Worst experience ever. I have got nothing but problems with them. First when I book an appointment to view a flat, the appointment was cancelled, because the flat was already taken, and I wasn't advised. I waited about 40 minutes there. Then I gave them a second chance and looked another property that I decided to take. When I first moved in I didn't have all the keys so I have lost more then two hours to go to the agency take their keys and give them back the same day as they asked. I entered the house I noticed that there was no hot water. After several email they send a plumber, who came the morning after to check the problems than he delayed two times before he came to solve. He couldn't solve in the kitchen because it was a bigger problem and I had to contact the landlord first, so I sent an email to the agent which after 2 days he told me there are no issues while he never came in person to check so he couldn't know. So, after a week I had to start looking for a new flat. When I left, I sent 3 emails before to get a response and when I went to give the key they didn't know I was leaving and they couldn't send anyone that week to check the flat before they could return my deposit. I gave them 28 days of advice as written on contract, and as I said I sent 3 mails so they should have known. Then I asked that when they would go to view the property I would be present as well, I also sent an email to the agent saying the same thing. No reply as always, and he went without me.

In conclusion they do not care for the tenants, as long as they pay if a tenant has a problem they do not resolve it, and it is almost impossible to contact an agents considering that they almost never reply. They do not listen to tenants
