I was a tenant in one of Pavillion's properties for around a year before moving to another city. Most of my contact was with Robyn, who was absolutely lovely and, whenever I called the office, everyone I spoke to was equally lovely! I had 1 or 2 maintenance issues over the course of the year and these were all resolved quickly. I never had problems getting in touch with someone and my emails were always responded to.

The move-out process was made very easy for myself and Robyn was very understanding about the limitations I was facing at the time. I'd absolutely recommend Pavillion Properties to any tenants looking for a letting agency with kind and reliable staff!
