My girlfriend and I have been renting from Pavill...

My girlfriend and I have been renting from Pavillion for just under a year now.



Since about December we've had to stay in our bedroom, rather than the living room, as our radiator is either so old it doesn't work, or just plain doesn't work. We've contacted Pavillion about this multiple times and nothing has been done to fix it. Every time we phone the office someone passes the buck onwards and nothing is dealt with. Recently, the electrician was trying to contact my girlfriend and I, however, we were working every day he wanted to come. We said it was ok for him to go on when we weren't there but it appears they don't have a spare key for us.



Overall, for what we pay, we are getting absolutely no quality of service from this company. It appears they'd rather put the landlords needs over the tenants. Trying to get help from members of staff proves to be near impossible. I write this review as we look for a different flat with a different letting agent. I'd heard bad things about Pavillion before joining, but I didn't think they would be as bad as this.

I don't recommend anyone to rent from these guys.

Side note: Also finding it quite amusing that the majority of good feedback is from landlords and not tenants. Since I posted this honest review there have been people, some who are clearly made up, coming in and leaving five star reviews. The owner would be better served putting in the ground work to ensure tenants are being well treated rather than obsessing over the companies image online. If you, as a letting agent, value the landlords over the tenants, you're doing it wrong.
