Food was really good, specially the hospitality from Sana the way she
treated was really appreciated. hope i will come here again and recommend others.

1. Toilet- Camode Flush is weird to operate.
2. Food quality needs to be improved.
3. No tea port in Room which is even available in 3 star hotels.

Tiny bathroom, small sink with no room to stand. Worn out / pale towels despite my complaint, The replacements were no better. Average breakfast. Slight moldy smell in the corridors.

I stay in room 226 the room was fully clean washroom was clean.wifi is working good.spacialy gul arab, gohar rehman and rafi ullah from hoskeeping and imran farooq from it department was very coprative.

PC is the most amazing chain of hotels in Pakistan. PC Peshawar is richly known for pasthuns traditional hospitality.

Rafiullah and Gul Arab were fantastic house keeping staff. They were polite. They kept the rooms really clean.

Great ambiance and hospitality. Healthy environment with lush green lawns and blooming flowers depicting the arrival of spring. Food is overall good. Sports n swimming pool facility is also good. Staff is also very cooperative. Overall a great experience.

Rooms on higher floors are hot during summer, I suggest getting a room on the first floor, food is good, rooms are just ok, beds are old and lumpy

The best thing about PC Peshawar are its staff. They are the most caring and considerate hotel staff that one could come across. Special mention of the 4th floor housekeeping team (consisting of Ghani, Luqman and Ahmed), who do an amazing job with the room. They know how each of their guests likes their specific room to be and of course it is always spotless! Enayat and Gauhar sb are always there to ensure that any extra needs related to the room are met. At concierge, Aamir, Daud and Salman are always very helpful and always have a smile on their face. At reception, Fida, Rebecca and Anwaar are always there to give you the best room possible. Zafar at Marco Polo is a pleasure and always makes your mornings cheerful - he instinctively knows what it is you need at breakfast! Sana, Ijaz and Nizam at Marco Polo are also always alert and helpful. The boys at the gym and laundry are also amazing at their jobs.
If there is one negative of the PC Peshawar, it is the food. It's been three years and one can confidently say that there has been minimal improvement (if at all) when it comes to the food and the value for money. Recently the prices have increased without any increase in quality. One would also like to point out that the services at Tai Pan have decreased immensely. Tables, cutlery and crockery are forever dirty and when one points it out, the waiter is on hand to give you "attitude". Please improve the food quality of the hotel!

I am really sorry to say that its the worst outlet among all PCs in Pakistan. All the aspects are weak if one compare it with other PCs. Weakness of customer services starts from the reception and ends at room service. The corridors and halls are not up to the mark. Children play area is narrow and below average. The rooms are just average and washrooms are below average. One has to ask for simple routine room amenities. Overall experience was not good though one doesn't have other option at Peshawar

One and only best hotel in peshawar.safe and secure.full proof security system.nice and clean. Foods are delicious rooms are clean.

Very uncomfortable stay. Room was small, furniture is dated, low quality wash basin and old sofa set. No electric kettle in the room and it's not available in any room, the receptionist informed me. They have started charging in USD from locals also but the place wasn't comparable to any other PC hotels in Pakistan. Breakfast was good and staff is very helpful and professional. Overall experience is Very dissapointing!

It was a great experience at PC Peshawar.
Over all stay was good nice hotel and very comfortable room, such a really Delicious food on the top restaurant Bukhara it was amazing and a great Experience. I really appreciated the cheek-in and check-out procedure, the staff behaviour was too good, and they were showing a great hospitality . an one thing more, i meet a gentleman Mr. Fida Ali, he was very cooperate and helpful & and the other young lady GRO Muskan a great Well come With a beautiful smile .

It is good place except being too costly to match a city like Peshawar.

Everything is good but availability of hot water is a big problem. I put complaint but response zero. I keep stay here just due to Mr Ijaz and Mr Moses.

I have been a regular visitor of Pearl Continental Peshawar since 2016. The staff is well-trained with regard to the hospitality industry standards. I would specifically like to mention Rebecca Javed, who have been very helpful and professional during my time-to-time interactions with her.

Food manue is too much complex and services is just normal.
