This is actually a three star by western standards and is now compromised by very restricted access. The hotel gives a dated look and is only frequented by visitors as there is lack of choices. Once upon a time it was a happening place (as was Deans hotel now ruined by idiot commercialization).

A true depiction of Pashtun hospitality. Very welcoming and courteous staff. Good food and ambiance. Especially appriciated the help and support of GRO Muskan.

1. No comb available, on request it was supplied after three calls. Very poor affairs
2. Iron/press of clothes part was also delayed

The only secure place for organizing seminars /workshops in which local and international people can participate. Good for boarding as well but food served during seminars / meetings is not of good quality

Dirty and Rusty Washrooms.
Inadequate Air Conditioning.. Heating was not working at all.

It looks and feels luxurious amd posh, but, the prices are a little high.

The swimming pool is small. The food is good. (Not extraordinary though)
Prices are way too high.

Best place to stay. Very friendly staff and very comfortable place to stay. Car rental service is very good too.

Unlike the other PC across Pakistan. I had a good experience there. We were very WARMLY and HAPPILY welcomed by all the staff right from reception to the serving individuals at every station. We went for Bukhara BBQ buffet Dinner and really enjoyed the GOOD MOOD, SERVICE, FOOD AND HOSPITALITY of PC PESHAWAR. A must go and recommend.

I stayed at RoomNo. 208 ,and found woderful stay here, I also appreciate the house keeping staff efforts, and appreciate the Room Cleaning ,Bed Cleaning and Wash Room Cleaning and found upto the mark, and many thanks to Mr. Imtiaz and Rafiullah, they provided Excellent Service

Staff was much cooperative as compare to all the hotels so far been visited.
Room were settled best neat, clean and well decored and mantined

Hi,It,s services are ok and people working at reception are generally very good polite and helpful but they didn't understand slight delay at airport can make a big problem. I have to give money to someone to break all the rules because I could have missed my flight

All pc are excellent and well professional front dest are very helpful specially GRO Muskan,and, GSO, Fida Ali, and all housekeeping staff are very help full,

Actually this hotel was fully secured and the staff the management everything is amazing .swimming facility is also present .but its a liitle bit expensive here

Pearl in the crown of peshawar. Due to close door policy n security it has lost its charm and business

Bathroom was not clea. Hall carpets are dirty and food quality was poor
