I came to Dundee and had limited time to find a property, I contacted Pavillion to view a property and they were very accommodating in setting up a viewing for me the same day. I ended up finding a property and signin my lease in the same day! Top class service highly recommended

I have had a top class service dealing with Pavillion and Linsey, who is very professional and an asset to the company. She is friendly and keen to help, keeps me updated which I appreciate, Would highly recommend.

I rented a flat from Pavillion beginning in January 2018, ending just this month (July 2019). Other than a bit of confusion upon first relocating from Canada (keys were not available on the day I thought I was moving in), I have had very reliable, attentive service from the agency - particularly Linsey, with whom I had most of my correspondence. There were very few issues needing attention in the flat I rented (and even then any issues encountered were minor), but if at any time I had a question, or needed to report an issue, Linsey was quick to respond and wonderful to keep me up to date on any new developments, etc. on the issue in question. Maintenance issues were sorted quickly and efficiently, at upon moving out the agency was flexible in providing an arrangement for me to leave my key and final checklist so that I wouldn't have to scurry all over Dundee with a huge volume of luggage!

I would like to thank Linsey and Pavillion for providing me reliable service and support during my time in Dundee/Angus and, based on my experiences, would absolutely recommend this agency to other potential tenants.

Phoned and spoke to the very friendly jade who was very efficient and was able to help me arrange some viewings, she took time to answer all of my questions specifically about utilities :)

Had a viewing arranged and the agent didn t bother to show up. #Classy

I am very pleased with the service provided by Pavillion, Especially Robyn who throughout the rental process was accommodating, professional and friendly.

I have rented 2 different properties from Pavillion and always had a good service from my property manager Sean and the office staff.

I have rented with Pavillion Properties for almost a year and during that time I have found my property manager Sean to be extremely helpful whenever I have had any queries or issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend pavilion if you are looking for an Agent to rent through.

Pavillion Properties offers timely excellent services. I've been in the property for more than a year now and my correspondences are with Linsey Christison. She is always prompt and helpful and gets back to me resolving issues in a professional friendly way. I always get contacted about any work to be done and get fast replies about repairs and suggestions, and was never disappointed. I visited the office a couple of times and they have a friendly team there.

I rented a property through Pavilion. You shouldn't.

Me and my partner were shown round flats by Josh yesterday he was great! Even showed us a flat we were not scheduled to view which we ended up liking the most and applying for! So far our experience with Pavillion has been pleasant so thank you :) - Mel and Cameron

After living in a flat under pavilion for a year our experience has now been quite poor, the flat hadnt been cleaned before we moved in and restoration work we asked for before move in wasnt completed until we reminded them after move in, communication from them is terrible especially when it comes to fixing problems, weve had a crack in our back room that leaks in the rain for months (before covid lockdown) and after telling them multiple times nothing is being done, also could not get any answer from their emergency text line tonight after having no hot water all evening :/ we ve never paid our rent late even during covid and luckily we love the flat and the area so that keeps us here but it feels like once we had moved in they stopped caring.

Getting a flat with this letting agent is harder than trying to draw blood from a stone. They don't reply to viewing requests and take weeks to reply when you've put in an application.

Better managed than it was when I arrived at first, sometimes you have to insist to be heard about the problems there is with your flat of building. However the team is really kind and understanding and willing to help and compromise. Keep up the good work !

I have been dealing with Linsey Christison (Property Manager) for all my property needs. She always gets back to me quickly with any questions and if my propery needs any work done to it, or if there are any probems. I have been with Pavilion for 2 years and my property has ways been let out with only some minor issues. I would recommend Pavillion.

Both the professionalism and communication we have recieved from Pavillion since renting with them has been amazing and throughout the pandemic they have been incredibly understanding. I would have no hesistations to recommend them to anyone else.

I rented with Pavillion for jus under a year and found them very helpful especially as I was new to the area. My property manager Sean was quick to deal with the few issues I had.

I tried for two weeks to book viewings with Pavilion, calling once every couple of days. Every time I phoned they took the same details repeatedly to be passed onto different property managers who never got back to me. Unfortunately makes me think I was never added to the system or never had details passed on.

The attitude of the people repeatedly taking my details was also quite cold - not ideal for customer service. Most of the properties I wished to view were with the same property manager, "Daniel," and at one point I heard the lady mutter "poor guy" under her breath when talking about passing my details onto him. Obviously could have been an unrelated reason for it - but even so it just came across as vastly unprofessional.

Unfortunately do not recommend because of this. Try Direct Lettings in Dundee instead, friendly people who booked me viewings immediately and processed my application within hours.

Worst experience ever. I have got nothing but problems with them. First when I book an appointment to view a flat, the appointment was cancelled, because the flat was already taken, and I wasn't advised. I waited about 40 minutes there. Then I gave them a second chance and looked another property that I decided to take. When I first moved in I didn't have all the keys so I have lost more then two hours to go to the agency take their keys and give them back the same day as they asked. I entered the house I noticed that there was no hot water. After several email they send a plumber, who came the morning after to check the problems than he delayed two times before he came to solve. He couldn't solve in the kitchen because it was a bigger problem and I had to contact the landlord first, so I sent an email to the agent which after 2 days he told me there are no issues while he never came in person to check so he couldn't know. So, after a week I had to start looking for a new flat. When I left, I sent 3 emails before to get a response and when I went to give the key they didn't know I was leaving and they couldn't send anyone that week to check the flat before they could return my deposit. I gave them 28 days of advice as written on contract, and as I said I sent 3 mails so they should have known. Then I asked that when they would go to view the property I would be present as well, I also sent an email to the agent saying the same thing. No reply as always, and he went without me.

In conclusion they do not care for the tenants, as long as they pay if a tenant has a problem they do not resolve it, and it is almost impossible to contact an agents considering that they almost never reply. They do not listen to tenants

Pavillion have been excellent in all regards. Professional, courteous and attentive throughout the period I was renting a flat in Dundee through them. On an occasion when a repair was required, it was managed very quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend them!

We have been working with Linsey & Lyndsey at Pavillion for some time now and find them both to be extremely friendly and helpful.

I never believe in leaving a bad review but this company has left me no choice! A huge warning - This particular company is based on bunch of crooks and fraudsters! from receptionists to property manager "Robyn Lauder" to the owner/landlords, they communicate with you, agree on something in black and white and then deny everything! And all this based on my personal experience of email communications/face to face meetings/phone calls! Just a money robbing company! Never been disappointed with anyone! Stay away from them. No wonder I should have checked reviews before I dealt with them, simply pathetic!

have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for 3 weeks!
the property is available 'immediately' and the first viewing, i was taken to the wrong flat (as they dont advertise the property number?) have been waiting for another 2 weeks after calling to arrange a viewing and being told that the guy isnt in the office so he will call back. twice ive got that response and no phone call yet.

Ive had a fantastic experience from start to finish and love my new flat. My property manager, Billy has made this a stress free process!

I have rented my flat through Pavillion over the last 2 and a half years and have had fantastic service through out. Linsey the property manager has always responded quickly and appropriately with any email and I cannot recommend them enough.

I initially rented a property with another firm and had non stop issues until Pavillion took over the management in 2017 and what a difference it made as repairs and issues were actually taken care of! My property manager was Sean who I found helpful whenever I had to contact him. Would recommend Pavillion for anyone looking to rent in Dundee.

Poor communication and organisational skills. For example: showing up to the arranged signing of the lease to find out the property manager had double booked themselves, taking 2 months to replace a faulty hob and not retaining a spare set of keys so they could access the flat to do needed work.

The icing on the cake was noticing the 2nd floor flat we vacated is now being advertised as a ground floor property.

There are however members of their office team that are competent. They were very helpful in spite of what was on the whole an unprofessional experience.

I've been with them five years now and I've always had good service and any problems fixed quickly. Recently had a new hob and toilet seat fitted very promptly.

I am having a great experience with Pavillion properties. The staff is very kind and friendly towards customers. Billy who is dealing our case is exceptionally kind and professional and I would recommend his promotion or salary raise. Keep it up the good work and thank you all!

Incredible service from everyone here. Went to view a flat and after submitting my application and providing all the documents I was told I was too late and it had already been taken, however, Billy told me he had another flat directly above that I might like. I was the first to view it before it was advertised and it suited me perfectly so only a few hours later I had the lease signed and ready to collect the keys. Excellent service going the extra mile to help me out on what is typically a stressful situation. All handled brilliantly and very quickly, with fantastic value in terms of rent. If you're going to rent a property, rent it from Pavillion.

Pavillion were good at the start of tennecy, but i entered into a house that had not been cleaned. At the end after leaving the property they are trying to charge 242 for a cleaning bill. After the property had it's carpets washed and was left in better condition than when they gave it out. I understand they need to make money but it's awful they want to take that of your deposit money, that you needed for your next home.

From a landlords point of view I have received nothing but great service from this company. The only person I deal with there is Billy who looks after all the day to day running of things for me. If something needs repairing or updating it is sorted quickly making sure tenants are kept happy. I would recommend using this company.

Pavillion Properties manage 3 properties for me and have done for a number of years. My dealings have primarily been with Lyndsey Dale and Linsey Christison and I have always found them to be very efficient with a friendly but still business like manner. Queries are dealt with promptly and any property issues are brought to my attention immediately. Changes of tenant are handled seamlessly and new, reliable tenants have always been found quickly. I recently recommended Pavillion to a friend and he has been very happy with the service provided.

Josh showed myself and my girlfriend round a flat. He was able to answer most of the questions we had for him and let us roam around the flat fairly freely and was very socially engaging! If we were to have another viewing somewhere i'd definitely want it to be him showing us

The staff at Pavillion are always professional and reply to emails quickly. Linsey Christison has been an excellent letting agent for Pavillion. Linsey has consistently got us help with anything we have needed replaced or fixed in the flat within a very quick time frame.

Linsey Christison has been my agent for around 7/8 months now and her service has been impeccable.
Always on the ball and with a consistently friendly demeanour she has approached any issues we have faced as a flat head on.

She went out of her way to help when my boiler broke down and delivered storage heaters herself in order to ensure we had heating as the warm weather began to subside.

Throughout these years they have worked tirelessly on my behalf to ensure the best for my property and tenants. I live abroad most of the year, so it is important to have agents I can rely on. Lyndsey and Linsey have always given of their best, and ensured that in difficult times, my interests and my tenants have been paramount. On two occasions there was flooding caused by a thoughtless tenant in the flat above, and these ladies made sure that the tenants were looked after. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, I am very happy with their work and recommend them highly to others.

I was a tenant in one of Pavillion's properties for around a year before moving to another city. Most of my contact was with Robyn, who was absolutely lovely and, whenever I called the office, everyone I spoke to was equally lovely! I had 1 or 2 maintenance issues over the course of the year and these were all resolved quickly. I never had problems getting in touch with someone and my emails were always responded to.

The move-out process was made very easy for myself and Robyn was very understanding about the limitations I was facing at the time. I'd absolutely recommend Pavillion Properties to any tenants looking for a letting agency with kind and reliable staff!

I just wanted to leave a quick review about my experience with the Dundee branch. When I moved into the property there were a lot of problems however my letting agent Linsey Christison was absolutely excellent. She was in touch regularly and dealt with any problems ASAP, she was always a pleasure to liaise with. Having had extremely bad experiences in the past with letting agents, I could not thank Linsey and Pavillion properties enough for making my tenancy easy and enjoyable.
