Absolutely fantastic service. Really helpful, friendly and thorough. Linsey completely put me at ease and was a total star.

I was originally shown round some properties by Josh (it was some time ago so hopefully I ve got his name right!). He was very helpful and gave good advice about the area I was viewing.

My original property manager was Billy. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. The state that the property had been left in when I moved in was disgusting and took me over 9 hours to clean before I could even bring in my belongings. There was everything from black mould in the shower to cat hair in the fridge. When it came to releasing my deposit they took nearly a full month due to lack of action on their part.

I then moved to a property managed by Linsey. Correct protocol for issuing keys wasn t followed or checked up on, resulting in me not receiving the correct keys and being locked out. I had to cover the cost of an emergency locksmith with Pavillion accepting no responsibility.

The standard of service is well below the standard of other letting agencies in Dundee. I wouldn t recommend them at all.

My girlfriend and I have been renting from Pavillion for just under a year now.



Since about December we've had to stay in our bedroom, rather than the living room, as our radiator is either so old it doesn't work, or just plain doesn't work. We've contacted Pavillion about this multiple times and nothing has been done to fix it. Every time we phone the office someone passes the buck onwards and nothing is dealt with. Recently, the electrician was trying to contact my girlfriend and I, however, we were working every day he wanted to come. We said it was ok for him to go on when we weren't there but it appears they don't have a spare key for us.



Overall, for what we pay, we are getting absolutely no quality of service from this company. It appears they'd rather put the landlords needs over the tenants. Trying to get help from members of staff proves to be near impossible. I write this review as we look for a different flat with a different letting agent. I'd heard bad things about Pavillion before joining, but I didn't think they would be as bad as this.

I don't recommend anyone to rent from these guys.

Side note: Also finding it quite amusing that the majority of good feedback is from landlords and not tenants. Since I posted this honest review there have been people, some who are clearly made up, coming in and leaving five star reviews. The owner would be better served putting in the ground work to ensure tenants are being well treated rather than obsessing over the companies image online. If you, as a letting agent, value the landlords over the tenants, you're doing it wrong.

We had a really great experience with Pavillion Properties. From the lease signing to the end of the tenancy, the team that managed the property that we rented were professional, polite and quick to respond to any problems. Only once did we need a plumber to come and it was organised and fixed on the day that we made them aware. Exactly what you want from a letting agents and we can't recommend them enough.

Professional, serious, attentive to customers needs, friendly and helpful. To date the best agency I met so far. Was my first oprtion when searching for a bigger place. Thank you!

Avoid this agency at all costs. They say one thing and do another.
Had arranged a viewing urgently with an eye to filling an application immediately after the viewing, as was told this is their "policy" (otherwise I was happy to fill an application without viewing as I had previously lived in the same building). Then twice the viewing was rescheduled at the last minute as they "don't do viewings other than a Tuesday or Thursday", and in the end, a day before my viewing, I received a text message cancellation, stating the property was suddenly no longer available! Very unreliable and no consistency or honesty in their approach, leaving me very disappointed. Over the phone, staff were very unsupportive and unhelpful. They are very disorganised with little care or protection for tenants.

My experience with Linsey and Lyndsey has been fantastic from a landlords point of view, they go out their way to make sure I m kept up to date and I m very pleased with the service from Pavillion Properties in general.

LANDLORDS I would warn you to stay away from Pavillion. I was previously a private landlord and decided to let my property out through Pavillion. Every month was a nightmare.I never knew if rent got paid and was continually following up. The "tenant" they placed also rented another property from them (complete breach of their own contract) and ended up getting arrested for the purposes the property was used for. There were so many breaches I don't know how the legally operate. I unfortunately need to give them one star so this can be posted. I hope this prevents someone being in the situation I was faced with.

A complete service with very helpful staff. First class.

Myself and my partner were worried in getting a flat organised with our lease end date approaching. Staff were fab in keeping an eye out for properties and informing us regularly. Very accomodating in terms of meeting our needs (removing furniture that we weren't needing etc!) now happily settled in the west end - would certainly recommend.

Dealt with pavilion property when my young lad was looking for a two bedroom flat.what can i say the prompt service was second to none.billy the property manager was very helpful keeping us up to date with all the necessary information and requirements which i found very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend pavilion property thanks again.

I have been a Landlord with Pavillion for a number of years and have found my properties to be in very capable hands, office staff are always helpful and attentive.

They gave me an appointment by email yesterday for today, today no one shows up. I called the agency and they said that there is no appointment scheduled with my name!

Worst renting experience I've ever had! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

My partner and I moved to the UK from the US for our studies and have had nothing but great service from our leasing agent Linsey Christison. She is punctual, timely and professional when it comes to responses and has been able to help us in a couple of one-off situations. We are so pleased to have worked with her!

My dealings with Pavillion Properties was easy. I found they had a good selection of properties.

I was with Pavillion Properties as a tenant for almost 6 years. All staff were really helpful and professional over the years. An excellent service, good communication and any issue has been resolved quickly.
Linsey Christison, my contact point with the agency, was especially great and quite supportive throughout the lease, nothing is too much trouble for her.

One of the best property agents so far. As the country is in the covid-19 lockdown which is making it almost impossible to view any properties or contact agents. But, in these crucial times the staff of Pavillion properties is doing a great job.

From their office, Ms. Jody is responding to the e-mails promptly and nicely. Their field staff (Mr. Josh) is very polite, punctual and complying with the social distancing rule while showing the properties. I have been unfortunate so far with finding a suitable place to move-in but I am hopeful that with their help it would be happening soon.

I shall leave an update of this review once I go through their tenancy agreement procedures. Nonetheless, the most reliable team and services I have found in Dundee till now.

Excellent service with great staff and great properties. View seven days a week, which helped, as did a later flight and the viewing was at night

The staff were so friendly and being new in town, that was just the perfect reception. I had been to other letting agents and was super disappointed as they made the whole process so difficult. Pavillion staff took the time to explain everything being that I'm new and also helped with my tired toddlers.

I recently relocated to Dundee with work and had been recommended Pavillion through a colleague, I arranged to view a few different properties in the same day as I didn't have much time. Once I had secured a property and the process from viewing, I signed my lease with Sean and got my keys, it couldn't have gone any smoother. Highly recomended.

I was recommended Sean Cruickshank of Pavillion properties by a friend who has used them for a few years. Although I have not been with them for long (a few months), they have been excellent to work with. Very fast response to emails and good help when advice needed.i can't think of anything but positive to say about them so would highly reccommend them.

I am relocating to Dundee from Northern Ireland, and so talked with Jody over email to arrange as many viewings as possible for the one day. She was super helpful and polite. On the day of the viewings, we were shown around by Sean, and he could not have helped us more. When we said the property we were viewing wasn't what we wanted, he drove us to another location that he knew was what we were looking for. On the way there, he pointed out everything around us and gave us so much information about the city. The property he ended up showing us was exactly what we were after and Sean couldn't have helped us more - even when signing the lease, he was brilliant. Would definitely recommend!

Having recently been Flooded, The Help From Linsey Was really Appreciated. Everything i had asked for was Done/ Is ongoing at what was a very stressful time.

I was struggling to find a decent apartment around Dundee city center for quite sometime. Contact almost all the letting agents available none of them was as prompt as Linsey C. She literally got me a apartment in 2 days with all the paperwork done. Can't thank you enough...

Every month for two years I paid my rent on time. When it comes to the return of deposit these guys don't want to know. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. These guys won't give you your deposit back in full or on time no matter how spotless you leave your property. I'd recommend not using them. They are more than happy to take your money though for very little/ no work! Stay well clear and don't be conned by their nice office and smiles!

Since we started renting with them we have had so many issues that could have been fixed before we moved. They were indeed a lot of issues noticed during the inventory but they did nothing.

We've had 2 gas leaks, 4 water leaks, you can feel the wind through the windows (2 photos) ... issues with the wallpaper (photo)

You literally need to call them everyday and go to their office everyday untill they decide to act.

Of course the flat wasn't clean when we moved in (2 photos). There was also a great smell of cigaret. When we complained in the office Billy Baxter had nothing to say but to apologize and had the good idea to tell us that the cleaners would not be paid... But did nothing else.

I would strongly discourage you from dealing with them!!

Probably the best properties available in Dundee. They do go quickly so have to get in there quickly with all documentation. Efficient and do viewings on Saturday

Untrustable useless staff manegment is very poor,never use this agency never recommends to any one useless staff

As a Landlord this company offers quick efficient payments, staff that are all trained and no voids in properties which is what every landlord wants . Advice on new legislation that is needed so much in this ever changing business

Just been shown about a property by a very nice gentleman. He was very helpful and informative. If the property i am hoping to get doesn't work out i would definitely use pavillion properties again to look at more options.

Pavillion were the worst agency that I have ever rented from. They are very disorganized and slow to get things repaired (up to 3 months even needing reminding). They also charge a fee for a reference when you want to move, which is More

After a few months of dealing with them I can say that this agency is a complete joke. Unprofessional, unfriendly and it takes them weeks to sort out even easiest issues. They must be very busy writing positive comments for themselves as below. Highly recommended to AVOID.

Why are most people blethering shite!!! saying this is a very professional business!!!,this is the worst landlord in Dundee,if not Scotland...they dont want to spend the money on the houses,they want to spend the rent money on fancy holidays!!!!

Pavillion Properties barely communicated with me, gave me misleading information when I could get in touch, and one of the receptionists actually made me ugly cry after speaking with her. If finding a home is important to you, look elsewhere.

Don t and I mean don t rent from theses people they lol screw you over they even called the spca on me and my dog for no reason at all not happy can t wait to get out do not do not rent or anything of theses people

Absolutely dreadful service. No one in the office has a clue what they are doing, my boyfriend left an honest review the other day and the owner clearly managed to have it deleted. I would recommend you avoid Pavillion at all costs, unless you enjoy being spoken to condescendingly by staff members, being supplied with ancient heaters that don't work or if you want to store any of your belongings anywhere at all. When they say furnished, the mean they've supplied a sofa and a few beds. If you really look at many of the properties advertised you'll notice that they have no storage space. Don't expect to be able to get instant WiFi access either, as they'll probably have painted over the sockets so you'll have to pay an engineer to come out and properly install it. They also don't carry spare keys for their properties, and are only interested in operating within the law, as opposed to operating with any decency and humanity.

Be smart, don't rent with these guys.

Of all the agencies I have had to deal with since moving to the UK over 6 years ago, pavillion properties remains the best so far. Their staff especially Linsey Christinson has been superb in handling my complains, plus her level of professionalism is top notch.

Everyone at pavillion is really polite and they're always there when you need them! Been working with them for over a year now and I've faced no problems they couldn't resolve.

Avoid at all cost unless you want to wait days on end for a callback. I was interested in a flat available for let and phoned up to arrange a viewing. The person on the phone said that was fine to book in but had to get one of their property people to arrange it so took my details for a callback. I waited 2 days without any word then phoned back to ask what was happening and was told the person dealing with the viewings was out the office and would chase them up to call me back. As i was eager to move in and worried someone else would be interested too as was a very nice flat i asked over the phone if i could come in and put down a deposit but was told i had to view the flat first which was frustrating due to noone getting back to me to do that! That night i was looking through more available flats and the one i was booking in to view then strangely said expired on it when it was available when i phoned. I called the next day and the guy said he would look into it and on monday i received i text saying it was under offer by someone else. Overall very poor customer service and communication throughout making what should have been a simple procedure stressful and frustrating.

Applied for a property and heard nothing back, called 3 times and was told they would call me back left my number each time. Didn't hear anything about the property until they removed it from the site

I am so thankful for all of the help provided to me by Pavillion Properties. I have had a difficult time recently with finding a flat and the assistance provided by the letting agency has been second to none. I emailed several different agencies about my situation, asking for information on any properties that were coming up matching my needs. Most of these other agencies were unresponsive or not very interested in helping me.

Sean and Jody from Pavillion properties were so helpful and understanding, they replied very quickly to any questions that I had and were very efficient at getting a flat organised for me.

I am absolutely stunned at the fifteen 5 star reviews, all posted with in the last week. That's 30% of all the google reviews the company has received in the last two years. My advice to anyone considering renting from this company is to talk directly to someone who has used their services
My experience with the company was absolute horrendous AVOID.

Called to enquire about properties in the city centre. Spoke to a woman called Jade (I think) lovely to speak to extremely helpful. Got the information I needed with no messing about

I have been working with Jade from Pavillion for a while supporting some of her clients with rent arrears and maximising benefits. Jade is friendly and helpful whenever you speak to her. I always know I will get a warm reception at Pavillion properties.

Untrustworthy and incompetent people completely ignoring their clients. Not recommended.

I have introduced a number of investor clients to Pavillion Properties for the management of their properties. The feedback from these clients has always been positive. In particular Robyn has come in for praise due to her prompt response and communication skills.

Pays on time, communication is good - v happy with my choice

Really friendly people(especially LInsey). I was in search of an apartment in a hurry and got to move in very quickly after a viewing. repairs were caried out relatively quickly and there were not many issues and those that were got resolved fast.

We have known Lyndsey Dale professionally for approximately three years in her role as Housing Manager. with Pavillion Properties. Lyndsey is always very professional, courteous and polite. She responds quickly and politely to all enquiries. We find her very knowledgable and if any question cannot be answered immediately Lyndsey always sources the information from the appropriate person and gets back to us as quickly as she can. She respects confidentiality and is always discreet. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to and has an excellent manner for dealing with clients. We think Lyndsey is a real assett to Pavillion Properties.

Office staff are fantastic.

Have been renting with pavillion for about 6 months now and can't recommend them enough. They've been so helpful with anything I needed help with, had a small leak in the ceiling not long after moving in so called the office in the morning and they had a plumber out same day, and when I emailed about the extractor fan not working the electrician was out within a couple of hours

Absolutely unbelievable team! Cannot rate them highly enough, they've been quick to respond for every inquiry and more than reasonable when i've asked for certain things to be accommodate within our flat itself!

Not only do they operate at a very reasonable price, but the standard of the flats they sell are above calibre in comparison to anything else that I looked at on the market. 10/10 all round and would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Do not rent from this company unless you want to live in terrible housing conditions, there manager billy baxter is about as useful as a toilet brush, beware avoid at all costs they will keep your deposit aswell by using old leases which holds you to the tenancy!

I ve worked for Pavillion for many years as an electrical contractor E.t Electrical there a well established company and very professional the owners are very dedicated on the company thriving and keeping and good reputation the girls in the office Lyndsay and Linsey are superb at there job and have a great care towards contractors and also tenants as do the other girls in the office working with them I have worked along side Lyndsay and Linsey with the company they were previously owners of and it s been a pleasure and still is to continue working with them

The location of the flat was close to the university, market and I had a lovely flat. The price and flat were matching the expectations. My agents Lyndsey Dale and Linsey Christison were super nice, the previous tenants gave as really good feedback about return of the deposit, price and conditions, and our opinion after experiencing Pavilion Proprieties is very good.
