Efficient and courteous staff . Room needs renovation. Breakfast is below par to Hashwani standards. My stay was agreeable and would stay again. Housekeeping and inroom dining was quick and helpful.

I have had a strange experience in PC Hotel Peshawar some 9 years back. There were 2 foreigners entering the hotel before me and the Bell Boy (not a boy just the term use for the gate opener), a tall man with long moustache opened the door for the foreigners and greeted them and when I reached the doors I have to open the doors for myself and also not been greeted by the bell boy as well. I did not feel strange at that time as we are 3rd class citizens after all and I am not sure whether any one else have noticed such experience.

While working as an Assistant Manager/Team Leader in a 5 Star International Hotel, today I was going through the past pages of my life and was extremely uncomfortable that while lived for 7 years abroad, I have never been ill-treated (at customer service level) anywhere in Australia, but in my own country and in my own city been discriminated.

I am aware that many will disagree or many would not have even realised the worst and discriminated services provided by PC Peshawar as it is human nature to compare things with what they have previously encountered.

Today when I compare my experience, I believe that PC Peshawar at that time had no sense of customer service at all. I am not sure whether their is any change in the mind set of the current management or not. But looking back even after 9 years, I still feel that discrimination.

A true five star facility and a must play to stay if you are around.

Extremely poor response by the duty manager Mr. Yasir on 16/01/2020. I would suggest the administration that the staff must be at-least trained on the basic code of conduct while treating the regular guest/customer.

Came after a long time. Food was so so. The plates were cold, sign of a good restaraunt is that the plates are warm. The standard needs improvement.

1) rooms are very old 2) bath rooms are inadequate and need renovation 3) our both rooms had faulty door locks, cards were changedmore than 8 times in two days and at end of 2nd door locks were repaired in second attempt

1) i stayed in room 202 from 22 to 24th FEB and the switch connecting the hot water tea electric bottle was not working and in spite of intimation was not rectified till end
2) Delay in room service especially when french fries were ordered
3) Need to depute more persons at om-late making/serving area during breakfast

Environment is fabulous services is out class but in food taste is average & also food items is not good from Shiraz arena

Me and my husband are staying in PC Peshawar. I am quite satisfied about their services. Staff is very supportive and their behaviour towards guests is very good. Every service they provide during stay is upto standards.

Pearl continental Hotel Peshawar is located on Khyber Road Peshawar just opposite KPK Provincial Assembly and High Court Peshawar. It is one of the best International standard of Hotel in Peshawar and easily accessible from Airport Peshawar.

Hotel needs lot of improvement, modernization and renovation. Unlike its fame, rooms are badly equipped and furnished. Though Staff is courteous.

Cleanliness improved. Quality of services in Peshawar really improved. Liked the changes been incurred by management from Front Desk to the check out, great experience.
