in the room.
2. Overall cleanliness of room was below satisfactory level. The sofa had stains on it.
3. Washroom, though clean, gave an old and dirty look. The tap was rusted.
4. At room check-in, no welcome drinks were served
5. Though PC is sole hotel in Peshawar, i would suggest that its quality should reflect the brand.

Loved the food and services specially hostess abeera.. and the server noor and nasir were giving there best service

My first ever visit to Pc Peshawar for one night to attend #YEE19 , but hotel service management was too good they greet us with glass of lemonade then our room was ready we got tea coffee fruit complementary next morning delicious breakfast

All the PC Hotel Peshawar are Excellent and great. we have office here (MMP) over the last few Years. each and every body is awesome and nice. but the Helper (House keeping ) Farman ali, is legend . :) he is coming here in our office every morning and cleaning up every things. Great men keep it up .....

Checkin experience was excellent. Guest relation department gave their best. I would specifically like to quote name of Miss Rebecca. I found her superb. She was really sweet and met us with a welcoming spirit. Overall environment was appreciable.

I think It should be rated 4 or 4.5, not more than that, but still its much better place in Peshawar.

The restaurant downstairs (Marco polo) was so low standard. Food was disgusting. Very expensive. BBQ was not cooked well. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Do not waste money on that restaurant.

Attended a conference there few weeks ago. PC Staff is cooperative. And they know how to solve a problem on the spot. Good to see their client servicing approach.

The food and ambiance was amazing at bukhara restaurant. Went with family. I especially loved the chicken tikka and the palak paneer. The staff was very courteous as well as always. But the dessert department was poor. No gajar ka halwa and the cakes were stale

I do not want to criticise but if PC wants to stay in the game they need to up their food quality.
