I rented a flat from Pavillion beginning in Januar...

I rented a flat from Pavillion beginning in January 2018, ending just this month (July 2019). Other than a bit of confusion upon first relocating from Canada (keys were not available on the day I thought I was moving in), I have had very reliable, attentive service from the agency - particularly Linsey, with whom I had most of my correspondence. There were very few issues needing attention in the flat I rented (and even then any issues encountered were minor), but if at any time I had a question, or needed to report an issue, Linsey was quick to respond and wonderful to keep me up to date on any new developments, etc. on the issue in question. Maintenance issues were sorted quickly and efficiently, at upon moving out the agency was flexible in providing an arrangement for me to leave my key and final checklist so that I wouldn't have to scurry all over Dundee with a huge volume of luggage!

I would like to thank Linsey and Pavillion for providing me reliable service and support during my time in Dundee/Angus and, based on my experiences, would absolutely recommend this agency to other potential tenants.
