ROAVR Environmental Review

Hi! my name is Steve and I am an architect. This is the first time I have been asked by a local authority to provide a tree survey. After searching through Google and speaking with several companies I was lucky to come into contact with ROAVR. I was surprised to find how approachable, and professional they were through the whole process. They were reasonable in the pricing and very quick in carrying out the required survey and report. I will have no hesitation to using them again and recommending them to other architects.

Excellent service. Well equipped, prompt and detailed report hopefully more than that required by Planning Authority and Consultant. Distance was no object and a much better service and price than we could get locally. Also did aerial photos of a disputed boundary with GPS overlay without extra charge. Very pleased

I employed ROAVR to conduct an arboricultural survey which was required to gain planning permission for a house extension. Matt and the staff at ROAVR were very efficient in sorting out a prompt appointment. The detail and professionalism of the 17 page report was excellent and considering other quotes I received, ROAVR provide excellent value for money.

A very impressive service carried out on our small woodland in London at short notice. We have received a very clear and thorough report (and a helpful video) giving us exactly what we need in understanding the urgent work required on the trees and in the appropriate future management of the woodland, all of which is subject to TPOs. We will now use the report to apply for the required consents to undertake this work.

I could not speak more highly of the service provided.
I contacted them after getting a three month run-around from the Council over an aboricultural report I submitted from another source. ROAVAR provided an exceptionally detailed, highly professional report to me within a few days, and the only comment the Council made within a few days of me sumitting it was: 'Planning condition discharged, you are free to go ahead with your project. ROAVAR's promise to make the Council go away was very true.
If you are looking for perfection and a positive outcome it's the place to go.

I came across ROAVR on the internet whist searching for information on tree surveys as one had been requested during my planning application for stables. I received a call from Matt and a quote the following morning and two days later someone was onsite gathering information, the written report was available a few days later and it was all done within about a week. I first found ROAVR through google after being requested to get a tree protection plan as part of our planning application. I was shopping around for different quotes and ROAVR were the cheapest, had the best quote/payment method and after a 30 minute chat with one of their guys it was a no-brainer.

I was a little worried because the burden of researching and finding someone to carry out this work was put on me and I don't know anything about it but the report comes through with a video explanation and was really easy to understand.

We actually had to jump through quite a few hoops to get our planning including a request for a preliminary ecological assessment (PEA) which I got the guys at ROAVR to do as well. We were even pushed to go into further detail on the tree report which Matt did for us with a really quick turnaround.

Overall, I couldn't be happier. ROAVR were quick to respond, professional and overall got us our planning application accepted within the timeframe.

We had a requirement to get a arboriculture survey and a badger (environmental) survey for an extension to our house that came as a surprise.
