Poor communication and organisational skills. For example: showing up to the arranged signing of the lease to find out the property manager had double booked themselves, taking 2 months to replace a faulty hob and not retaining a spare set of keys so they could access the flat to do needed work.

The icing on the cake was noticing the 2nd floor flat we vacated is now being advertised as a ground floor property.

There are however members of their office team that are competent. They were very helpful in spite of what was on the whole an unprofessional experience.
