This place is just amazing when you walk in, still they weren't able to provide me with a solution to my problem as they couldn't fix the remote I brought in and ended selling me one that does not work. They named it the "The Joker". I guess the joke was on me

Here you can find everything you need , but the problem is with the staff , no smile , no professional communication skills , they take lots of time to get the items from the stock , they should have a better welcoming attitude and they should have better internal architecture and DECORE its toooo cheap for a such association

Their customer service is TRASH. They MIGHT have good products but I wouldn't really know because they delivered the wrong item (because THEY mislabeled the item on their website) and they refused to return it and switch it with the correct one. Plus, the receipt had the wrong customer name so basically they got nothing right.
