Horrible. I asked for a the driveout price of a 2017 Maxima. And their "friendly" staff told me "I should go and test drive cars at other dealerships"

Had my daughters' Sentra battery die on me at the gas station on Saturday at 7am. Called AAA, waited 1.5 hours and still no assistance. Called Patterson Nissan service department at 8:35 am and they voluntarily sent help to me within 10 minutes. Patterson repaired the car and had me on my way in no time... thanks Patterson Nissan for saving my Saturday.

We had a fun day laughing and talking about life and nissan took care of me as they always do. It's my third time getting a vehicle from these guys and I will reccomend them to anyone. Thanks nissan team for all u do!

It is really nice to be treated with a great deal of respect, especially when the original reason for the appointment was for a recall. Service Advisor Dee Dee took great care of me! Dee Dee kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Dee Dee definitely understands what customer service is.

Second trip to Patterson Nissan Service Dept. was an even better experience than the first. The Service Advisor, Dee Dee goes over and above good customer service and she really enjoys doing this.

My husband came back bragging about their service. So many extras weve had to pay for in the past not here they were included. Also you dont have to ask about discounts or rebates theyll have already looked it up for you before they give you the monthly payment.

They are liars, deceitful people, who will miss lead you, cheat you in every way. I test drove one car and after signing the paper work, which I ve asked for 3 times and never received, was told I had got a different car. The salesperson was nice, they play Christian music so you think you would be dealing with a Christian owner, not so, it s my fault I put my trust in this place, love my Nissan Kicks highly recommend it but in no way would I ever recommend any Patterson dealership to anyone cause this way of doing business starts at the top.

As I came to work here at Patterson Nissan on the edge wondering how good of a dealership it was. After just a few short weeks I have come to the realization that this is one of the best dealerships that is in East Texas as far as helping the customers and taking care of employees

Brought my daughter's car in to be checked out after she hit a curb. Service writer was Donny Bruce, super nice guy. Was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Got it checked out in a reasonable amount of time for a drive up. Got some parts ordered for the repair and now we wait for the holiday to be over. Impressed to say the least.

I needed to rent a car today and my original reservation with Enterprise didn't work out. I heard from a coworker that you could rent cars from Patterson, so I called up there and talked to Anton and told him my situation. He was incredibly accommodating and professional, and helped me salvage this situation. Patterson will always be my first choice on car rentals from now on!

Patterson Nissan in Longview is THE best place to buy a car. They took car of me and worked with me and absolutely made my purchase the very best!

I had the best car buying experience ever at Patterson. Everyone is super friendly. Mason was amazing. He handled everything over the phone and even picked me up in my new car to go sign the paperwork. Dava was amazing as well explaining everything about the vehicle.

Every one from my salesman Mason to Jose in finance were amazing. I was there less than 3 hours. They let my kids play in the playroom. This was the best easiest experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle.

I purchase a vehicle about every 4 to 5 years though first time and last time dealing with this dealership. The purchase of my vehicle was very smooth but after I purchased they started calling us a MONTH later stating the paperwork was all wrong and we would have come back and sign new papers which we did. To make a long story short it took them 2 months to pay off my trade in because of THEM doing paperwork wrong, which made me late on a payment on my trade in, the car I had not had in almost 2 months, so needless to say that payment went on my credit!! I take pride in keeping my credit good, and it makes me really mad that because of them not knowing how to do paperwork and getting payoff done in timely manner, I now have something against my credit!

Bought an Armada last summer and absolutely love it! Matt Jackson was THE BEST salesman and made the transaction super easy. We have since bought two more vehicles through him :).

They sold me an 2007 Tahoe that had major problems with it. It wasn't serviced before we bought it, and they financed it with the worst financial institution ever.....Ally. Now I'm upside down on the vehicle......I ought to drive it to their front door and leave it.......I will never go back to Patterson Nissan or any of the Patterson's......period!!!!!!!

The worst costumer service calls them one and they say they return the call and they never call the ones who answer the phone badly treated at all friendly

Great experience! Sam and Dava were very nice and helpful. Sam did a great job explaining all the features of my new car, being my first time purchasing a vehicle, it's been great!

This is the second time I have paid $69.95 for a cabin air filter as the local auto parts store do not carry exact match, and when I get home and check- my filter was just blown out by air compressor NOT replaced. I don't like that they don't show me old one and I can actually see them Put in new that I am being charged for.
I can tell a difference in my air circulation and it is very low.... filter is once again NOT new ( 2nd time this has happened) I very specifically ask that they check to verify it is actually new and this time to my amazement they put it in upside-down and leaves we're all over inside my fan. I am extremely disappointed and looking at driving to a further away dealership just to service my van properly from now on.

We stayed at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn and rented a car for our stay from Patterson Nisson car rental.
Anton was pleasant to deal with, gave us a great deal and delivered and picked up the car for us at the hotel. We had to leave sooner than planned and there was no problem with Patterson Nisson adjusting the pick up day or the bill!

Excellent dealership and people! I called Chris Sheehan at Patterson Nissan on Monday and toldhim that we were interested in buying a new car. Yesterday (Tues) Chris had researched all day and then showed me three great cars... but one of them was the perfect car for my wife. Today (Wed) we bought that perfect car and drove it home! Chris told us from the start that he would find us the perfect fit and he did. Raul in the finance dept was great and absolutely took good care of us. One of the worst truck buying experiences I've ever had from the get go from the salesman selling me a two wheel drive truck when i specifically asked for a 4 wheel drive then take the truck in for a bad lifter after $2160 and 2 months of them keeping the truck and 500 miles got the truck back only to keep it not even a full day took back service manager says it needs a coil and spark plugs so they keep it another week charge me $500 more drive the truck again not even a full day and had to take back in service manger says its showing the same problem that I just paid $500 on and that was two weeks ago and still yet to have a running truck all in bought the truck and only had it 3 weeks out of the past 4 months and yet to have any straight forward anwsers as to whats wrong with the truck all I seem to be getting is the run around when i can actually get someone to return my calls or texts from the salesman to general manager even tried to get out of the truck and into another truck and can't any straight forward anwsers or results ultimately the worst buying experience ever and to top it of finally got the truck back after all this time to find out the problem the whole time was a bad camshaft in which I had 2 separate conversations with the service manager Eddie and the tech that totally misdiagnosed the problem with my truck in which I specifically asked about replacing the camshaft and was assured it would be checked and to top the whole ordeal get toll tickets in the mail in which said tech drove my truck on non company on an 8hr trip to Dallas without my consent or permission running up toll tickets 6 to be exact and when questioned about this matter I can't seem to get any results from service manager Eddie or Mr Ray Cox himself

I use Patterson Nissan for all 3 of our family vehicles. When you make an appointment (and arrive on time) the work is done in a timely manner, it is done correctly and the pricing is fair. My service writer, Chantelle, and the mechanic John, are always pleasant, professional and thorough. That is why I keep coming back!

I am not sure how the service went since I haven t gotten to enjoy my vehicle really since I bought it. The vehicle has manufacturer flaws In the paint. The dealership is made to use their own body shop that has had my vehicle in now 3 times and my car is still not fixed correctly. I am very disappointed in the body shop and for Nissan delivering vehicles to dealerships with flaws. If it had not been cloudy and had sun light I would have seen the flaws the day I purchased. I did not see until next day after I drove the car off the lot. I also am not happy that I have had Sirius XM and it will be expiring soon and only have gotten to use it for a few weeks. I am making my second payment to my car and no car to show for it. My salesperson John is amazing. No matter how bad this has been he has went above and beyond to try and fix things. He isn t the head boss so he does not have control of who repaints my car. If my car is not correct this time I will have to pursue other options.

They are really bad at taking carr of your car wheels

They were extremely friendly
and helpful. I was there twice in 5 days- the 1st time, I was trying to get nitrogen in one of my tires. They told me ( after calling numerous automotive shops) that if you only need 2 or 3 lbs, I could use air from any gas station. I wasnt charged and they gave me a set of valve stem caps for free! The 2nd time, they fixed my flat for free and washed my the car. Paterson Nissan rocks. Customer service is great!

I went in for a routine oil change. The air filter was also checked, thank you, because it needed replacing. The day before my visit my murano had been side swiped and the gas door was stuck. I mentioned this to the service man (Donny) and he made sure that it was working before I left. We recently purchased a certified used Nissan Versa from CT Walker. The process was quick, easy, and low pressure. They offered a low finance rate that beat our preapproved loan rate and presented optional warranties but did not pressure us to buy one. A good experience I would recommend to others.

I have been calling this place for about 1week now, trying to speak someone in the service department and every time it goes to a voicemail, i have left 4 messages and still haven't heard from anyone, My car has a problem that needs fixing and was trying to give them business but apparently i will have to go somewhere else, i should have listened to people when they told me to go elsewhere.

Was telephoned and told my vehicle was due for tire check. I drove there and told they would check air pressure in my tires. I asked, you will rotate my tires also? The service rep. Replied, no just check air pressure. If I wanted the tires rotated it would cost $19.00. WOW, drive that distance to have my tire pressure checked.

This place is ALWAYS very unorganized. Making an appointment is always a joke as they serve in the order people show up.

I waited over an hour for an oil change. I pay for a monthly service plan when I could have gotten my oil changed faster and for cheaper.

Matt was a true professional throughout the entire car buying experience, their service department is always courteous and polite.
